Today I went in and bought 8 12pk Coca Cola The sale reads Buy 2 Get 2 Free, Mix & Match Limit 4 FREE Per Household. Well the Older Lady Cashier told me that I would Only be getting 2 for Free, because it's One per Household, and I explained that Their Own Advertising Label Reads Limit 4 Free Per Household, I was buying 4, therefore I Could get 4 for Free... I Myself took a picture of their Own label that read just like the above. I also informed the older lady cashier that I had purchased the Same amount of Cokes on 11-09-23 She didn't want anything to do with me, and went to get a manager which was Melanie... Melanie then shows me the Weekly Advertisement, and she too says I can Only receive 2 for Free, because that's what it reads on the paper!!! I then show her the picture I just took, and tell her that if the Weekly ad, and the Labeling Advertisement placed on the Cokes Don't match the weekly ad it isn't my fault it's On Their End... Besides I was there last Thursday, and the discount was given... Well Melanie told me to My Face that she Completely Understood, and that the mistake was on Albertsons, and I was right I do get to get 4 of the Cokes for free, She was the one that Rang Me Up!!! That Poor Excuse Of A Manager Not Only Lied To Me, but Only Gave Me An $8.00 Dollar Discount, Eight Freaking Dollars, I paid $71.92 when last week I paid $31.96 for the same amount Unfreaking Believable!!! How is it that a Teenage Girl named Sofia is More Capable, and Able in doing her job, than Two Grown A$$ Women!!! Thank You Albertsons for Ripping Loyal Paying Customers, I Don't have an EBT card, WIC, nor do I receive any Government assistance, I Work My Butt Off to Stretch every cent, and to stiff your customers for like $5, or $6 Dollars is one thing, but to Rob Me $33.48 that's Insane... I hope that Every Customer looks @ their Receipt when they get home or on the spot... That Older Cashier Lady Should Not Be Working There, She talks to Everyone, and holds up those lines, for No Reason whatsoever, and I understand be Friendly, and Nice but I had ice cream while all this went down, and it hasn't been the first time that's happened with that lady... So I Thank You Albertsons for pushing me into going The Amazon Fresh Way... I Will No Longer Be Shopping There, and you can Thank the poor excuse of a manager Melanie, and the Older Cashier Lady... Sincerely A Very Disappointed Customer

Way way too expensive,.. even with their deals,.. you're actually still paying at a regular price! I guess when you own a grocery store you go above the prices and make sure we as the public can barely afford it,.. it be nice to even have a senior discount day or something like that to help our people out a little bit more and if you think about it,.. you'll actually be making more sales because of that! Try it sometime,.. it'll actually make you feel better about yourself knowing that you're actually helping out your community where you are both actually needed the most!!!

Large store. They carry mostly everything you need so it’s convenient and not usually that crowded. But pricing is way too high on most things. Their specials are always a great deal. They do close way too early at 11pm.

Great selection of products. The store is clean and well-maintained. The produce is fresh. And the regularly have sales on the higher priced items that I buy there.

M.a bit disappointed Starbucks cafe was closed last week cause they short staffed and. Today again hardly any drink available and long wait and no pastry as u see the pic empty went again same thing no whip cream no foam some drinks only hardly any pastry available again 8/11/23

Overpriced! No salad bar where you could make your own salad like Whole Foods. They don't make sandwiches to order like Whole Foods or Ralphs. Bread selection is not great from their bakery, and the pre-packaged bread is also overpriced. The only good things are that the customer service was great and my credit card went through faster than at most other stores ;-)

This is my family grocery store since it’s so clutch in dire need. My husband went to the grocery store Friday (9/24)to buy Just Egg and saw it expired 9/12. He went back the this morning to see if they had more. Instead he saw they had the same Expired Just Egg and told an employee. 6 hrs later, I went to the store and saw the expired Just Egg was still there. Great store at times but thats not good practice selling expired food.Update: 2/10. My husband purchased oatmilk 4 days ago. The label said it expired 1/08/2023!! See below, $3 gone in the drain

Albertsons Arcadia is great. Love their Friday specials. Especially like the pharmacy. Knowledgeable n kind. Nice to know i can go to Vons or a Vonage Pavilion to expect the same.

The last two times I have been at the store, the checker has been INCREDIBLY rude. (two different gals...not the older lady, who is very nice) The checkers have acted put out...like they're doing ME a favor rather than the other way around. They were extremely rude, and if I had seen a manager, I would have informed them. I regularly support this store as I have a large family. I am hoping for more neighborhood stores because this is the worst.

My first time in this store, I tried to send a WesternUnion, it took me over 15 minutes to send it, i tried to explain the different options to send the wire because the first one it wasn’t working , but unfortunately the cashier could not understand what I was trying to explain, terrible attitude. I asked for the manager and for my surprise she was the manager, her name is Janine, ID number JCR. Albersons I pretty sure that you can do better, for sure there is a lot more capable people in the store. I made the complaint already to the headquarters.

This Albertsons is very clean, very quite, and the employees are extremely kind. Everything always seems to be organized. Every department does an amazing job. The Deli looks amazing in every way, there display is always looking spot on and the employees are always very sweet. The Pharmacy is also great. Besides it taking a good 8 min to be called up for help but every single pharmacist is amazing. Very professional, respectful, and kind. I enjoy shopping here, highly recommend.

Was pleasantly surprised with this spot! On a strict diet where i can typically only shop at expensive health food stores rn, but had to come here for something pharmacy related, and not only was the pharmacy staff super nice and accommodating (I'm out of state and needed something i forgot), I also managed to find almost everything i needed on my list! Whole bunch of 100% grass-fed products there, like bone broth & collagen. Will go again if I'm in the area!

Classy Market with lots of name brand products and friendly staff. Clean store and well stocked. Definitely worth the shopping experience if you don't mind paying approximately 15% - 20% more than the average supermarket.

Love the chicken and sushi!! They was the most popular items at the party!!!!! I want to say thanks to the brutha that they left hanging on the 3rd of December @ 3pm he cooked all the chicken and prepared the Mango Habanero chicken for me! It was all gone and they kept asking where did I get it from!!!! That's when you know it was good!

The food looks really old, the donuts are for sure stale and very hard. The bakery people were rude to me. Milk in the cooler also seemed warm. And most stuff that I need is never in stock. Then the employees are not nice to the customers I had one giving me a mean look and I was just walking out. I’m my opinion this is not a good place to shop and probably not safe to buy food from.

We just moved to this area and have visited Albertsons a few times since. The customer service is just subpar compared to Ralph’s or Vons, its sister store. During my most recent, I had some problems with coupons I received in mail. I scanned the coupon for a free rotisserie chicken and dumped it as instructed. For some reason, the coupon didn’t work at check out. First of all, as previously, they seem to be understaffed and it took a long time for an employee to come help. When two team members finally did come by 10 minutes later, I was told they couldn’t get the coupon out of the box and there’s nothing they could do. Ok understood. I thought they would go get someone else to help me out but nope, they left to work on something else. So I ended up paying for the “free” chicken. I walked out of the door feeling that staff at this store either lack problem solving skills or are not committed to satisfying needs. I I’d rather drive a little further out to Ralph’s on las tunas or Vons where I’m valued as a customer and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Never too busy and great selection. Except for hispanic food. Their store brand products are just as good as name brand for less. Regular shopper. Usually just for a few items or if I need a particular ingredient I don't want substituted by a delivery driver.

My local Albertsons, very friendly staff and clean and almost always stocked up. Except this older lady who is a red head (you can't miss her), I have seen her be rude to customers before so I know to stay out of her way, she seems grumpy every time I see her.

Had what I wanted. Once opened for business without pandemic requirements, cut back helper staff hours and is slower with check out staff. Some times management gets help up front. Staff busy stocking. Which means making money because prices are getting higher.

Albertsons is a great place for convenience. They have everything one may need on daily basis. A big plus is a pharmacy on-site, you can get your prescriptions filled while you are shopping. Fresh produce and huge dairy/cheese selection. Very helpful and friendly associates.
