First time for our puppy and they did a great job. We checked his nails and they weren’t cut too short, he smells amazing, and his fur is so soft. He looks just like the reference photo we showed them when we dropped him off. We’ll be coming back for regular grooming sessions.

If you love your pet, do not bring them here. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. I started brining my sweet little dog here because it seemed like a trustworthy place, and in the beginning they were great. My baby always came back looking so nice and cute, but the past three visits have been awful. The first time they messed up, they began my dog's hair cut with an ungarded clipper, so he had a bare stripe across his back. The girl was apologetic and said they felt bad, so they gave me doggy sunscreen and a discount on the service. The next time I took him, there was some kind of "miscommunication" and the groomer chopped off all my dog's long flowy beautiful tail. My dog is a shih tzu mix, so I make certain to keep him brushed and knot free. I was crushed that his gorgeous tail was gone. The manager called me to apologize and offered me 50%off on my next visit. Today I thought I'd give them one more chance. They ended up CUTTING MY DOG!! They tried to blame it on "matted fur" because it was at his elbow, but it is clear that this was done because they were trying to be quick and were careless. My poor little baby has a half inch gash right on his little elbow so now I have to take him to the vet because he'll probably need stitches. My heart is shattered. Our pets trust us to take care of them and see that no harm comes to them, but today I broke my dog's trust. He's visably shaken and in pain. To top it off, the green ribbon that they tied around his neck was so tight I couldn't even get one finger under it! Please, do not bring your pet to Ironmaya!!

I have a 15 year old yorkie and they did a wonderful job trimming his nails. Usually, he's very finicky but they were so sweet with him and the whole thing only took 5 min. Thank you again! I don't live in the area but will bring my dog here again the next time I'm in town :)

They’re great with Cats! We have loved the way our Lola smells and the adorable bow she has when she gets home. We appreciate how quickly we can get our pet in and the way they treat her. We don’t have her grooming scheduled often but we’ve been able to have her seen same day twice! Plus Lola never complains!

Staff always courteous to owner and treats dogs very well. My dogs gets the full salon treatment including cleaning of ears and teeth. Very satisfied with hair cuts and I come back every season.

Had a word of mouth recommendation for this groomer and was not disappointed! First grooming for a new rescue dog and she was well taken care of! While she was nervous just because of the new experience, the groomers were very good with her and she settled in. I appreciate their compassion as well as their work!

Super friendly place and it doesn't smell like a kennel. This is the type of place that does doggie "styling" but also does a great job of just a trim. Buddy boy here in the photos was butchered by another place that shall remain nameless and they did a great fixer. There are also a couple of do-it-yourself bays in the front if you so choose.

I needed a new groomer due to us moving. My furbaby was in need of help. I came across Ironmaya Pet Grooming and read the reviews. Once I arrived I was surprised. The shop is clean, and all the furbabies are in nice size crates waiting their turn. My baby looked well taken care of, and she totally pampered. We will definitely be returning.

Such friendly and accommodating service! We felt very badly for being 15 min late for our bath appt, but were met with understanding and kindness! Our 2 goldendoodles came back very clean, smelling great, had their ear canal hair removed (we didn’t have to ask!) and sanitary areas shaved and cleaned up! So grateful for these groomers! We live in Arizona, but visit SoCal regularly. When we visit with our pups, we always bring them to IronMaya if they need baths or haircuts! They have ALWAYS done a fantastic job!

I've been to many groomers for the lionmane cut for my pomeranian and this place is the only place that has got it exactly how I want it! I mean perfect! My Tootsie looks like a little black lion and she gets so many compliments. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Issac

Ironmaya is a quaint boutique style pet grooming spot. They have DIY bathing areas so that you can bath your own pooch. I didn't catch the prices, but I'm sure the grooming services are a little more than usual. Mostly maltepoo's and small dogs were there, but they take all sizes.On Baldwin ave in Arcadia, I believe there is parking in the back and a rear entrance as well.

Amazing Dog Grooming Ever!!! My long hair mix chihuahua (Tobi) has never looked so clean and fresh. From his head to his tail all was perfect!! No miss hair here or there at all. I'm completely amazed and customer service is excellent. I also noticed that Tobi was not nervous or eager to leave, this shows me he was well treated and happy. I look forward coming back and will definitely recommend Ironmaya to all my friends and family. Thank you!

It was our first time grooming our 2 kittens and I found Ironmaya Grooming on Yelp and thought I’d give them a try. I text them to make an appointment and ask questions. They were very polite and responded very fast, which I like. Drop off was easy and they were friendly. I got a text when they were done, also easy pick up, reasonable prices and again very friendly. I will definitely use Ironmaya again for all our kitties grooming needs. Thank you!!!!

Our first experience with Ironmaya for our two mini schnauzers and we can't be more pleased. The shop is very clean, staff are friendly and aim to please. They gave both of our dogs a great cut and we are pretty particular. I really like that you have full view of your pet at all times through the windows. Something else we noticed and is very telling, everyone bringing or picking up their pets are friendly and happy. Just a good experience all around! We will definitely be back!

I brought my coton de Tulear in for a full service. When I picked her up, she looked like a poodle. They gave me a coupon for a free nail trimming for next time, but it would expire in 2 months. I don't think her hair would be long enough for a hair cut in two months! Sigh...Anyway, the reason for the 3 stars is because she does look clean and the lady at the counter was pleasant.

ATTENTION Animal abuse!I witnessed something very disturbing at this place. While waiting in line to pay, I seen a male dog groomer (Dennis) forcefully grab a dog behind it's neck.I was in disbelief and thought that I was seeing things until the dog groomer grabbed the dog in the same manner for a second time. The dog was leashed, muzzled, and wasn't a threat to anyone. How this business can ever continue without terminating this employee is beyond me. This made me wonder if this person has ever abused my dog. I'm definitely not bringing my dog here anymore. Come at your own risk. I'm never bringing my dog back here again.

My dog is very anxious but they always take good care of her. I've had issues at other groomers where she will get cut because of her nervousness. Never happened here and they always do an awesome job. Thank you for such quality service!

I always have the best experience here! I recently was taking my dog to a different groomer because we had moved, but she had come back with razer burn that turned into a skin infection. So, this last time I decided to just make the drive back to Ironmaya because they do such a wonderful job! My dog just comes home looking, feeling, and smelling better! Always a great experience!

Fantastic hair cut for my fur baby. It was her first time here. she went to another grooming shop before and came out terrified. So i was extremely careful about choosing a different place for her. I found Ironmaya on yelp, and decided to give them a try, because they had very good reviews on yelp. Evidently, I made the right choice, not only my fur baby, but our entire family was happy about her new look. Stylish and cute, I will definitely bring her here in the future. Not to mention that this place is one of the cleanest grooming shops i have seen. Friendly staff and fancy dog treats. Love this place.

I had a fantastic experience at ironmaya pet grooming salon. The place was clean and modern and service was exceptional. They took great care of my dog and I’ve never been more satisfied with my bichons haircut post grooming . I was able to pick up my dog within 3 hrs and she looked and smelled great. It was a really reasonable price as well.
