Great place. Great service. My cat is long hair and he takes a lot if maintenance but they were able to make him feel super soft and smell really nice! I would recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t take the after pics but pawspa did a great job.

First time today and literally an amazing experience. I’ve gone to four different groomer’s (2) in San Francisco (2) in Antioch and they have all left my dog bald and unsatisfied. The staff were amazing and super kind and left my dog with one of the best cuts he’s ever had. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

Pet lovers, please reconsider doing business with Pawspa. My experience was regrettable. 1:00 appointment was told 2.5 hours to service. They would call 15 mins before complete. At 4:00 I called them. Said very busy, would be another hour. No call, so I showed up at 6:00 when they closed. My dog had a bath only. Was scheduled for full service. She had been in there for 5 hours, with no call to update on crate and blow dryer issues. Much of my day was planned around this appointment. They do not have their act together. My dog was hungry and traumatized.

We love Pawspa. More importantly our mini Goldendoodle loves Pawspa. Our puppy has special needs. Pawspa shows care and concern when grooming him. They are patient and you can tell they love what they do. He always looks great after his grooming. I could not recommend more Pawspa.

I'm so glad I found this gem! She squeezed us in last-minute and took great care of my pup. Super thorough, personable, and professional.I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed with multiple dogs to work on and toward the end of the day, but she kept a positive attitude and worked quickly but did not rush or cut corners. Would definitely come regularly if I ever move back to Antioch. So sad I can't take this spot with me!

Friendly and great staff. Came for grooming and both my fur babies looked fresh and smelled amazing. We used boarding services for both of our huskies and they were so awesome to take them on such short notice.

First I want to say they treated my fur baby very well. I loved the thoroughness of the update when I picked her up. The only thing is the website didn't have an option for scheduling for a cat so I did the generic small breed for $30. For cats it is actually $60. I will say when I mentioned this the ladies did apologize for the confusion and said they'd get the information updated. Over all service, ease and communication was fantastic. I would recommend this place. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option. 5 stars once the online scheduling is fixed.

Pawspa is new to my area, and I'm so glad I found it! I have a 5mo old tea-cup sized puppy who had never been groomed. I had called all around town for an appointment, and all grooming shops were booked through late July and well into August. I happened across Pawspa and Leah made an appointment with me within 2 days.  She was professional, and is very skilled.  Good for me that she didn't have a full day of clients, because she was able to take her time with my little girl.  I plan on being a regular customer, and have already booked my next appointment.  Thank you Leah for making my Moxie look even more adorable than she was.

I made an appointment, I took my dog ​​with them at 3:15, and they call me at 7 in the afternoon to tell me that they are not going to be able to do anything to my dog because one of them got sick, which is understandable, they told me to return next day but that it was going to be free, I take him the next day at 2:30, and again they gave him to me after 7, and they only cut his hair, they did nothing else, they did not bathe him. They treated him well but unfortunately it was not what I was expecting

I went to paw spa, for the first time and will be last my baby dog had an appointment at noon. My dig didn't get out of the shop after five pm so thirsty and stressed like i never seen my baby dog before I will never bring my lil dog here horrible service
