Big Lots has great 👍 deals on food, women's underwear, futons & more. B.L. is definitely cheaper than rite aid, target & grocery stores. Not a big has -sle checking out either(no big long lines like grocery stores! )...just sign up for B.L. membership card. B.L. periodically has 20% off weekend: Friday, Saturday and Sunday: you're already getting a steal of deal & an additional 20% off(sweet). You automatically get the 20% off those special weekends(you don't have to sign up for the free membership card)...just saying in today's time..it doesn't hurt to stretch your $ money further !

Like all Big Lot stores this one has a disheveled look. That said, there are some good discounts though many items cost the same as they would at any non-discount store. I visit and walk around looking for items I need that cost less than they might at another business.

Went to this store because it was confirmed it had my dog’s favorite treats. Although that’s all I bought, the store was very well stocked and employees pleasant. Would definitely shop there again when in the local area.

Lots of stuff (2 stars for that): household, linen, dry canned goods, etc..But very high priced. Go to Wal-Mart instead!

Cust. Serv. was great. My neighbor bought herself a nice tv stand/cabinet for a good price from here. However it came assembled & to large to put in her car. Delivery would have been an obnoxious $80. So she asked me if I’d do her the favor of p/u & delivery. I got there explained the situation, the guy that was called to the front (I wish I had gotten his name, i assume he was from furniture dept.) Anyways he quickly found the item we picked it up and carried it right to my car. He helped me load it into the back and was kind enough to go back inside to grab some cardboard to protect the finish. Anyways all in all it was a good experience.

Big Lots has good quality marchandise, and good deals (prices a little less than Walmart or Target), also coupons are often available. Pretty well organized store, and clean as well. A good place to shop.

This store offers a wide selection of daily-use items. Including Groceries, furniture, party/backyard, household cleaning, and other supplies. Everything in these stores is clean/organized most time. If you are on a very tight food budget you must give them a try. Always very friendly staff and fast service. All in all, a very good place to get some cheap deals.

Went my Lady in search of a few household items and cleaning supplies. First of all, they do not have a reduced.isle anymore?? They brought a bunch of Christmas Decorations and Supplies that takes like 4.Isles and half of the front of the Store. Way too much things. Taking up space for discount items and they're shelves of routine supplies are bare?? Stock on hand went over looked ! I guess it's all the Christmas items bought first?? Idk? But it's going to be a while when. I can feel comfortable walking into a Big Lots again. No Co-signing here. Very disappointed.

I was able to find cute decorations, bed sheets, towels, a mirror frame, and everything was on sale. The cashier that helped me out was nice and greeted me right away. She was nice an attentive. Her customer service was exceptional and made my experience pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that I had no bags so I had to carry the many white towels I bought in the shopping cart to my car. The cashier told me they were completely out of all size of bags.

You can always find something good in this store. Just walk around and you may be pleasantly surprised. But if you do see something you like, especially food items, buy two or more because once the good deals are gone, they usually don't restock the same thing.

I drove all the way from La Verne to this store because it had the items on clearance I was looking for. This store also has furniture which my local store doesn't have. I didn't buy any furniture, but it's good to know they offer it. It was worth the drive to get these clearance items plus I had a 20% coupon.

Big lots has nice affordable home decor but in this particular store it seems they don't have as much as other locations and at the same time the isles are so crowded and it doesn't look well organized, and the staff here never greets me or asks if I ever need help. The only reason I come back here it's because I live near by and it's convenient... But I'd rather drive to other locations just to get better service and more nice things for my home ☺️☺️

I had to exchange some items that I got for bday gifts. When I walked up to counter just after I entered the store and the girl behind the counter started taking one of the packages apart to actually check and see if what I saying about it was true. Ok whatever...But... It is true it's broken...Her attitude toward me was awful.I was never rude, loud or obnoxious so why the attitude?Angry or what??Rude service is totally uncalled for... She wouldn't even look me in the eye... It Thursday around 2pm.

I like the store, but they often don't have in stock what my "home" store Big Lots has -and good luck trying to get help from staff on the floor...they can't speak English! I finally found what I was looking for one day after the woman who wasn't literate in English stocking shelves said "no have!"Smh

I went to purchase a mattress and one of the employees, Maria was helpful and enthusiastic about assisting me. I couldn't decide between two mattresses and she went to the back to pull both which were heavy and did it with such a positive attitude!! Wish more employees were like her

Love this specific store. Great for easy on-the-go stuff.Update: This particular big lot has improved dramatically. Still one of the best well kept store I've been to.
