Riley gave the best customer service and helpful. She helped me sign up for the rewards program. I even got a free gift. We came for a birthday gift and they did not disappoint. The store is large and clean. They have a security guard that is walking the store keeping everyone safe. I love that they have a way to sample items. It’s so hard to match colors to your skin sometimes.This is a large mall with lots of parking. This store is not super wheelchair friendly. No public restrooms. Seven out of ten recommend.

I tried to call this store. And customer service is terrible. I asked the question about an order for holding. I understand that you guys don't do hold. But the person who answered the phone was so rude.

I went to this Sephora with my sister to look for foundation and concealer so it tuned into a very pleasant experience when one of the employees helped me. They were so nice and had such good vibes 😎The only issue I had was the foundation match. It turned out to be way to tan for my skin shade and I had to return it along with the concealer but it’s okie because I got the right shade this time!

I will no longer shop at Sephora, their return policy has change so much and they do not let the customer know ahead of time. They will prevent you from returning an item now because you’ve exchanged or returned items you’re not satisfied with. Their product are over priced and quality is not worth it! I even received used and open items! Horrible customer service.. never again, they lost a great customer. I took a photo of a hair gel I received from an online order and the product was dusty and even looked used! What is going on? Lol.. I have a feeling this business is going down under. In which I hope it does because they seem to care more about money than caring for their customers. Smh.

Rue was extremely helpful and led me to the Make Up Forever matte velvet skin burring powder foundation. She also gave me a couple of wonderful samples! I highly recommend Rue if you are looking for someone honest and enthusiastic to show you around the store.

Great store and helpful staff. They were out of stock of the item I was looking for but Bianca (the sales person) informed me that they could ship it to me for free. This is after she spent some time helping myself and my sister determine what shade foundation we needed. She was very patient and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience!

Trisha helped me and was super attentive and explained products to me to help me understand what my skin needed and makeup that would help with my concerns. She was very patient and amazing! When I come back, I’m definitely asking for Trisha’s help.

If you don’t see item you are looking for on shelf, and are told by 2 associates “if it’s not there, then its out of stock” my advise is order online same day pick up. You’ll just wait an hour, but at least you’ll get your item 🤦🏻♀️

I was really looking forward going to sephora and trying out the iq foundation match on my skin which tends to be pink and red so foundation is always off I've tried ulta but it was not my shade it looked yellow so when I got there was greeted and was sent over a girl and I said right off from the start i told her that I wanted the iq scan and she proceeded to take me to Dior, I told her makeup forever was a little more cheaper option for me and starts swatching my face instead of scanning. Then when I told her I wanted to use the iq scan tool which she had on her she proceeds to send me another girl who also said she couldn't do the iq because it needed an update and tried to swatch my face which still had the other swatches with makeup by mario so I got a little upset and told her I'd come back another day why do they advertise the tool if there not going to use it I was going to purchase the foundation if it really turned out to be right shade so now once again I'm left with no foundation

Even though the product I bought gave me an allergic reaction Sephora did not honor an exchange for something else because I went over the return period by a couple of weeks. This product was not cheap! Completely disappointed with Sephora. Definitely don’t stand behind their products. Obviously don’t care about their customers.

Everyone is so nice here, very attentive and helpful! Anthony especially stood out and spoke with my sister and I to help us with our basket. He walked us through each product and was so thoughtful in what would work best for certain lifestyles. We’re so thankful for his service!!

If youre a guy by yourself at this location, the customer service will suck. When I come with my wife it's no issue. Alone, I was ignored by 3 employees.

I love it there everyone is super nice and helpful I’m giving 3 stars because of the customers I was there this week and it was busy I had about three or four customers sneeze and cough on my face mostly when the teenager turned around and sneezed on me didn’t apologized or anything she acted like nothing happened I did have my mask on and the ladies that sneezed and coughed on me didn’t the first one really came up to me and started “fake” coughing and just smiled at me and continued shopping like I don’t understand how people can do thatI have children and with parents 50+ with diabetes and plus being pregnant and now because of those people I tested myself and now I have COVID I do get sick easily and I think they should bring back the mask, temperatures and only have a few customers at a time and mostly to respect each others space.

This Sephora has gone downhill. The store wasn't clean or well stocked like it used to be. The little trash cans were overflowing, and trash was sticking out of them. The bottle to remove makeup and alcohol was almost empty and not labeled. I won't be returning to this store. You had to ask for help instead of someone asking if they could help you. Smh!

I can honestly say that this is the most filthiest Sephora I have been too. Employees were more concerned with their phones and with anything else but cleaning or restocking the areas to try on makeup. I love shopping for makeup and this was the worst experience at any Sephora I have been too.

I dont believe this location is actually inside jc penny, please fix that. I am giving 4 stars because the products were mixed up on the shelves I ended up grabbing the wrong product. The employees are helpful and friendly. It will take a more cleaner sephora and if they made the line easier to find that would be nice since people are always lost not knowing where the line is.

One of my favorite Sephora stores of all time since the pandemic they were nice enough to let me sample the foundations on a pallet and transfer it to my face versus some other stores at Sephora that won't allow to do any of that .sothis is my go to store because of their good services all the ladies are so friendly and sweet.

The return policy for online orders is awful. I ordered items on December 31. Received them on January 5. Returned some on February 2 in store, and they gave me a store credit because I was past 30 days from the purchase date. I didn't even have the items for 30 days. They used to have a great return policy. I don't know why it had to be changed so drastically
