Very clean store. The ladies in the pharmacy were amazing today. Helped me get a discount on my prescription till my work insurance kicks in, the pharmacist who gave me my consultation was very informative and actually seemed like she cared- not just I have to go over this and go over it quickly. My cashier up front was also positive and polite but also very fast and efficient. As I was walking out the girl watching the speed lanes also acknowledged me and told me to have a great day.

Always great service here! Prices are average among other supermarkets. Produce is best during the summer. Easy parking here too!

I came in tonight after a long bad day at work, and was helped by I think her name was Tiffany at check out 3, she had the best personality! She was upbeat and friendly, kind and just an amazing person! Her willingness to help me was impeccable! Please give her a raise! 💕 She also made my toddlers night! 🎈 🎈 💕

Extremely rude cashiers! Suzi was an absolute jerk to me. I went to get French bread/more groceries and there was some cold which according to their signage is free.When I went to pay Suzi was awful and demeaning. She made a huge fuzz I even asked for the bread. I told her I don’t want it and want to move on. But no she got another employee to “prove” her point… I told her I just want to pay and stop talking about the bread but she would not stop.If I didn’t need items I would have left. I highly recommend you go SOMEWHERE ELSE! Stay away from this store. They clearly do not value business!!!!!!

Close location, 98% stocked, good produce & meat department with a good bakery as well !I don’t mind paying a little bit more to get better quality!! Plus , since it’s close to my house the price difference is equaled out by the gas that I save traveling to and from the store !!

Love the girls in the floral department. They are in the middles of a mother's day mad rush. Making beautiful arrangements with personal touch for mothers day tomorrow. And still took the time to help my son put together a beautiful corsage and Bottineau for his first prom (at the last minute). Thank you ladies you need a bonus.By the way if you haven't ordered your mom something special they will be taking orders until 8pm tonight! Hurry in before they run out!

Just picked up some chicken at the deli. Not impressed! We ordered the 8 count and two of the chicken legs were so tiny it was a joke. We didn't realize it til we got home and the kids asked for some. We've gotten chicken here multiple times but never had any pieces like this. One thing I know, if we do get it again, I will check the bag before leaving the store! I have never seen any chicken legs this small! Let alone 2 in one bag. This was supposed to be dinner, good thing we picked up some chicken and broccoli rice as well because this definitely wouldn't be filling! 🤦

Hello! My name is Millie, I adore the staff at Safeway Pharmacy. Terra is one of the pharmacist that I love , she works very hard and there's Kim she's always smiling and there for me and they work very hard to try and please everyone. I've been with Safeway Pharmacy for at least 27 yrs and my experience is wonderful. So some people don't realize how rude they can be when they can only work as hard as they do to get all perscriptions ready and make everyone happy. I would recommend Safeway Pharmacy to everyone. I know that my perscriptions will be ready and always on time and the right medication for me. I want to Thank Terra! Kim. Also Dena is gone. She was amazing. Girls your wonderful and the staff also. Horrible treatment from staff. They immediately assume the worst, even after seeing a receipt, and go to unnecessary lengths to prove themselves wrong in the end anyways. I will never shop here again.

Yes, their prices are higher than any of the other grocery establishments in town, but they also have the highest standards for their prepared foods, fresh produce and baked goods. In my opinion, they have the best organic and non-organic produce of all the local stores, and they have an excellent selection of goods. Very clean store, friendly staff, and public restrooms, if you're just passing through, and they're conveniently located just a block away from the cheapest gas station in town, the Food Mart on the corner of McMurry Dr. and Balls Ferry Rd.

I pumped gas here. I love the well shaded pumps. It has pretty incoming customers but rarely do I have to wait. The holidays can create a crowd. The cashiers are always helpful and polite.

There is too much stuff at the entrance/exit doors. Feels like I'm walking into a hoarders house. The soup bar is hardly ever marked with the soup and there isn't any pricing listed.Luckily, the deli staff are friendly. Not very tentive to their customers but once you get them, they are good!

Beverly is not the nicest employee, I've experienced a couple times her upset with co workers or using inappropriate language like cursing when she is upset and clearly on the clock. My husband walked into the restroom (which she watched him walk in there) and a second later she pounded on the door waiting to clean it. Then another time she was bagging our groceries and seemed very bothered with doing so. Other then that this is my favorite grocery store. I just avoid Beverly when able to.

Safeway isn't a unique or special place. What makes it or breaks it is the staff. This location always has really great staff. Not much I can say other than that!

Though it's a fairly small store, they have a nice selection of products, clean floors, and nice staff working here. I like to come here early to get my shopping done when it's quiet, and even at the wee hours of the morning, the staff is pleasant to deal with. They do a good job keeping carts rounded up, as lazy people love to fill up spaces with their carts.

It's clean and they have a great variety of products. I gave it 3 stars because there's always long lines, no baggers or very few and nobody to help people to their car. Go somewhere else if you don't want to wait forever in line.

Great store. Always kind, courteous customer service. If you shop the sales you can do really well. If you have your little one's with you make sure to drop by the floral section and get them a free latex balloon.

I love this store! The prices are good on their sale and "club" card items and average on most everything else. The staff are friendly and helpful, the Deli is awesome, they have a decent selection of seafood, their selection of meats is average as are the prices, but the quality is quite good. Their fruit & vegetables are great! My only complaint is the long lines at the gas pumps LOL.

The pharmacy and pharmacist were wonderful. The check out clerk in line was amazing...I was surprised, however, to see empty shelves in places and numerous missing staples. Maybe they're cutting back on items carried to cut costs, or maybe because many folks order online and stuff isn't on shelves and they're in back. But no teva tea, whish is a for real bummer.

The service I received on the night of 11/23/21 was nothing short of amazing. I was buying last minute Thanksgiving things and after having had 4 surgeries this year alone, one only a month ago, I was hurting and having trouble with the easiest of tasks like separating the grocery bags at self check out. A young man helped me when the register needed an approval for a mark down. After he assisted me I started to talk with him and I could see I was having a terrible time with my bagging and. Lifting my items into the cart. I asked him if he could help me with the bag separating and not only did he help me gladly but he proceeded to bag and put my items in the cart without me saying a word. He even asked if I needed help out. It was a great experience and one I won’t forget. Oh! And I noticed the prices were not as high as they were before. Items were only a slight hit higher than Walmart and that I can handle and what will keep me returning to Safeway. Thank you so much!
