I like Dollar General stores, this is our local store and was remodeled a couple of years ago to add a small produce section and expand other sections ( making the aisles smaller and stacked to the roof) 😵 anyhoo this left a lot less area in the aisles because now Corporate is shipping in soooo much product that it frequently stacked in the aisles and you can't get into certain area because it's continuous used for storage. I don't blame the workers, they're constantly replenishing the shelves but there is just too much product from corporate, a profitable store but not convenient to shop in. (Edit) So now they close all the self serve because of theft but only have one checker 😕

Aisles are cluttered. Only one self-checkout works, resulting in long lines. You have to use shopping carts because baskets were removed. Employees complete surveys for customers in self check-out without asking for permission and leave high ratings to manipulate surveys.

Long line because both self-checkouts are not in service. The strange thing is if line gets really long, employee will turn on self check out and assist customers. Why are they not left on? The people of Arbuckle believe it's to deter customers from leaving honest reviews of the store.

I'm giving 5 stars only because this is the only dollar general that I've been able to find Mt dew Maui Burst. Maui Burst is pineapple flavored. It's exclusive to dollar general stores only, but I've only seen it at this location.

This chain is great! They have a little bit of everything. Now everything isn't a dollar but many things are or less. Plus they always have clearance to look through

So convenient to have most of the essentials we need nearby and not have to drive to a bigger city! Staff is usually very helpful and kind!

When your coming from the city to a small town, you appreciate a store that has all the little things you need that were a step away in the city.This dollar general has almost anything you vould be looking for. Not everything is a dollar, prices are a little bit higher but all things considered this is a great store to shop at for convenience in a small town.Given the climate of the country, even though possibly short staff, customer service was still nice and respectful. There could be better organization of the store and items but again with the state of the country and most likely understaffed, they were doing a great job.Coming from a big city, this store is a one stop shop for minor basic things like laundry soap, cheese, bread, pet food or coffee.

So I was upset earlier. However this store is cool. It has all kinds of food and dinnerware pots and shoes, clothes, Western Union but you have to download the app max $300. Bug spray, lots more. Even in this pandemic the employees are very nice

These stores are understaffed, uneducated, non-service oriented, disheveled, lacking stock, and has record waiting times that are that of an amusement parks line. If you decide to go even if you desire just 1 item allow yourself at a minimum 45 minutes in the store. If you need I've or propane then you'll need to add 25-45 minutes more while you wait the cashier to come out and you the units to grab you purchased item(s).

The store is like a mini Walmart you can find essentials at great prices, it's a small home town store mini groceries and have a great variety of home decors for the changing seasons love it.

Neat selection of things to look at and buy . "Feeling like a snack? .....pick a snack...."oh! But just remembered your dog or cat want a snack too. Pick them a snack and also dont forget that you can also buy dish soap and even car wash. .....what I'm getting at is that this place has something for everything from your car to the back lawn

Lots of knick knacks, personal products for $1. Pet supplies too. A lot of products for small stores, wish they carried fresh vegetables, but they carry a lot for their size store.

Was freezing. And on a motorcycle. Got there just 15 min before they closed. And had an hour and a half to ride. Thank God they had some warm clothing!

Cashiers are very friendly and helpful, but the last two visits, I have stale food items, I am going to call tomorrow and hopefully get fresh items, or money back. This is the only complaints I have about the Arbuckle store.

I dispise going into dollar general. They are always understaffed and the store is constantly a mess with metal crates full of merchandise waiting to be put up blocking the isles and making it nearly impossible to maneuver through the store.

Had the usual inventory you would expect to find at a general store.I did find myself rather annoyed that wasn't any cold water or Gatorade.....not everyone wants soda Starbucks or beer.
