Jeni is excellent! My dog was happy, soft, pretty, beautiful! Jeni treated my little Ellie so sweetly, and for that, I will keep going back to her! She also charges reasonable prices, and the staff is really friendly!

Update:Still getting excellent care and beautiful work on the dogs. Shayla does a great job every time, they always look so good and are happy and calm! Thank you Shayla and Jeni ❣️🐕🐩🐾Excellent job they did on our 2 shih tzus. Patricia has very calm energy & my dog, who is usually hysterical at the groomers, followed her around the whole time & was remarkably calm. I am already devoted to her and so glad they are so close.

My older dog Mollie was taken in immediately to get her nails clipped. She was treated with so much compassion and gentleness. She came home happy and feeling great. Love this salon!

We had an apt today that I made over the phone telling them I had a 9 month old poodle that was 58 pounds and was told it would be 65.00 for first puppy cut and 85.00 after that. We dropped him off in a room with a pit bull and another dog then by time we left there was like 8 dogs running around in the same small room. The grooming was good he’s so happy and cooler they did a great job with the cut except when we got home his ears had not been cleaned and I scooped out a big chunk of cut hair with a q tip out of both ears.I won’t be going back though because that’s my baby I’m dropping off and I can’t predict and don’t know what other dogs will be just running loose with him. There’s no way that many dogs can be monitored for signs of aggression or anything. Also they should have honored the price I was quoted even if it supposedly was a new girl who made a mistake.

Jeni is amazing she always does such a great job and my dog smells amazing at least 3 days after her appointment. She is a very active dog who loves playing in dirt so that says something for sure!

Hannah is our girl. She is so AWESOME. I have a dog with bahavior issues resulting from a accident. He evidently loves her because she doesn't have any problems grooming or bathing him. He does what she asks of him. He even came home smelling like Blueberries and had a Easter bowtie on his neck. We love you Hannah.

This is the only place I'll ever take my dog for grooming. They are very professional and I was worried about taking my 7 month old puppy in, not knowing how he would act or react to the process. But they put my mind at ease with their professionalism and skill.

The gal who cut gingers hair did a great job, except for her head was left a little long she was willing to recut whatever I wanted and I had her cut her snout but I really would have liked the top of her head cut shorter as well next time so I think it's more my fault for not saying exactly what I wanted which next time I will so I'm giving them 5 stars because she was willing to do whatever I wanted to fix it. Also they did a great job with Lily on bathing her and I love how they cut both dogs toenails they were beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anybody I have a friend who is definitely taking her dog to them as soon as she can get time to make an appointment. Thank you for everything you're doing I will keep coming back definitely!

One of our dogs has tangled with a skunk more than once. Both times we went to Jeni for remediation. Mirrah, a German Shepherd, came back smelling sweet and looking great. She was obviously well treated and not unhappy while there. Call for an appointment - you will be happy with the results.

We took our dog to Jeni's because she sheds so much that fur is a big problem in our home. I didn't have high hopes because I've had her groomed at multiple places before, and the only thing that worked would be to completely shave her (which isn't pretty on a German Shepherd). We talked to the folks at Jeni's and they recommended a furminator treatment and grooming, so we decided to try it. Again, I didn't have high hopes. However, when we picked her up, her fur was the nicest I have ever seen it... It was super soft and silky... and no matter how much I ruffled it up, NOT A SINGLE PIECE of fur was shed!!! This place is crazy good! And best of all, my dog was super happy and frisky after her spa day, lol. This is the best dog groomer we have ever worked with... Highly recommend!!!

First time here, third place I tried up here. Last place said doggie did not like face shaved, took three people to hold him, had scrape on face. Jeni groomed his face by herself as she talked to him "telling him he is a good boy, no problems". He went in full of fox tails and stickers, came home a happy, good boy. Jeni also took time to explain things to me regarding my growing puppy, which I really appreciated. Will be going here again. Best place I have been to in a very long time. Including in the Bay area. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Jeni and team!

My grandmother has been going here for at least a year.After our most recent visit to the vet we were informed that our dog's anal glands were impacted and it was making her sick.The vet said that there was no way that our groomer had been doing the job.Just a warning to anyone who goes here or is considering it.If you want a sick dog - go for it.

Jeni & crew create a comforting atmosphere for dogs. They typically are not stressed out by the grooming. My dogs are happy, relaxed and of course, beautifully clean when I pick them up.!Thank you Jeni & crew for creating a happy place for our pets.

My son/wife needed a new groomer as they had an issue with their previous one; ear concerns that cost them. I tried Kate's Dog House but she only takes small dogs ( theirs is a labradoodle) and suggested Jeni's. He was so pleased that she didn't come away with PTSD ;) and texted me "she looked the best she's ever looked! You scored well with this groomer. Well done."

My dog Rueger loves Jeni and he is spoiled rotten while in her care. His cuts are always perfect and my fur baby has never gotten nicked or cut with grooming tools all the years jeni has been cutting him. I would recommend Jeni and her staff for all your dog trimming needs. My dog is happy to go see Jeni which was not the case the last place that was cutting his hair
