My 11 year old son call there yesterday around 4:30 pm asking about a catAnd the person who answered the phone was just rude! (to a kid just asking questions.)Like she was irritated. He asked basic questions and her answers were very sharp and short with obvious frustration. I got on the phone to make sure I wasn’t processing this the wrong way, sometimes people just have weird tone or way of say things. So I started clarifying his questions and she was like NO!, WE DON’T!WE’RE NOT AFFILIATED! And then what are you looking for?I told her she was rude!She was quite and still did not apologize.👎🏾Customer service is definitely not for her!..

They are very nice. I had 2 ferral boys needing to be fixed. The price was great. I am now waiting for them to open the schedule up again so I can get a few more ferrals fixed.

The experience I had at Furry friends was good. They gave me a free bag of dogfood and they did not make me jump through hoops to get it! The person who helped me gave me a pamphlet about spay and neutering for my dog. The pricing for neutering went according to the size of your animal were very reasonable prices were very reasonable ( lowest prices I have ever seen for this procedure). The spay and neutering procedure is not done at Furry Friends. This is a good and caring place to go to to help you with your animal. If they don't offer what you need, chances are they can refer you to someplace that can help.

We adopted a beautiful little kitten from Furry friends! Words cannot express how much we love this kitten! She stole our hearts. We appreciate all the time they spent talking to us and making sure we were a good fit for our new fur baby. Our kitten was already vaccinated and spayed. Such a wonderful group of people!!!

Love this place! Great staff and customer service. Furry Friends offers low cost pet vaccinations, microchipping, deworming,, nail trims and much more at the vet clinic. They offer an animal food program & recently got a new updated website going so now scheduling appointments and accessing info is a breeze. Their funding goal has almost been reached to offer low cost spay & neutering which will be awsome. Antioch doen not currently have one. Animal toys, beds & other supplies are available for purchase at a very affordable price. Donations are accepted as well!. I highly recommend this place and encourage anyone in a position to support this much needed community resource to do so! Thank you ladies for doing what you do.

Caring people filling a need for low cost animal services. I took my Beagle in for his shots. The cost was reasonable, very little wait time, and I picked up a couple tip overhearing a convo between an employee and customer. Keep up the good work! You are appreciated!

This place is run by a wonderful volunteers who helped both of my service pets get their shots. they also gave us some gifts . All the services were free for us on that day, don't know if they always do that but it was a wonderful surprise for us.

I am a volunteer with Furry Friends so I know I am biased. I also have been a veterinarian for over 30 years in the East Bay and have worked with dozens of rescues including some of the more famous ones in the region and I can say without question, Furry Friends is run with integrity, compassion, and with the the animal's best interest always first.I was also drawn to Furry Friends because they have compassion and care, not only for the animals they care for, but also for the people who care for their animals. Their work with the community in providing pet food, vaccines, and medical care for the folks who might not be able to afford these necessary things for their beloved family members makes Furry Friends the BEST rescue organization I know of. That is one of the many reasons I am a volunteer!!

The people there are great. Very careing and they go to extremes to help animals. They have gone to the California fires to help out several times. I have enjoyed Working with and donating to them for the past 8 years. They pass out food and help with medical for free.

Stop in here and do good! If you are a pet owner then you should consider stopping in to have a look around. The thrift store carries crates, treats, toys, and many other things. A purchase here helps support their low-cost, one-monthly vaccine clinics, and their free pet food program. They even have a program that occasionally can help folks with the cost of spaying or neutering their pets. Please consider shopping here to help support their amazing programs. If you don't find anything to buy you can still make a donation.

I have always been the one to rescue dogs but recently I was in need of finding a place ti rehome a beautiful dog that came to our life unexpectedly. Furry Friends came to the rescue. Their staff was knowledgeable, caring and understanding of our situatiin and made a difficult situation much easier.

I came here to get my dog’s nails clipped but they didn’t clip all of them because they said it was unnecessary to do so. I asked them to do it anyway but they still didn’t. I knew I should have tried harder to get them to do the job I paid for because my dog ended up getting hurt. His nail got caught on something and his entire nail came off and he was in extreme pain. I took my poor pup to the veterinarian and they said this happened because his nails are too long. They went ahead and clipped EVERY SINGLE NAIL. Because of Furry Friends’ lousy job, I had to pay a big vet bill, but more importantly, my best friend is in so much pain. I really hope this review gets read by the people that work here because it’s really awful that this happened after thinking I could trust them for a nail trim.

This is an amazing rescue. They are knowledgeable in what they do. And without a doubt absolutely care about animals. They go the extra step to ensure a proper home for animals that they foster for and make sure that they are a good fit for the family and the furry friend. Sorry they don't do scaled friends. :p

I have fallen on hard times and Erin banned me from getting food for my animals. Whatever she may have thought of me, I apologized and got no response from her. Months later, I was banned for no reason. There are days when the dogs don’t eat. People donating need to know this. I wasn’t rude to anyone. But, you are right that you can refuse service to anyone. If you want to tell that story, just know that someone was in your store that day and called you rude. You banned her & then let her come back. I just believe you don’t like me for whatever reason and making the animals suffer. But it’s okay. I never had any issues with anyone other than you. The other ladies were all very helpful. I pointed out that your shot records were in error and that is something you refused to acknowledge. Anyway, I stand by the truth and karma.

Everything in the store is MORE than 1/2 the price of wut we USE to pay at a vet clinic, 99% of their store is from EXTREMLY nice people who have donated items. I'm a 'newbee' to their clinic i have serves done for my dog, i have donated items to them & i do plan on becoming a regular to their establishment!!

They need to make it known that their hours are the same but days aren't. So now They are only open Tue\Thursday all else is the same. I spent unnec. Gas to get to them from where i was at the time..i was hella upset about that. Oh and their calls are goi g to another company that has to give the caller their correct number..arrgghh!

I came in for a disabled person who can’t leave her bed and I’m her caretaker she can’t come get food for her dogs because she’s bed ridenAnd she has no money comeing in due to being sick she really needs food for her dogs and the co founder would not let me get food for my friends dogs I donate food all the time also she was rude tu me and my kids 😞
