Vader’s and Luke’s first time at this grooming salon. They did an amazing job and they smell so good. Lizette, also did an amazing job cleaning Vaders ear, he currently has a small infection in one. RIP OFF- paid $75, DONT GO HERE! when i could of taken her a bath for free... our 1ST TIME Grooming my puppy, they forgot my appointment @10a.m,had to reschedule then 20 minutes later they give her back can't cut her hair she's moving too much.. and still charge me $75 ??WTH! owner and Bri ..

I scheduled a dog grooming appointment in advance for a Saturday morning appointment at 9 a.m. I arrived and the shop & it was not open yet, so I waited and called the shop on both lines at 9a.m. an no response. I called multiple times and left messages and nothing. It’s disappointing because you book in advance and the shop owner is not considerate of others that are 1. People are trying to give them business & money for their services and 2. Don’t bother even giving the client a call or text message update. I wish I knew in advance, so I could’ve planned something else instead of waste my time. It’s been 2 hours and I’ve still not received a call or text from the owner. This is business 101, and obviously they don’t care enough to call back because they know they’re in the wrong and messed up. I definitely won’t be calling them back, and beware if you book.

Terrible service I scheduled an appointment for 10 am on the website with no problem she messages me telling me my appointment will be last for the day because Thursday and Tuesday are apple valleys days. The website needs to be updated and state somewhere that people who live outside of apple valley should schedule after a certain time on those days. The website also shouldn’t allow me to make an appointment for 10am if it’s not allowed for hesperia people! She states she can cut my dog at 1pm instead of 10 I agreed to that but then shows up 3 and a half hours later! She then wants to explain why she was so late which were all lies they clearly tell that to everyone she knew the whole time she was coming at 4:30! service is terrible she clearly doesn’t care about your time and what you may have to do that day plus you have to put down a 30$ non refundable deposit you’re better off finding someone else don’t waste your time or money

I am so glad to find that RubaPupscrub has a brick-and-mortar shop on Bear Valley Rd, near Bear Valley Animal Hospital. I used them years ago using their mobile service. I always loved their service and their caring spirit. To save money I tried several other shops, never satisfied with their services. Mobile is a bit more expensive, but if you can't get out, the mobile service can come to you. My Scoobie loved the girls and her spa days, she's now in heaven and our Lexi will be having her first appointment soon at their clean and fresh shop. I am excited.

Buyer Beware!Time frames on web page and confirmation time frames mean nothing. Owner does not guarantee any time frames and has a million excuses why they are late. She does not refund deposits and feels it is justified as long as she shows up sometime the day the appointment was scheduled for. Twice she was over 3 hours late. She has zero respect for her customer’s time and the fact they may have other things besides her scheduled. I will never use this service again. Three out of four times she was late. Pretty good scam to take deposits that are not refundable when she doesn’t show at the scheduled time. She must have gone through the request for a refund previously because she was very fast with her come backs and reasoning. Really sad she was so desperate to keep $22 when I was scheduled for 9 am and she wanted to finally show up at noon. Seriously, buyer beware.
