They always have what I'm looking for when it comes to my outdoor stuff. I've found great ultralight backpacking gear, daypacks and fanny packs for hiking, good socks, hiking boots, travel towel, convertible pants, camping cookware. I've also gotten a hydroflask bowl to take my lunch to work in everyday, works great. Anything you buy here, you have a year to try it out, if it doesn't work out for you, you can return it for a full refund. I'm thankful for that because I've had some items that didn't work out as well as I though they would for me, I've returned and gotten what does work better for me. All the staff here are very helpful and friendly, they all come around and ask if we have any questions, and they are happy to help. I highly recommend REI for all your outdoor needs, and even some indoor stuff.

Absolutely LOVE this REI!The staff are really patient and take the time to make sure you get the right product.Went shoe shopping due to wearing shoes with a tight/narrow toe box (Hoka Speedgoat 5)An associate (sorry bro I forgot your name) in the shoe section took the time to bring quite a few pairs of shoes out to ensure I got the right fit (Got the Altra Olympus)I tried to return a pair of shoes that were a bit outside their return policy but Natalie was very understanding, gracious and went beyond the level of customer service I expected.Truly a refreshing shopping and customer service experience.Big ups to management for doing a stellar job here!Will be back again, thanks!

I love this store. Everything you could ever need for being outdoors, camping, biking, climbing, and more. The service is amazing and sellers are not "pushy" at all. They know their stuff. Just a great place to get your gear and outdoor stuff.

Like coming here and looking at the great camping gear. There shoe selection is good, nice hiking boots and the latest Hoka styles too. The only drawback, the prices. Was looking for a good bicycle, but the most affordable was still in the high $800's. Would ship here more often if prices were a bit lower but the REI Co-op does have it's benefits.

Worst experience ever!! I went in to purchase a Mountain bike and I had the worst encounter with Leslie!! I had asked her for assistance and she gave me the most disgusted look and walked away. No acknowledgment from her at all!!. And to top off my experience she was the manager!! If she treats customers like this, I feel bad how she treats her employees!! WORST MANAGEMENT ENCOUNTER EVER!!

This is my 1st time having a less than stellar experience at REi. The store was nice but the main problem was the female cashier with a nose ring not acknowledging a line of 8 people for 20 minutes and when she does it’s to tell us she is not going to help us right now. The obvious thing to do is to call for backup but didn’t even do that another associate walked up and decided to help us luckily.

Be aware - REI doesn't give refunds for purchases that only have a gift receipt; only store credit. It's not written on the gift receipt itself or told when the purchase was made, and I couldn't find it on the website (though I didn't look hard; but it shouldn't be hidden there anyway). This confused my mom who purchased a gift for me and left me the gift receipt thinking it was an easy return.

If you're the type of person to really value what they buy and rathers spent the money one than twice, this is your store. Pricy items but worth the money for the most part, some items can be defective.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Most of them are outdoor enthusiasts. They have major sales at different times of the year. If you are a member, you earn dividends on your purchases, and they have a superb one year return policy. You can score superb deals on their semi-annual sales which is mostly returned or used stuff. I spend a lot of time and money at that place.

Cool store, very nice and organized. I went to pick up an online order and it was nice I didn’t have to wait in line. There was a sign with an “online order pickup” and a button that you pressed. Associate was great, I had my item in less than 3 mins after clicking the button.

It was my 1st time there and needed quality hiking boots and mike the shoe salesman help me a great deal . Taught me about shoe fit to the correct size to wear if you have wide feet. A very helpful person.

This is a great place to get everything you need, they staff is very helpful and know where everything is at. They have a great return policy so if you accidentally get the wrong thing you can quickly get the right item.

The clothes are nice. The quality of the clothes are nice. The shoes are nice. The quality of some of the shoes are good. I purchased a pair of Keen brand River shoes. I spent over $130 on the Keen brand River shoes. After awhile they fell apart. The side of the shoe ripped. I brought the shoe back and explained what happened. They didn't even give me a discount on my new River shoes. My new Keen brand River shoes were over $130. For the amount I spent ony new River shoes. They could have given me a discount.

A very nice place for all active life style apparels, gears and equipment, foot wears for all form of sports and activities. Prices are a bit higher but that's to be expected for wide selection of quality products offered back by REI exceptional guaranty. Stores are well staffed that are friendly, helpful, patient, very knowledgeable professionals. Lots of free parking and well stock clean facilities. Highly recommended.
