They have everything Hello Kitty. There is a new version of the fluffy stuffed animals now, but the actual Hello Kitty one was sold out, probably because it's so close to Christmas. But great store for gift shopping.

It was my first time coming to this Sanrio in Arcadia and I was so excited. But one of the girls working there was pretty rude. My sister and I were by the register just looking at the phone cases and air pod cases. And with attitude the worker said “Do you need help? Because you’re by the register.” With a dead stare. She could’ve nicely told us, “I’m sorry, people aren’t allowed to be next to the register.” Or they should have something to block off the side of the register if it’s an issue. I love Sanrio but I’m not coming back to this one. I recommend the Sanrio in Topanga or Irvine instead.

There was five people working and no one would help us. They acted like they were put off to have to ring up my order. It's a good store that's clean and has a lot of items but the staff if they don't care about the customers make the experience unpleasant. I shop often at sanrio since 1980 and I won't come back to this store. They're much nicer at the Pasadena and Monrovia locations. Terrible customer service ruined it.

Thought it was a good Sanrio store. The only con is it's a bit small and can be cramped to walk inside. If you like anything that's produced by Sanrio, it's worth visiting at The Shops at Santa Anita.

Out of all the Sanrio stores I have been to, this place is the least friendliest. Some employees are nice. Others need to work on their demeanor. When I ask a question, some of them act like you are bothering them. It doesn't matter if I purchase non-expensive or expensive items, a "thank you" with a smile on their face would be courteous. Some of the employees look like they are unhappy to work there.The last time I went, which was about a week ago, they removed all the candy. I enjoyed purchasing candy to round up to $1 or more for the stamp cards.While I understand they have to watch for theft, I don't think all the employees need to be watching.

Went to pick up an order item was not what I expect was informed everything was final sale which was fine. But the worker Ale was really rude about it which was unnecessary and had an attitude about me wanting to exchange the item I order since upon me inspecting my items I saw that it was dirty I asked if I could exchange for one that wasn’t damaged they told me it was because they gave me the display item when I left the girl rolled her eyes at me and made a comment about me to her coworker. I suggest you shop at Sanrio Monrovia or Pasadena they have way better customer service.

This store accuse me and my friends for stealing even though we didn’t my friend was the one who got in trouble for “stealing” but he was just eating form his backpack, they said that they have proof but I saw him eating but later we went to go buy our stuff and I was being nice and saying thank you but they said that my whole group is banned for stealing when we didn’t do nothing only there was a nice person but the rest were mean and the manager was the meanie for thinking we can do that the manager had pink hair she really mean and didn’t even let us show that we’re innocent that’s not a good manager she should be fired for that and just assuming we’re bad we pay for that stupid stuff.

Never again. I brought my 10 year old daughter here ready to spend on whatever she wanted. First you want 2 proofs of ID for me to swipe my own card. The lack of customer service we were shown when the poor girl judged us, claiming that my card wasn’t working in an attempt to humiliate us. I kindly leaned over the counter with my tattoos showing and pocket book overflowing and said try it again, dear. Of course the transaction was successful. Why else would someone attempt to send money una. Public place. My tattoos and black child were not at all welcome here. I’ll NEVER spend another dime in this hateful establishment. Judge your momma!

I love this store but they really need to work on how they approach you when you first walk in... you literally cannot walk in without being TOLD to use the hand sanitizer... and to leave your drinks at the door. I'm wanting to shop and buy all this useless overpriced sanrio stuff because it's nostalgic, I don't want to be stopped the second I step in the store and have to abide by dumb rules. It wastes time and kills the vibe.

They have a great selection of Sanrio character items as well as Tokidoki, Pusheen & Rilakkuma. So many adorable things that it's difficult to choose. And the stamp card gives you $5 off when it's full. 💕😁💕

Very cute store hidden in the back of a strip mall in BEAUTIFUL Monrovia. Prices are of course inexplicably outrageous but that is Sanrio corporate to blame. The store itself is awesome and the staff is beyond friendly!

This is a great place to get Unicornos and other Tokidoki items. For example if you want a particular Unicorno, they'll charge you just a dollar extra instead of needing to buy a bunch of blind boxes. They even have chasers for sale at their market price. Just keep in mind that certain Sanrio-branded deals (like Friend of the Month pins) aren't eligible when you buy Tokidoki-branded merch.

There are a lot of cute stuff in here, like Tuxedosam and Pusheen merch. There is a corner dedicated to plushies, and there is even a section for stationary. Many of the goods are imported from Japan, so if you want to get some goods that is hard to in the US, go check it out.

Selling damaged items, opened half an hour after the purchase, found to be torn, the store does not return or exchange, quality problems should be replaced with new products, but they deliberately sell, not to exchange new products to customers, purchase items need to be cautious, it is recommended if necessary Don't buy it at his home for return or exchange.
