I cannot say anything bad or wrong about this place. I’ve been taking my 65lb bernedoodle here for almost a year now and he absolutely loves coming here. He is always treated well and the people here do an amazing job. They are also very flexible and understanding when things come up and postponing is needed. Pricing is fair and adequate, especially when compared to others in the Antioch/brentwood area. Love this place, I’m glad I found them.

Very disappointing experience irritated that I have to put any star at all. I made the appointment about 5 days ago to bring my Australian shepherd fur baby in for a bath and haircut. Today was the appointment I arrived on time and ready. The front door did not open until the front desk person unlocked it. she kept us waiting outside until she was done chatting with the person before us that was also dropping her dog off.When we were let in the front staff asked what name was our appointment under I gave her the name and she looked up at me with a very unwelcoming face and said you didn’t confirm the appointment she said they tried several times to get in contact with both the numbers they had. I said I didn’t have any txt messages nor voicemails or emails and neither did my daughter who’s number is also on file.Another staff person then came out and confirmed the phone numbers on file. She had his paperwork in her hands with the pile of other dogs that were on schedule for today. I saw her pick up his formsthen went to the back spoke in Spanish to someone then came back and very rudely said unfortunately we canot take you we don’t have enough cages since you didn’t confirm your appointment.I responded by reminding her that she was the one who booked us the appointment when my daughter and I came in a few days ago she was the one who gave us the paperwork and discussed the haircut style and different options she said they had to many dogs today and could not take us. I told her that this was not fair of them to cancel us we honestly didn’t get a txt or call and she didn’t mention that we would have to confirm anything when she booked the appointment 5 days prior.I explained that I have a schedule and that now due to this I was going to be late work. She said then said this was our second time doing this which is a flat out lie this was our first appointment ever with them.Bottom line is they over booked themselves and canceled us by lying and saying that we didn’t confirm. This was very rude, discriminatory, inconvenient and unacceptable of them to do. I would definitely not recommend them.

Over priced for dog grooming, and my dog kept shaking his head after being picked up, the next day and still on going for the 2nd week is a horrible ear infection, after we specifically agreed on not touching the ears. Asked for specific attention to needing his paws and feet cut real low, and they were the same as when I brought him in, but blow dried and brushed out. They seemed legit and knowledgeable, but I was wrong. Very disappointed and frustrated with this service. Would highly NOTrecommend.

Simply awesome! My dogs came out happy, clean and so soft. Most importantly they weren't stressed!!! Everyone was so nice, I could tell my dogs were well taken care of while being groomed! So glad we've found Plush Paws for our pups!

We have had both good -- and some really bad --experiences with dog groomers. Our 131/2 yr. old pup, Moani comes with a host of medical issues so finding a place that will treat her gently and with kindness is harder than you'd expect. Well, I'm here to say Plush Paws 🐾 is a perfect match. Moani came away looking gorgeous, bouncy happy and-most of all- unstressed. We highly recommend this shop. Great staff and it's local!

The place is super cute the owner is great, but I have never dropped my dog off and it take 45 mins to do the works! I got a call he was done 45 mins after I dropped him off, I get there is and he is NOT done he see's me and that was that. Also he was not cut like I asked, I asked for a short cut his feet and face looks like was not cut. It may have just been a crazy day like we all have but I was very disappointed.

I do not like they service one of the groomers cut my dog and she was so red and they did not try to make me feel like I want to take my dog back so I found a new groomer

I was a new client referred by someone and I've never had such a terrible job. I asked that her underbelly be trimmed if needed and this is what they did only to be rear of her belly, not the front. It is shaved down to her skin and she is licking, and scratching at it. They also trimmed the feathering on her back legs, not the front, which is part of her mixed bread. Hopefully it all grows back. What a disappointment!!
