Froggys is our local car wash and oil change center in Angels Camp. Today I did both and learned you get $5 off the Supreme car wash if you also get an oil change. They have a nice little store and a cute outdoor, covered sitting area out back while you're waiting for your car, with a tip box 📦 so you can tip the people cleaning your car.

My wife took her vehicle here for an oil change and when they did it they replaced her cap on her filter saying it was Brocken. We drove across country afterwards and after we reached Arizona the vehicle almost blew up. We took it to a mechanic who pulled the “new” filter cap and it was broken. Most the oil had leaked out and I now have a check engine light on with codes indicating issues with my oil pressure sensor. When I reached out to them to refund me the cost of the oil change they said they would have the owner call me back and here we are two months later and no response and no refund. I am afraid we may be in a world of trouble with this vehicle now because a technician there messed up. I would suggest you be very careful if you plan to get an oil change here!!

Came here today to get my oil changed, wipers replaced and car washed.I pull behind the car ahead of me. The owner had me back up and pull into the next stall. I am waiting for 40 minutes and my car had not even been started on.I go there to see what is taking so long and Ruben is working on the car that came in after me.I let the lady know that I was here before that car.She goes and tells Ruben who proceeds to say “no one is gonna tell me how to do my job!” When I tried to explain that I had come in before this car, he talked over me and said “and this is gonna make it go faster?!”Then the manager comes out saying how hard he had been working. Cry me a river. This is his job. I work hard at my job too.This place is over priced, completely lacking in professionalism and a complete joke!!

They're amazing!! My car is so clean. I was pretty embarrassed because Vanilla Bean had so much dog fur, and his Starbucks cups filled the back seat, but they made quick work of it. I got an oil change, too, and the techs were very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate everyone there so much.

We took our truck in for a oil change and ultimate car wash. It was really dirty and they did a fabulous job. It was so clean. We will be bringing our car in next and they will get our repeat business. Everyone was so nice.

The team was all very friendly and hard-working. They did a good job with all the extra hand drying and wheels. We are not locals but would definitely return. Our expedition was quite dirty after 15 hours on the road and inclimate weather. The equipment and building are older, but we had a good experience.

Asked for wash and lube. Showed up and lube wasn’t done. Computers were down so they apparently couldn’t do the lube anyway. Sat and waited 1.5 hours for them to do the lube which they ultimately decided they could do. This place is a time wasting poop sandwich. Additionally, website says they are open until 5 o’clock on Saturdays when they are only open until three. Another annoyance that could’ve been avoided by competent staff.Edit* tried again. $160 for a full synthetic oil change in my sub compact (doesn’t include a wash)…. Say what?! Legitimately won’t return.

I paid for the $26 Ultimate wash which includes interior vacuuming, "light dusting", car fragrance and some more. They only vacuumed the carpets and no where else. My entire dashboard seems dustier than before the service. It seems like "light dusting" means they add their own dust :/ i decided to upgrade to ultimate instead if deluxe since it had been a while since my car had been washed but seems like getting service here is not worth itOverall i wouldn't recommend getting any other service besides an outside wash.Service: Auto detailing

I have been going to this car wash for several years without complaints but was extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Since I had just returned from camping in the mountains, I paid for their most expensive service with an additional amount for dog hair. When my car was done, the seats still had paw prints on them and my console compartments still had crumbs in them. I really think that management needs to provide someone to do some QC with the cleaning crew. I will be calling them tomorrow as they are now closed for the day but wanted to provide some level of expectation to others who might be considering this car wash.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming

The first time I was here, I waited 15 mins for an oil change and all I saw was 3 people standing around. So I left. The second time, I heard from an employee that they were washing and detailing the inside of the car for 40 bucks. When I went over there with my girlfriend, the guy said I needed a appointment and it was 250 bucks. After I said "that's more that the dealership?" He said "what's with the attitude". I honestly could not believe the terrible customer service. I will be escalating this issue

Excellent service as always! I've been taking my gmc truck and my jeep cherokee for couple oil changes now. Always feels like I'm driving off in a new reliable car after I leave there. Great car wash as well.Definitely would recommend it to everyone in the area or if you are just passing by like I was. Now thats my 1 stop shop, since I'm at our family ranch in copperopolis. And originally from the San mateo County. Love it and keep up the great work the whole staff always friendly and ready to get u in and out.Thanks to all the great service there.

The people that work there are amazing at what they do but the owner of the lady owner I went in and was asking a question into the office and the owner grabbed my arm like I was a little kid it wasn't easy it was hard and pushed me out just to talk to me so I would give this place a minus zero for the owners and 20 plus for the workers

I wonder if Froggy’s realizes how the wait times are affecting their business. This is the second time here recently when I was told driving in it would be an hour wait. People are turning around and leaving. I like the car wash jobs they do most of the time but the waiting needs fixed

This was my first visit to this place, i went here for a car wash. I pulled up, the one guy was smoking a cigarette, i indicates which wash i wanted which was the Supreme wash. He told me "are you in a rush cuz we close at 5 and theres a new guy" i told him i am fine waiting, he then peoceeded to tell me it would take longer, because of the guy behind me.I asked him "so what you are saying is you can't do the wash?" He didn't say anything. I said well i am here and i am trying to pay for a service, do you not want my busniess? Should i leave he said he could do it. I opted for a lesser service that i did not want. The car wash person basically did not want to help me, i feel it was a form of discrimination. when he took a look at me he did not want to help me, and he waa more attentive to the guy behind me and finished his truck before mine.After our interactions, it would seem as though he did not want to wash my truck.After it was done, by the way i still tipped, my truck was varely vaccuumed, the inside of the windows was not wiped, he left mud on the drivers side from bis shoes, i understand that the wait may be long but, we pay for a service and a customer expects the service will be completed to the best of the businesses ability.The register lady was very nicre, but the car wash was awful and not completed. I work in different areas and i will be informing people of how i was treated here.

We’re not upfront about costs. Charged much more than the dealer OMG 280 dollar oil change?! I’ve had problem with this place in the past and thought I’d give them another chance. Well done froggies. I’ll never be back

Get what you pay for,and my car looked amazing after the wash. Both inside and out. Also had oil changed and they were quick and very 👍 ‍♂️

Before I pulled up to Froggy’s - My car literally looked like a nuclear bomb went off in it 10 years ago and somebody had been living in it ever since. When I left, it was spotless! Feels like a brand new car! thank you so much! You guys are amazing, I am breathless. Thank you!

Good they let me know when there's going to be a wait I let other people know when there's going to be awake when I'm working and there's a nice friendly place fun to work for 10 just sucks when they take you out of your position fun to work for just sucks when they take you out your position we needed the help so they put me in the wash

The sad part about this business is local people post reviews that are read by thousands of people. I am a local and I have to say after reading these stories; I can say I will never be going there for any service. Walmart is cheaper and I already know I will be dealing with. There is no surprise there.

The only thing that was even remotely clean were my windows. I got the most expensive clean they offered... There was hay still in the back of my truck and the vaccum job was atrocious
