Love this place. My little dog, Joy loves it, too. She's always excited to get dropped off--it's like a fun doggie day care for her as she gets to play with the other dogs instead of spending all her time in a kennel. The groomers clearly love the animals and it shows. In addition to loving on the animals, they do a great job grooming! Highly recommend.

not only are they friendly & clean they love & respect animals. As a new client, they asked me if my cocker got along with other dogs because they allow dogs to roam within salon (they even had beds by low windows for small dogs to rest & gaze out the window! Treats are given but they ask you if this is ok. My dog was so happy and when she went back for a trim she was pulling me into the door to see her new friends! Happy dog, happy Owner!

I've yet to go here without someone being rude. My first visit in 2010, I was waiting for my dog while overhearing them badmouth customers. I refused to go back until Covid took out my favorite Groomer and I had not much choice. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that only rabies vaccination was needed. I showed up and was told that no, I needed proof of everything. This was after the woman who had been sitting on her phone saw me come in, looked extremly annoyed to be interrupted and asked why I was there and seemed clueless as to my appointment reservation. Never again.

They did a great job!! They were so kind and gentle..My dog usually hates going to the groomer, he was so happy when I picked him up. He felt very comfortable with them! 😄

I was really nervous about getting my dogs nails trimmed because of previous experiences with other places. They were so awesome and understanding with my dogs. I will be bringing them back 🤗

I do not know who this person is, that left this bogus report about Our shop. The name of the person reporting Our shop has never been Our customer. How someone could make a sick accusation is beyond me. However it does sadden me that two dogs have died. No one has tested our shop to verify any such virus. We do Our level best to inquire with all of Our clients pets, having all their shots, and proof of rabies shots. Each night Our shop is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Our business continues to grow because we care about Our clients pets and treat them as family. Thank you for your support.

I have been taking my Chihuahua there for over a year. "Precious " my baby girl can be very moody when at the groomer she does not like her nails trimmed. That because she has been cut and bleed a few time at other groomer. At begin 4more she has never been cut having her nails trimmed and believe me Precious can be a hand full to have her nails trimmed she can give Caroline a hard time Caroline is patient with her she talks to her and calms her down she great with her Precious looks smells so good so happy running around playing, after her bath and even her nails done. All of the groomer our great there friendly and kind.I am so truly sorry to hear about the 2 dogs that passed from parvo. But I can say I don't believe they got it from there for one parvo does not pick and choice which dog is going to get sick.if those 2 dogs did get provo from there so many other dogs would of gotten sick as well those dogs was not the only 2 dogs at the groomers that day no other dog got sick. This groomer makes sure the dogs all have had the vaccination and there rabies shots.as its easy to find blame from others not say you are but when was the last time the dogs had there shot or where eles could you have gone or other dogs your dogs could been around that day that they could of gotten parvo from it is truly sad and my heart goes out to you for losing both of your dogs. before I would say a statement like that I would made positive with no dought that where my dogs got it from..this groomer is very clean i have been to other places where the floor is just covered with hair you couldnt tell the color of the floor. They care for all the animals that go in there. the dogs get to play with other dogs, there personal poodle that is there everyday even calms down other dogs that may be nervous don't know what she said tells them but doggie talk is work and calms the other dog.My boyfriend has taken his baby there for more than 8 yrs.We love this groomer they all are friend professional just a great place precious and suzie loves going getting all beautiful they are so happy when they leave. We will keep Coming back.Ps again so sorry for you lost

I took my dog in to get his nail filled down knowing he he a cracked nail . the ladies who help me out were super helpful and informative. They did the best they could to trim down his nail , but i my dog wasn’t making it easy . overall the service was great

I've had Scottish terriers for 31 years, this place doesn't know how to groom scotties,and went 2 pick up my senior dog they cut his ear badly, which they tried to blame my dog which hes never had a problem before and my second scotty who is a puppy also they have the worst haircut ever on any of my scotties. Just be warned about your fur babies. I will go back to grooming my dogs myself.

I have been on the search for a groomer that can trim and groom a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and when done they STILL LOOK LIKE A CAVI! Beggin 4 more NAILED IT! I will never go anywhere else to get my 2 Cavi's groomed. Their prices are competitive too! Thanks Ladies!!! I could not be happier.

I have had wonderful experiences here. However, today I traveled 20 minutes with a dog that does NOT travel well only to see a sign in the store that says “as of August 1 we are closed sundays and mondays”. I checked their website BEFORE I left to make sure they were open. Their website has not been updated of the new hours. It is not difficult to change store hours on a website. This is infuriating and shows me the lack of respect they have for their customers. I will not be going back until the hours are updated on their site. It is such a shame as this place and their staff have been so excellent to me the past couple of years.

This location is infected with parvo!!My family's 2 dogs had finally completely reached adulthood and took them to this groomer for the first time. Not long after the visit both dogs became violently ill out of nowhere and lost their lives at the vet office where we also learned that this groomer is positive for parvo. We properly notified the rude owner of what happened and is too much of a douchebag to properly disinfect her business and claimed to have stalked our property at one point and claimed to have observed our INDOOR, 11 lb, small purebred PUGS "playing" with wild, parvo infected coyotes, suggesting thats how our dogs got sick. If that doesn't sound like pure asinine I don't know what does but this proves her level of delusion. There are other groomers in Apple Valley, steer clear of this one.

I brought my 17 year old Shih Tzu to them, it took two to groom her, they were gentle and took their time. I'm sorry to say that it was her last grooming. She passed away.
