I love this store but I’m extremely unhappy that they don’t take care of their trees and plants. I have talked to several people and even called and left a message with someone. They just don’t care!!! This it the current state on the trees.

Amazing customer service. I purchased a canine vaccine that had the needle brake off in my dog. Luckilly I got it out with no issue. They gave me another vaccine replacement no issue. Very friendly staff. Store looked merchandised properly too.

I used to be a huge fan of tractor supply id come in and buy my works pants. But now they just refuse to order my size ive checked multiple stores and its always the same. The store seems to be in disarray and the employees are either not around or are rude. Guess ill just go to bass pro

The dog washing station here has gone down hill since Russ became manager. Today there were no towels, just like last week. The dryers hose is broken and badly fixed with a trash bag. The dryer table had an attachment for a leash and now that’s not there either. You’re losing money because Russ doesn’t want to perform proper maintenance. Last time paying customer walked right out because there were no towels. Please listen to the reviews. Clearly, Russ is a problem. May I suggest removing him or relocating the dog wash to a different tsc that doesn’t rot like fish. Sincerely, a retail worker.

Every Tractor Supply pet wash I've been to has been great, except for this one. There were no towels, no aprons, and when I ran out of dog shampoo, they gave me horse shampoo to use.Im not suprised i saw other reviews saying the same things.

This is probably one of my favorite stores not only to shopping but because the staff are so helpful and kind. They are supportive of the community and have been enormously helpful and supporting my small animal rescue with graciously hosting adoption events. The store is well-organized clean and well-stocked. Most of the employees are knowledgeable about the products they sell I'm very helpful when you need to find something.

Tractor Supply (TSC) is one of the stores that fills a great niche for the community of Apple Valley and surrounding cities. Thy sell a lot of feed and farming equipment/supplies, but I've found them to be really reasonable for dog food, rabbit food and hay, and your regular hardware store needs. I like to work on all things automotive, and this place has been great for things such as nuts, bolts, and screws. Unlike your big box stores, TSC sells their hardware in bulk by the pound. So getting a dozen grade 8 bolts, nuts, and washers are under 6-8 bucks vs paying 4 bucks for one of these "speciality bolts" at the big hardware stores. Their hardware is neatly organized compared to the mess found elsewhere. These higher grade bolts are pricey and usually hard to find unless you go to a specialty nuts and bolts place like nutty bolts in Hesperia. They also sell a lot of specialty hardware like metal spacers, stainless hardware, nylon spacers, etc. and things that are quite pricey elsewhere for these speciality items.It's nice to have this kind of retail store up the HD. Employees are friendly and seem to care about working there. They even have a dog wash room that includes all the supplies and even a drying station to give your dog a bath. Just a warning though with the dryer and small room size, dog hair may be flying all over the place depending on your dog.

I used the pet wash for the 1st time at this location it was all dirty. The water from the previous dog was still in the sink/tub, and the water wasn't going down the drain. I got all my feet wet due to the overflowing water from the tub. Also, they did not have any clean towels, my mother-in-law had to ask the cashier for some clean towels while I was waiting inside the wash with my puppy.The store is good to go shopping but the wash was horrible.

I love this store, especially when Little Bunny Foofoo comes by with their rescue bunnies and guniea pigs! So adorable and convenient since they sell the food and items needed to care for these animals. The rescue is the main reason i even come to the store.

This store is quiet and clean. They have baby chicks more often than they used to. My kids and I love stopping by and seeing every time we come. They typically always have the products I’m looking for and better choices than Target for dog treats. Everyone is friendly, but I do feel their clothing is a little on the expensive side.

Great people, great service, fair prices. We brought our dog in for a doggie bath. They have a whole room dedicated to that, so you can do it yourself. With shampoo, conditioner, towels, and blow dryers included. All for just $9.00. You can't beat that!

This store is amazing. My daughter found nice Ford T- shirts for her boyfriends birthday. We just got a new dog, and their prices are incredible on dog igloos and pet beds. I did the curbside pickup last week and when I called, a nice lady got my order fast and a gentleman brought it out quickly. Fast, professional service. I also ordered online again, did the curbside pickup and a nice Hispanic lady, I wish I knew these nice peoples names, she brought out the dog bed I purchased. Friendly, professional service again. Highly recommend this awesome store. They have something for everyone. 5 Stars.

I ordered a 100' rubber garden hose (cost $89.00) on there website at 10 AM because it said only 1 left in stock at the Apple Valley location. I get to the store at around 1 PM and was told order was canceled because they didn't have the hose. No email saying out of stock order canceled, nothing. I was pretty upset for wasting my time. I was ready to go to Home Depot down the street but decided look for (2) 50' good rubber hoses. Get to the aisle and there is the 100' hose I ordered that knowone bothered to check. Same Brand, same part number. I was upset that the employee didn't even bother to physically check the shelve. I asked to see the manager and was totally blown off by 3 employees saying they didn't know where she was. I purchased the hose I ordered and left. I will not be ordering anything from there webite in the future. Best to call and ask them to do it the "old School way" and physically check.

Went to this store and bought over $300 worth of firepit equipment for a special family gathering, and when checking out at the cashier and management said there was no discount for Military Veterans, when the website clearly states Tractor Supply Co. Gives its Veterans a 15% discount. I'll give my business to Lowe's instead. The people here were very rude. Customer service is not practiced here, really sad.

Went into the store to give one of our dogs a bath. Since the price and what we get for it so reasonable. Had both of our dogs but only one was getting a bath. The women at the check out was being rude after asking if both got a bath. I stated no only one since the other had a bath prior. But she gave the look as if I said a lie as well as making a judging remark. With that said she kept looking at both dogs as if we pulled a fast one. Sorry first off why would I want to lie over $9.99. Anyways, hope this was a lesson to the company and team. Don’t judge someone. We don’t plan on going back to this location. We have others to go to which won’t judge.

If I could I would give it no stars. They sale you merchandise that has been returned. This is not the first incident at this store where they sale you returned items my father had the same issue in the past and same experience rude cashier. I purchase a $300 dog kennel and it was opened and full of dirt or concrete. It was obviously a return. Went took it back and cashier could not even answer a simple question as that she should know regarding return policy and when refund should appear on my bank account. Return policy clearly states if paid with debit card they refund you cash. I’m sure she did not answer the question because she was as irritated as I was with her. Train your staff properly no body wants to deal with rude brats as cashiers. Last time we set foot there or would recommend family or friends to purchase at that location

Asked the cashier for assistance 2 times... 1st time cashier was clueless with what I was requesting, need help with removing the alarm cable to buy some lights. Waited for like 10 min. I actually went in here when they first opened looking for a small tractor to get some work done in my backyard. I thought since it said tractor supply they may have one. Well no tractor but I was pleasantly surprised to find everything else anyone might need. This store is well stocked, clean and organized. The staff are very nice and helpful as well.

I don’t own a tractor but…..Absolutely everything you need for your yard, pets and live stock. Even camping, patio and garden accessories ! Be prepared to spend at least an hour your first time here. So fun shopping here for the fist time.

For the most part - the employees are useless. Do your own research before you come here. If not, you will get aggravated and walk out angry. The workers dont care what you need and do not want to help you. Best to stay away from them.

I've read through the reviews and I've shopped here many of time spent thousands of dollars and I've never seen the problems that some of these whiners have claimed but when you go through the reviews click on the people that's reviewing some of them are never happy it's really been this is a great store so I can treat the staff with respect and maybe things will get better for you 👍
