Shampoodles love taking care of dogs! I've had my beautiful Sheltie and a Shih Tzu groomed by Katie for years! Now, I have a new Shih Tzu puppy becoming part of the Shampoodles family! It is by far the CLEANEST and most professional groomer around. They get to know their clients and treat them like their own. I recommend Shampoodles!

Brought my long hair cat to be groomed. They did an excellent job and listened to my requests. I do not like the look of the full shaved or lion's mane style, so I asked for the groomers to remove just the matting on his stomach. They did exactly that. I plan on using their services going forward.

I am beyond happy with the care they gave my senior yorkie!! They did an AMAZING job. I have been unable to take my dog to the groomers for several years, so he was far overdue and quite a difficult dog to groom in general, but they still went above and beyond with giving him an amazing haircut. I am very careful with where I send him, because we have had some bad experiences in the past. He has often come home from groomers in a very anxious state, but the groomers at Shampoodles took great care of him. He came back looking amazing and he was very relaxed!!So happy with what they did, and relieved to have found a quality, friendly groomer that will take care of my pup! Will be going here regularly now!

Katie is known to treat both animals and humans badly. I have friends who have worked there, brought animals there, and know her personally. She is in this solely for profit and pays as minimal attention to her animals as possible. She gossips to her employees about other people and it’s created a really toxic culture. She has a turtle rescue where they just lay there basically, and die young. My friend was a longtime volunteer who cried to me about it 👎🏼

I have a large, long-haired shepherd. He was miserable hot. They trimmed him and trimmed his nails. He seems very happy with his haircut.The groomers said he was kissing them.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I worked here as a groomer and was horrified how they beat and slap dogs once you leave. Katie Rickon Hoffman will let them fall off the tables! Says well, they wont do it again, but they DO! The bather was slapping the shutzu in the tub and I didn't know what to do on my first day. These are her friends leaving the nice comments or clients who are CLUELESS.The abuse rumors are very true. Take your beloved pets elsewhere! Just look on facebook. People are finally calling her out for being a scammer! Lots of people.

Just moved locally. Chose them because they were so nice and helpful in the phone. So glad I did! Due to covid it had been awhile since my pups last grooming. They were professional, friendly and I LOVE the cute cut they gave my Yorkiepoo. I will be going back!

Not again. Gave my dog a "velvet cut" and she is in so much pain and this was 4 days ago.. she can't stand he back to her tail being touched or she'll yelp horribly.Plus, way over priced, way over priced.Never again with a velvet cut and shampoodles..

Our dogs are always excited to go there. They have never came back stressed or burned, cut, or traumatized like previous groomers. Very welcoming and always kind to us. Price is very very good. And they look amazing when they get picked up. Katie and her team are awesome

I took my small dog to get a cut it was ok we've had much better job done in other places, my pup couldn't wait to get out something wasn't ok he was pulling on the leash out the door. She said he bit the whole time, he's been to other groomers not the case at all. Also my husband had been by the place the day before and asked for prices he was told it would be $55 but when I went to pay she charged $75. 😕🤷‍♀️. Oh well gotta keep looking for a groomer.

The pens are the only good thing about this place.They wouldn't take our dog to a table to properly trim her nails and, instead, brought a second employee to put the dog in a headlock on the ground while the other trimmed her nails. One of them wasn't even wearing shoes! Definitely not professional in the slightest.Overall, terrible experience; our dog was terrified and came home shaking.

I persinally love this place! I have 3 chi's and they get their nails done here. My dogs range from the ages of 16 to 3 yrs old and they anr not very friendly but the staff us excellent with them. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Disappointed in the nail trimming.She did a great job before and went there for the 5.00 Tuesdays nail trimming.Pulled extra money out to give her cause my dogs are bigger.She was in such a hurry she spent about 60 seconds clipping their nails and said she was done and didn’t even grind them down so now I have to do it.I don’t mind paying more to have them done right but I really don’t like paying anything having them half done.I would had just assumed go somewhere else to have them done properly.

Awesome knowledge and she ever rescues turtles, anyway I wouldn't go anywhere else. A lot of people should go there because you're best friend is safe . On Tuesdays she cuts nails for $5.00. The profit goes to the turtles.

I never saw this add for Shampoodles or I would have wrote this before! About a year ago, I had brought my 3 small poms, and my yorkie. I ask to have them groomed, the owner took one look at my male pom, told me he was all matted and she wanted 80.00 for him. Then I told her I get him done every month, he just has a heavy coat. She started yelling at me, her husband told her he was not matted, she took my small 3 lb F pom, & yorkie , grabbed them yelled at them. By this time I was so mad, but nice, ask to have my dogs back that I was not going to leave them. Then she says take them I wouldn't groom them anyway and get out of my business. Her husband and daughter were trying to talk to her, and were very nice. "That WOMAN should NOT be in BUSINESS"... There was a man outside the door when we were leaving, said "your not the only one" she has done this to. I love my animals and done want anyone hurting them. So please """Beware""""

I took my dog here and what a horrible experience this was. Right off the bath notice they forgot to cut all her toes. They were questioning each other on who had done them. (Really you don't know who handled my dog?!) The ears we're not clean. All my question were answered very rushed and unprofessionally. I'm sure it's hard to run a business and staff, this place is not cut out for it. One of the staff girls was nice, but however I feel robbed for my money.

I took my dog in twice. Corey did a nice job the first time, other than cutting his fur shorter than what I had requested. I took him back about 6 weeks later, and I could of done what she did. She didn't clean his ears either. What a let down. For $40.00, I will not be going back.

Woman was rude. Said our dog was matted but no way since he is groomed every month. Then proceeded to scold me for my other dogs nails not being done sooner. Also threatened to kick me out for showing up 2 minutes too early. Just rude and over priced.

I have been taking my fur babies to Shampoodles for years. Kate and Corey treat Molly and Poppy with such love and kindness. They are always groomed very well. I would highly recommend Shampoodles to anyone.

I have been gone for 5 years. I am an 1 1/2 hiurs away and i am making an appt for Tilly for September! paid 35 dollars to have her chopped up all over in Mt Shasta...grrr. Tilly is an easy groom, no reason for this!

Fantastic groomer, she was a nice lady and I love the way she handled my dogs for their nail clippings. Also I saw a few of the other dogs she was grooming and they looked great.
