Cons: They charge a lot more then local groomersPros: it’s really easy to get same day appointments even on the weekendsWe have seen several groomers, but today we saw Raven and going forward I will stick with her as much as possible! She did a great job on my dogs cut and she was very communicative upon pick up and provided a report card for my dog that I haven’t previously received. She also made sure my dog got a scarf and although I’ve paid for that “extra,” previously, my dog didn’t get in the past.My before and after pic are swapped and unfortunately I didn’t take her after pic until after a long walk, so she’s not as fluffy as she was. Regardless, I definitely recommend Raven if she’s available.********************************Update: I took my dog back to petsmart today and wasn’t able to book with Raven, I booked with Denise and have to say that she was amazing! My dog had gotten matted and I didn’t even realize it. She could have shaven her down but she took the extra time to brush her out. She also gave me some much needed advice on how to care for her hair and some alternatives to how I was told to care for her. She spent a lot of extra time on my dog and extra time explaining methods to me. 10/10 Denise or Raven and your pet will be in good hands! The 3rd and 4th photo are from Denise’s groom.

I should not be this excited over a pet store when ever it's on my to-do list. This location has everything you need to care for your pets! I love how friendly the staff was. Literally everyone has a smile on their face. My puppy love going to the groomers and I enjoy browsing and finding new things I think he may enjoy. Definitely get the coupon book!!! It's only $20 but I have a coupons on every visit. It literally paid for itself my first visit.

We brought our Mini Australian in for a GroomingIncluded in the basic wash and dry, it’s still supposed to include wash, dry, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, teeth cleaning, nail trimWell she only got a wash, dry and nail trim. They skipped everything else they didn’t even bother brushing out mats behind her ear and it’s not like she was totally matted out, she had very few matsAfter we got her home and took a close look I regretted taking her there and giving the girl a tip..The only tip the groomer should have gotten is learn to do a better job or find a different jobI had a bad feeling when we went to drop her off, because none of the groomers looked happy to be there nor were they very welcomingI would recommend to go to a real groomer who actually likes doing a professional job and takes pride in there work

I love petsmart, one I'm pet lover you name it I love it!. This store is definitely amazing they have everything you need for your furry friend. I have several chihuahuas and 2 labs and man it like they know the bag! Soon as they see it they freak out cuz they know it's good stuff. The store is very clean, the staff is friendly and all the pets I've encountered here are all absolutely friendly. They also have a banfield pet hospital for all your pet needs, but let's not forget about right next to it is a dog groomer. I've taken 2 of my dogs there and every time they are leaving that place smelling funky fresh! They give them a little bandana if you're into that on your pup and make sure they smell so good! They cut their nails, do the glands and wash and trim them. They also have a deshedding shampoo wash they use and that stuff is magic! Man it sure makes a difference. However as far as the store is concerned they definitely have all your pet needs, and usually can answer MOST questions regarding your animal. But all in all great store I love it so much and so do my furry friends!! Good job guys!

Went there for cubside pickup however, when i called the number the person hung up on me twice. I went inside for help and was told to push the button for pickup and nobody came. After waiting the cahier nearby finished her last customer and got the item for me. In short they apparently are not very dependable for curbside pickup.

Curbside pick up has always been a pleasant experience. Greeted with a smile and never had an issue. We have purchased 4 skinny pigs from here and all have been in good health and great additions to our family!

I went in to buy a snake for my granddaughter. Got her a Ball Python. She is very happy with my choice.The price was good too begin with then got a discount too made it an extra sweet experience. Went in there expecting to spend over $100 just for the snake and came out spending under $100. And I got a heating pad too also on sale. As you can see her snake is quite docile and comfortable in it's new home and with it's new owner.

Do not buy canaries from Petsmart!!! Absolutely inhumane and cruel!! They Sold us 2 yellow canaries. We noticed they had plastic or metal bands on one foot. The associates said they come right off so we have to do it and they're not allowed to remove it themselves because their legs can be injured. Do you know how skinny canary legs are? Didn't they put it on there?! Why can't the people who put it on remove them? We tried to take it off and no way that thing is coming off without a professional sawing it off. Anyways after 2 months one canary gets its leg broken with heavy bleeding ! We take it to the avian vet and they said the leg is broken and the bird will not survive a surgery because it is so small. We had to kill the bird because there was nothing they can do. The vet said the band was tightening and tightening and more blood would be lost leading to a painful death.. 2 weeks later, the same thing happens to the other canary and breaks his leg and he was in a cage the entire time. Don't buy birds here what a ridiculous horrible experience!!!

Great place, the staff really care. They do dog grooming have a selection of adorable adult cats that need homes. "Toni" in the Fish Department is a big help and very knowledgeable.

This was with one cashier working. I asked just one cashier a young lady who appeared to be either the assistant manager or the manager replied pretty snarkly "yep" and kept on walking. We needed medicine for our pet and our pet was seen at this vet prior and we were not made aware that we needed a medication card for her. And the young lady working the register had a major attitude problem so needless to say we won't ever go back to this particular Petsmart location again.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. This location is open, busy, and the lines are often long. The selection is wide and varies throughout the departments, but inventory can be limited and shelving in disarrayed at times. We love the groomers and are glad that Bandfield is at this location. We just wish that daycare was available here too.

Pretty good store. Very clean and they do sell prescription pet food. The one on armagosa does not, not their fault its just because they do not have the banfield vet. Staff is friendly and helpful but you can't call and see if they have something in stock. It's not that hard to check. Especially for prescription food.

My dog looked the same when I got him back. He was still wet, ears weren’t total cleaned, nails looked the same. I looked in his ears and asked if she cleaned then and she said she did it before his bath and the dirt would dry up. I honestly want my money back. I won’t be back
