The staff is nice, it's clean and with Starbucks, you know what to expect with their product. This location is a little small, so meeting with a big group is a problem. Their Carmel macchiato are great. The bathroom is clean but too small for the number of guests.

Customer service was below ⬇️ average for Bucky’s and drinks took about 10 minutes to complete? The a/c unit made tons of extra noise and didn’t really produce any significant amount of cooled air in my opinion. Not sure 🤔 we will be coming back to this location.

It is just like your average Starbucks, except it's in a small town, so the employees are friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. It has small-town charm in it's atmosphere and personality.Parking: Large shopping center parking lot.

This Starbucks has the fastest drive-thru times in the area. I'm in and out quick. I usually see Morgan in the morning if i go in. She is super friendly and remembers my drink/food order.I wish more locations operated like this one.

Usually our experience is good, but the last few months it had been extremely slow. Our orders have been wrong because they just aren't paying attention to what we are ordering. Never anything complicated just simple coffee. We love our Starbucks but really contemplate not going anymore.

I've been to a lot of different Starbucks in my life and this one, by far, has the greatest customer service. Everyone working is so nice and cheerful. And they really make sure your drink is perfect for you. I truly love that.

Good, fast service. Patronized by CHP. Restrooms were clean. Staff wore masks, most customers did not, one day after CDC lifted it's indoor mask mandate for vaccinated people. Minor issue: for the two cold beverages we ordered, they didn't appear to have the type of lid that accommodates a straw, making it challenging to sip without spillage.

Great meeting location for gold country adventure! It's not a large Starbucks but it's conveniently located. I passed it by for years not knowing it was tucked into this shopping center. There are 2 restrooms. Plenty of parking in a big lot shared with the shopping center.

Great staff open and friendly. The location is very clean. They even have customer of the week. Your picture is taken and displayed in the store with your name and regular order. Now that is friendly. Please go soon and enjoy the experience. Good luck.

Although I've frequented the Angels Camp location in the last three months or so, I must say, the drive through service I received on 2/7/21 was not well. The drinks were off, bitter and wattery. We were told the store was out of whipped cream, so no Pupachino and barely any on our drinks (Decaf Carmel Fraps). When we drove round for a refund and return drinks, we were told to keep them. The gal put the money back on my card and when my son tried to explain what he was told at the drive through the first time, she quickly dismissed him. Never did i/we get asked if she could make our drinks again, nor were we consoled. I'm not saying we need that, I'm saying that is usually Starbucks way. They always want you to love your drink(s).

The ONLY groomer I bring my pets to. Large, sanitary establishment with pet daycare & lodging on site. Caring, knowledgeable staff who clearly adore the animals. Trish, the owner, is not only amazingly talented, her kind gentle touch & pure, honest love for animals shines through in turn making the animals feel safe. Wholeheartedly recommend Trish & her Staff above & beyond all others - not only in the Valley Springs area - give them a try & you'll find out wht!

Stopped by on our way home from visiting Calaveras State Park, on aa Saturday night almost close to closing time and we had the best customer service. Cashier explained very patiently how the new star rewards works. Thank you! Best customer service! 🤗

I used to go here a lot but recently the quality of their drinks have gone down. Like the hot white mocha tastes of just hot milk, nothing more. Sometimes the Frappuccino’s taste only of syrup or are completely watered down and hold no consistency. Unless you modify your order, say like add extra ice in the Frappuccino then it’ll be think or adding an extra pump of the syrup to a hot flavored coffee so it actually has some flavor instead of hot milk.
