I love the products and everything is super organized and easy to find. I will say though I started working near the store in Aptos and so I just started going their more often and 2 times I have been there the same lady has been working the cash register, I think her name is Peggy, and both times she has been extremely good and has rolled her eyes at me and rushed me out of the store when I still wanted to ask a few questions, their was also nobody else in line behind me. I was also trying to ask for a price check on a few items that she had already scanned because she started scanning before I could ask any question she then told me to just read the price on the read then rolled her eyes. I then was trying to point to something because i was trying to separate what I did and did not want and she grabbed it and hid it under her hand… it made things a little difficult. She did something similar to my friend when she wanted to check out. When she acted like this the first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but treating a customer like this multiple times does not sit right with me. I have also heard complaints from other friends and family. Not to mention it is just her so it is kind of hard to avoid her. Not to mention when it’s time to pay it does not say on the reader ti tap or insert your car then so I am always unsure when to do so because she just stands their and then gets mad at me when I have not already paid…. I try and make it into a joke or sum just to lighten the mood but she just rolled her eyes… really nice store and I love the products just not so big on the customer service.

The nice old lady at the register was hilarious and super patient while I crashed through my first door dash shopping experience. I pray she gets a living wage for putting up with us young stupid people moving so fast. She saved my life that night. I slowed my roll and watched a big rig run a stop light and would have done me in if I was moving as fast on my way out as I was on my way in. Respect your elders they made it this long for a reason!

I have to say this Rite Aid is like a second home for me. I’ve been going here for the last 7 years and they always make an effort. They try to help out even when I’m the one who asks for my scripts last minute. They got me thru the pandemic when they were literally the only humans I saw in person for about 2 years while I took care of my mom.Ageless Pam is my hero and anyone who knows her would agree.The managers and crew make this Rite Aid a neighborhood gem.

I always love going into a Rite Aid and this location is no exception. I went in looking for a pot for a plant. Found exactly what I wanted at a great discount at 60%. Also picked up a couple other things while I was there as well because of the great prices.

Except for two workers this place is great. Xavier and I think it's Allie are rude and unhelpful. The rest of the people are pretty good.

I want to thank Sogol RPN for her excellent customer service. We brought in my mother in law who is 105 and Sogol was supposed to be leaving for lunch. She gave up her lunch to give my mother in law her flu shot. Otherwise we would have had to come back later. I thank her so much for her wonderful consideration.

It seems as though every time i come to pick up meds the pharmacist is always on lunch and they can not give them to me if a pharmacist isn't available. I think as long as the pharmacy is open there should be atleast one pharmacist available. It is important that we are able to pick up medications during open pharmacy hours. My advice is If you need a medication that is new you may want to call before you go to pick them up. Very inconvenient to drive and not be able to get the proper service needed. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

If I could give the Pharmacy here negative stars.... Neg-100000 wouldn't begin to cover the incompetent retarded and irereprhensible atrocities these !!!! MALCONTENT MISCREANTS miscreants try to play off as customer service!!! CostomerDisservice department one of their pharmacists needs to be criminally prosecuted for his criminal injustices more to come, meanwhile dont give them any of your hardearned income or your needed medicine

The manager was rude and chastized me for taking a printer cartridge that was not locked up after I was waiting for help. I am a local physician and will not be recommending that my patients be treated in the manner that I was treated.
