Very unprofessional and rude cashier. The lady could not keep track of the items during checkout and had to scan thing repeatedly to make sure. When asked to explain the itemized bill she became very very impatient and rude.DO NOT recommend this store.The management should do their homework of crew training and customer care.

Feel like they are racist. Like if you aren't asian they aren't polite. They just throw your stuff thru and try and get you out of there. I shop at Asian supermarkets often for the seafood. I never feel like I do at this place when I'm anywhere else. They really got to work on customer relations because we were here before you guys were

Terrible customer service. The old lady at registrar doesn’t know how to do her job and yelled at us when we were simply and politely confirming if an item was scanned. (We are Asians).

Came by supermarket today 1:45pm and the staff is obviously not well-trained. The guy in charge of fish tanks was using a water hose doing cleaning but he pointed at me and ended up spraying water at me. My hair and my jacket were all wet! Tried to find the store manager but manager was not on duty. Terrible experience.

It seems the grocery store code that defines credit card cash back is not set correctly in this particular store. Unlike another Good Fortune supermarket (at the intersection of Duarte and 66th Avenue), I get only 1% cash back there instead of 5%. These are trifles, of course.

I come to shop here occasionally when i come to the area to visit my mom. Prices at this supermarket is about $1 more than others but the main thing that trigger me are the cashiers especially the olders one --- they are either rude or mute. They do not know how to say thank you or is it the Ownership train them that way. Chinese businesses are not known for customer service but at least have some manners. Perhaps it is because I pay with an EBT card so they look down on me. But your store choose to accept EBT and get full price for what you sell so what seems to be the problem. If your store looks down on EBT users, why not discontinue accept EBT. But teach your cashier some manners. I only come to shop here if I really have to like if i am pressing on time etc because there is nothing special sold here that you cannot get else in another Chinese supermarket.LEARN or TEACH MANNERS to your staff! I am Chinese too but not from China. Shame on you all.
