Had 1800 Sq ft of vinyl planks put in. The experience start to finish was above and beyond expectations. Erik and the Sonora store was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. Edgar at the warehouse was accessible and met our needs. Josh, who delivered the product, was kind and on time. And we can't say enough about Louis and his team, Gilbert, Brandon and Josh who did tearout and install. They did an amazing job. They were considerate, careful, cleanly, and so fun to chat with. They returned the furniture to their original place and did very good job of cleaning up at the end of the job. They were very informative and answered all my questions. We have hired Pinnell's for several jobs at our home, including installing hardwood flooring and carpeting, and they've always done an excellent job. Last week, Pinnell's installed Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in our home office, and we are thrilled with how the job turned out. The floors are beautiful, and Jack and Merlin, the installers, were very professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. I'm very satisfied with Pinnell's Carpet One and, in particular, with the installation by Dakota. Pinnell's had a good selection of flooring to choose from and the floor looks terrific installed. Dakota showed up on time, communicated well, removed the previous floor, repaired the underlayment, and installed the new floor quickly and expertly. I was told to expect dust but there was much less than I expected. Highly recommended.

Matthew K. did a great job installing our new floors. He worked every day from 8am to 5 (or later) in a effort to complete the project on time. Matthew conscientiously worked to ensure that even though supply chain problems slowed down parts of the project, as far as the installation aspect of the job goes, we had nothing to worry about, and we will always be grateful for that!

Across the board, the flooring experience with Pinnell's has been excellent. Louis and Dakota were fantastic. The literally seamless installation over several connected rooms was done beautifully.
