First time bringing my pups here, my little girl has only ever been to any groomer one other time. When I picked her up I was so shocked at how cute she looked, I didn’t think her fur could get back to looking so fluffed, brushed well, and white again like when she was 1! My girl has had some staining issues (she’s my crusty white dog lol) and I try to moderate it with filtered water and she’s on a special diet with my IMHA boy. The groomer did so well with removing the stain on her eyes and around her mouth! The groomer did touch ups to my boy too. Since my boy was diagnosed I haven’t brought them around other dogs but it seems like they both had a good time and both looked so good and clean when I picked them up. I haven’t found a groomer I felt I couldn’t do a better job and they blew my abilities out of the water! So happy with their work. 100% recommend.

My small dog has fur like a puddle, she became very matted and I wasn't sure how they could take care of her, since I had neglected to have her groomed for a long time. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got her back. She was groomed beautifully and she was happy. I could never get her to stand still even with the right tools when I tried to do it myself. I will take her in more often, so that they won't have so much work to do the next time. I highly recommend them.

Okay so I’m really a nervous person when it comes to my dog, this was his first time going here and he’s an older boy he’s 8. When I picked him up, He had so much fun he’s a vocal dog and was telling me all about it! he was acting like a puppy super happy and clean. They did a great job and the environment was very welcoming and you could tell they love their job. Einstein will be back next month for his grooming 🏻🐶 thank you guys for being trustworthy! I feel comfortable bringing him back to this location.

Awesome location. Very nice and clean. Love how my little shih tzu (Chikis) came out. Last place I took my dog they cut part of his skin. I am super pleased with House of Paws . Definitely will come back again. 👍👍

Do not even waste your time going somewhere else. We've had our poodle/poodle crosses go here for years and they look amazing every time. Steven and his team are the best, and not even just in the high desert, we've been to different groomers when we've traveled and none of them compare.

Took my parents 5 month Bishon Frise Mix to have her 1st Haircut and Shelby was Amazing, she treated my parents baby girl with such a good care that my pup was even falling sleep during her hair cut. I will definitely recommend this Business to anyone who wants to have their fur babies treated with love and care, I will be taking my own 2 fur babies this week for their own grooming.

My experience.....in one word.*****IMPRESSED*****Very happy with the owner/employee of this place. My dog had a nail broken all the way to the quick and the man there (10years exp!) Came out to my car to evaluate my dog. He gave me a referral to a veterinarian that could help us for a reasonable price. He was so nice. He was really concerned. Genuinely I'm sure. And they are located in an easily accessible place even with major road construction taking place. I saw some of the work he was doing with other dogs and I'm impressed. He will be my new groomer for all 3 of my beloved dogs.

Best Pet Groomer I've ever been to my dog was super matted in her feet and he managed to take it all off and was so nice and calm with my princess. He even added bows and a bandana around her neck super cute!! 😍Definitely will be bringing her back to House Of Paws!! Super clean place great customer service and great prices totally a highly recommendable place! You won't be disappointed.

Great prices. Friendly staff. I took my 10 year old half blind dog there and when I came back to pick him up he was happy and playing with other pups instead of being locked up. I really liked that. I'm a happy customer and I'm calling tmw to schedule another appointment.

I would like to give the 0 stars, but I have to at least give them one to leave a comment. I made an appointment in 2 weeks in advance, the person I spoke to said they had availability all day today. I came brought my two dogs at their scheduled appointment time. The girl told me it would be about 2 hours and they would text me when they were done. I don't live near this area so I waited around for the two hours and still had no text. I decided to go back and wait there since they should be getting to close to finishing according to the timeframe the girl gave. I go in to wait and I see that they hadn't even started on them. They said they got busy. I told them that it was not right and they should have at least text me to let me know they were going to be much longer than expected. The girl could not find any words because she knew that was wrong of them but then the guy chimed in asking if I had ever taken my dogs to get groomed. Saying it takes sometimes 3 hours for a dog to be groomed. I take my dogs to get groomed regularly and it has never taken this long at any other place I have gone. I would have understood if I was a walk in but with an appointment it shouldn't take that long. So disappointed in driving all this way and waiting for nothing. A great big waste of time!

Very disappointed. Called and schedule an appointment. Talked to Steven. I showed up 10 min before appointment, knocked on the door and called to let him know I'm outside. I'm sure i was seen through the tinted windows. My calls and door knocks were ignored. I waited 15 mins outside. No luck. Another gentleman with his dog shows up, knocks on door and they open the door for him. I can only wonder why I was ignored service after making and scheduling appointment over the phone.

House of Paws has always done a great job bathing and de-shedding my GSD. We've been to them several times. Unfortunately in the last couple weeks we have tried calling and setting up appointments online with no success. I may have to drive down there and set up an appointment that way. I'm sure once I do they'll continue to take great care of my GSD.

This was our first time here with our dog. We have a chocolate lab and golden retriever mix and she was a mess. She looks like a completely new dog. The staff is so friendly! We will for sure be taking our dogs here for now on.

This is the best groomers, my dog Ginger is a rescue. She is a nervous little thing & they always know how to keep her calm & do an excellent job grooming her. I also take both my daughters 2 shih tzu dogs. They do a wonderful job with them.

I have never seen a cleaner Groomer establishment. They were very gentle with my dog for the first time. The shampoo and cut was magnificent. I will definitely take my dog back there again and again.

Few weeks ago took my rescued pit. Lucy has really bad anxiety! So I dropped her off with Chase, I hung out for a bit to ensure Lucy was ok. When I came back for Lucy, not only did she do great, but Chase handled her so well she made her feel at ease!! Lucy was so happy, feeling like a million bucks. Thank you so much Chase!!!

Excellent dog grooming services! Adopted a dog who needed A LOT of maintenance, and they went above and beyond to make her look beautiful again. Drove over an hour for their services, and will be doing it again every month. 💕

I love these people. When I tell my dog let's go get a bath, she races me to the car. They keep her there and she gets to meet and greet the other dogs. If you are a regular, my dog is midget. I recommend this place to everyone. .
