I understand times have changed but I never thought I would be spending my birthday at rite aid trying to get a Covid booster and flu shot. I tried to make an appointment for both me and my daughter and it wouldn’t let me. I called two different locations one did not allow walk-ins and the other one did an after explaining the speed bumps I kept hitting I was told by the staff to just come in with my daughter. I get there an hour and a half later, and I am told they’re too busy for walkins come back around two.

There is a new and very helpful Pharmacist. The staff is fantastic and I am always greeted and treated excellent. The Pharmacist has been quite helpful and very professional and really tries and helps to figure out ways and different alternatives so I am able to receive all my medicines. The staff and the Pharmacist are surely great.

Went in with my gf and the made her comeback to wait for very important medicine after we came back for the 3rd time, we asked if it was able to be transfered yet? He told us to wait in the line which we waited for 30 minutes and when we got to the front of the line he had the guts to say "no I havent called the other store yet, good bye.

They can't keep a good pharmacist and the floaters could care less about you getting your prescriptions on time. I called 3 days before my rx was due (thursday) to verify they got my electronic scripts from my doctor. The pharmacist verified they were there and would be ready today (sunday). I called today and the girl answering the phone asked the pharmacist about them and the same one I talked to 3 days prior now says that they don't have the scripts. The girl gets back on the phone with me and tells me this. When I tell her about having already verified 3 days ago she holds the phone to her chest and I hear her tell the pharmacist that the customer is asking to speak with a pharmacist (not what I said, but nice job passing the buck)! She then puts me on hold and when I look at the timer and 30 minutes had gone by, I use my cell phone to call and they now won't pick up the phone and they still won't take me off of hold on my house phone. It's an hour later and they still won't pick up the phone. Ridiculous. 10+ years of going here and I think I've about had it with their incompetence and refusal to make it better for their customers. I gave it 1 star because you literally HAVE to give at least 1 before you can rate them. My choice would have been no stars.

I can never get a hold of the people at this joke of a pharmacy. Took 4 visits and five faxes to get my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy. I had 2 phones in my hands. One on hold for over half an hour while the other just rang and rang and rang for over 45 minutes. They never answered, i hung up. They should just shut that place down. They are causing more harm than good.

I would RATE this store NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. They are SOOOOO RUDE. I worked here for 3 years and got fired the day I returned from a medical leave over 3 years ago. All of a sudden they tried to tell me I am not allowed to come in here because I was fired. I have gotten all my prescriptions as well all my families prescriptions here for the last 5 plus years. After the way I have been treated the last 2 times I was in here I am transfering all my rx's to CVS.

Rarely are my medications ready on time. I live 30 mins away and it is extremely frustrating to not have your medication ready calling it in 2 days prior. My doctor called in a prescription for pain and an antibiotic for a severe infection today and when I arrived it was not ready. I was told I had to come back in 3 hours and that the pharmacist was not available. So here I sit, in pain waiting. Ridiculous! Won’t ever use Rite Aid again.

Customer service is friendly & respectful. The aisles are well organized and you can find what you are looking for with ease. During the holidays it can get a busy but the aisles are wide enough to give customers space so you don't feel over crowded. The facility is clean & has a lot of things that other shops in this area don't have. The prices are reasonable.

They keep a skeleton crew and customers suffer. I can't stand dealing with this place. Their only saving grace is the inexpensive ice cream that helps my daughter feel better about taking medication.

Very rude in In pharmacy. Didn’t answer their phone for over two hours, then called was put on hold for over 25 minutes. Call back from the house phone finally got through. This is been going on for years!!! Worst customer service ever, they need more help. Hopefully corporate headquarters reads this.takes days to get a Prescription what a joke.

The pharmacy could communicate better. I call to find out if they cover the VA Rx they said yes come in. I drive from 15 miles to be told "oh no we dont cover Va, I can refer you to the next window and the tech can explain it further. It might be easier to call you Doctor and have them re-do it elsewhere."

I have been trying to get a a prescription filled for over a week now. Worst customer service ever, I waited at the pharmacy one day for 10 minutes without ever being greeted. I have been on hold now for 40 + minutes without them even answering the phone to say they will be putting me on hold. To say the least worst experience ever.

The lady that is the pharmacies is super rude and was totally disrespectful to me on the phone and in the store. Even after I brought in the papers she asked for she was still super rude to me. On top of all that she was super loud about my personal stuff I am dealing with and what meds I was there to pick up.

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT ONE PERSON COULD DO THEIR JOB.And they don't even try...I am extremely uncomfortable and upset by this and how they run this locationI will be switching to CVS.They are the rudest people I've came across in a rite aid

Very slow pharmacy service and the woman in the pharmacy is rude and has absolutely no empathy! The people here could at least smile when they talk to you. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

No one knew where lactaid pills were. They sent us to the laxative isle. We needed the opposite- not for it to come out but for it to stay in.
