Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered a hedgehog toy from this company online via EBay. Received notification item had been shipped. Then 3 days later, company said they received it back due to it being damaged during shipping. They offered to send me a different toy (since they claimed they didn’t have another one of the toy I ordered in stock) or give me my money back. I said I wanted my money back. Now the same toy I ordered from them is in stock, and instead of being roughly $16, they are selling it for $80. Sounds like price gouging to me.

Ordered my daughter a helmet for Christmas and order from them through Amazon. They shipped the helmet in a black plastic trash bag. You can imagine how well the bag will hold up to shipping. My daughter got home and the bag was ripped and she could see the helmet that she was suppose to get for Christmas. I called and was told they would send me a new one out or give me a refund. Look to another provider to avoid a company who does not value the products you order. I mean it is a helmet that is used to protect our children and should be treated with better care.

Stay very far from these crooks. If i could give a no star. I ordered something from them on Amazon. The usps tracking was created. They said it was shipped. It wasn't. They said waiting on a shipment. False cause they say they in stock on Amazon. What a bunch of liars and scam artists.

This company sucks. I received a pair of gloves that were ordered from them through a gift exchange. They were too small, so I contacted the company to exchange them. I was told to put them back into the package, write "refused" on it and take it to the post office. They also charge a $5.95 "repackaging cost". The gloves were fake suede, overpriced at $24, and I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place. I could just send them back, (but it would take less effort to throw them away) or pay $5.95 for gloves that I really don't want.Edit: So I sent the gloves back. A month later I had not heard anything, so I called. After a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to convince the person who answered the phone that I had indeed sent them back I was finally able to talk to the owner, Gail Nunn. She also told me that she didn't have any record of receiveing the gloves, perhaps it was another company of the same name. (Yeah , right) Luckily I had the cancelled check. At that point she couldn't deny it, so she sent me another pair, but I had requested a Mens' size, but they sent Womens', which were still too small. I called them and asked whether I could just choose something else on the site of similar value, but they refused. Elise, with whom I spoke, told me that they could only refund the original purchaser. Since it was purchased on a Facebook gift exchange, I didn't know the person who bought them, but Elise told me that she would talk to the purchaser. I called them back tonight, finally talking with the owner. She told me that they had refunded the purchaser, but had not talked to her. So the purchaser would get the refund, but would not know why. Then she hung up on me. When I tried to call back I got a generic answering machine message. This company is unbelievably unprofessional. They try to avoid paying return postage by telling customers to write "refused" on the opened package. This is fraud. Not surprising.I have contacted Amazon and filed a complaint against My Hooves and Paws. I would suggest that others do the same. Companies such as this one should not be allowed to do business on Amazon.

I have ordered some tack and jeans on April 10, 2020. I have yet to receive any part of my order. I have called and left several messages along with multiple emails with no reply. When looking up the status of my order on the website it says “shipped “ yet when you try to track it , it says label created.I warn anyone wanting to purchase from Hooves and Paws to think twice , they will gladly take your money, but good luck getting what you order!!!

Just here to say the same thing everyone else has. We ordered off of Amazon and were given an arrival date. Arrival date came and went out tracking into usps site directly and it was showing as it hadn’t even made it to the post office. Contacted the company through amazon and got word for word almost what everyone over the last two years has gotten from them. Thankfully I read the reviews and instead of waiting further for an item that probably wouldn’t have come we canceled the order and Amazon refunded us our money. I’m surprised Amazon still uses them as a third party seller considering they’ve been scamming people for this long.

BUYER BEWARE !. Do not shop from this company. They are listed on Amazon, and I ordered boots for my dog. Upon receiving the items, I realized they are too big and I sent back in the original package, following the instructions given on Amazon website for returns. At that point I wanted smaller size boots. Now, keep in mind, that their return label has no traking number on it and I did not sent the package with a tracking number, but only with their return label on the original package. At the same time, I sent my car payment, my cell phone payment and my rent without any tracking number. Everybody received the mail,, except them,. Funny don't you think so? So I've been fighting with Amazon and guess what? They will not refund my money claiming they don't have the product that I returned. So now I am out of the money and the product I will also not renew my Premier membership on Amazon because they decided to trust the seller and not the buyer in this case after I spent thousands of dollars buying from Amazon. So again, beware if you buy from them and you have some sort of problems with the product, you will have a hell of a time getting your money back. I mean you won't see a penny from them. So, they STOLE MY MONEY AND KEPT THE PRODUCT. Great way to grow the company lying to people !!!!! I would give no stars, but that's now an option.

This is the second time I ordered from them and decided to give them a second chance as I had no other choice this time since my horse needed these specific XL boots that were hard to find and this is the second time they had taken my money and "lost the shipment and tracking info" I will never deal with them again especially this happening for the second time in a row. I ended up having to get my money refunded through Amazon as I ordered these boots two weeks ago! My previous order from last year took almost a solid month to come in after having to call Amazon twice about them losing my package and tracking info but never reshipping my order. I finally got my package but wasn't what I originally ordered!

I ordered from this company on June 3rd, 2020. After weeks of waiting for a delivery I called and was told by the “Manager” Sharon or Shari that she has no control over USPS - that she created a label and it’s up to them when they pick up and deliver. I thought that was a very odd response but asked her to look into it and re-ship because I have a very disappointed granddaughter. She assured me I would have delivery the week after the Fourth of July holiday. On July 17th I called and again spoke to the “Manager” Sharon or Shari who again blamed the United States Postal Service and went on to blame the Vendor Breyer Horse Co. stating the product was on backorder with no eta for delivery. There was no follow up to insure I received delivery after the first mishap and her response was “do you know how many calls I get?” I asked if all those calls were dissatisfied customers because those are the ones she should focus on to insure they were taken care of and she had no response. I asked her to refund me and immediately went to Amazon.com and reordered the Horse on July 17th and my granddaughter received it on July 19th directly from Amazon. This company Is mismanaged and provides false information to cover for their lack of control over their orders shipments and deliveries. I would not recommend them not only because they failed to ship the product but their lack of ownership and follow up when they make a mistake.

Bought an item off of Amazon on March 2nd. The next day it posted as "shipped" but they had just printed a label and didn't actually send it out til 13 days later. Tried to contact them with no response. Missed my wife's birthday by 10 days because of this.... thanks a lot. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I actually did receive the item unlike others that have posted here. The internet is huge... buy somewhere else

I ordered from them on Amazon and the package didn't arrive after a few days and was marked "late" by Amazon. I checked tracking and it showed they had only printed the shipping label. I waited patiently a few more days and checked the tracking again. It showed they had cancelled the shipping label. No refund or explanation was given at that time. I contacted them to ask what was up. They used the phrase "not good tracking" and blamed USPS. I opened a claim on Amazon and my refund was given. MyHoovesandPaws offered to give me a discount for a future purchase if I remove any negative reviews and call them first, but after reading some of their other customer's negative reviews revealing their shipping habits, I'm not really interested in any further business with them.

The package for this product came damaged and the product was completely missing. Since this is a 3rd party order amazon contacted MyHoovesAndPaws for me, however they never responded. After 2 weeks of trying to contact them amazon finally refunded my money which was great. Today the Sharon, the stores manager, contacted me and said she would resend a new product for free but only if I gave them a 5 star review. I explained to her that I had not received 5 star service so she was asking me to lie. She responded that she would only send the product in trade for the review; I continued to refuse to lie and she eventually hung up on me. I let amazon know and amazon is aiding me in filing a report against the company.

I ordered from this company on Amazon, the item was supposed to arrive on June 8th. The label was printed on June 4th and I was told it was on the way. I checked the tracking and it showed that the item had not been given to the carrier. I contacted them with no response, so I contacted Amazon. I asked for a refund because the item did not arrive when it was guaranteed so I bought one locally. I was contacted by the company and spoke to Sharon who told me I could get a refund and could keep the item, if I removed the negative feedback that I had given them. They told me it was a USPS issue, but suddenly, on June 9th it said the package had arrived at the carrier. The label on the package was the one printed on June 4th. Since I had already purchased the item, I moved forward with a refund through Amazon and shipped the item back to the company. I would not use this company again in the future.

Horrible customer service! If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would!! My boots were shipped to the wrong address in the incorrect state!! I even paid them to expedite shipping!! I have tried multiple times to contact them with zero response. Christmas presents officially ruined for two little girls!! THANKS A LOT! :-(

My experience with Hoofs and Paws was excellent. Terrific customer service...I purchased dog boots that were too large for my dogs paws. They were happy to take them back and refund my money. They responded quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them .

I visited the in-person storefront. It is a little difficult to find and "shady" looking - all the windows are blacked out so you can't see in. They have a wide selection. However, it is clearly an online distribution center. Many items don't have prices, which is my major deal breaker. I hate it when prices aren't listed. It wastes my time and makes me feel like they're just making prices up. I looked at about 10 items and NONE had prices. Some items have a sign near them that tells prices but again it is clearly not for consumers to come in person. Beyond frustrating!
