Moldy hay, overpriced, and incredibly rude and argumentative manager Jacqueline. Customer service makes/breaks a business, and this place had lost mine. Everyone better off going to many other local suppliers for quality service and product.*In response to their reply, when you have multiple customers calling to report the exact same issue on the same day for the same product, it's perfectly reasonable to get a refund without return. It's MOLD, no one can feed this. Why make me lift up 100lbs of trash into my truck, have most fly away on highway, just to return for you to toss? Ridiculous and NOT industry standard for bad hay. Of course, no reply to the rude manager either.

Such a wonderful place for the kiddos. They put a lot of work into making it fun. Enjoying the sunflower festival today and excited to come back for the pumpkin patch in a few weeks ❤️

Always a fun visit to Hawes. Great family atmosphere and lots to do. Once inside the kids will have a great time, the staff is really friendly and the food is pretty darn tasty. I would recommend a giant corn dog and the garlic fries.

My kids loved it big place bring bottle water and blankets wet naps n gloves fr the zip line gloves w stocky stuff grips on outside if night or eve glow stix. N lotsa laughter

Have been going to Hawes for all feed needs since I was a kid on the ranch or as an adult for pets. Always great items, helpful staff and clean store to enjoy.

We came for the Hawes Farm family night. We rode the little roller coaster, mini zip line, train, bumper cars, go carts and mechanical bull. We ate freshly prepared kettle corn and bounced like crazy on the gigantic bouncy pillow. Its was a very fun family night. Not cheap though. We're a family of 4 and we ended up spending about $120 for 4 hours of fun.

A couple days ago I ended my 40 year relationship with buying my supplies at Hawes. This day, I was ordering a small amount of hay. The girl I was talking with was $10.00 off in her addition. There was another person with me. We both tried nicely talking with her to show her the error. After just a couple minutes she said “This is our hay price and if you don’t like it, go somewhere else to buy your hay.” Thats exactly what I’m going to do. I hung up.

it cost you $54.00 to take one child. That is not your entrance fee just theirs... That's absurd.Universal studios is is commonly $49.99 per child and one ride there is worth the entire property and everything Hawes owns... explain that? The production value of this operation does not rank anywhere close to that type of price... Not only that l, but after food and buying a pumpkin separately you looking at well over $100 per person here... Absolutely NOT worth that price. ( The adult food and wine in the maze was also a complete joke the years they tried that at a premium upcharge) 2021 is last year I give these people money and see zero improvement to their property. At this point they are just robbing our local community. If you are going to waste that kind of cash go someplace nice!

Cost to even get in the door just to look at pumpkins! Outrageous and not worth the time as an adult. I'm pretty sure kids get in free but if every adult has to pay then things add up quick. Also, the service to wheelchair users could be better.

Ridiculously priced You wait in lines longer than you get to utilize the Attractions. There's people walking around vaping. All the really cool attractions are at an extra cost on top of 18 general admin. 21 bucks for 2 pumpkins that make sure I will just buy at Safeway for 599 a piece and get better looking pumpkins and twice the size.. The employees were lazy and not helpful.. When we got our turn to pay for entry the young lady charged us a price and then charge lay right behind us a completely different price. Most of the female employees just stand around glaring at Most of the female employees just stand around glaring at Customers coming in-and-out not helping them not them not acknowledging them. When we finally got done trying to check Out with our 2 pumpkins the young lady never even showed us how much they weighed or even told us how much they were Per pound. The parking lot was being watered down prior to the rain which made it all muddy.. The only attraction I found that was pleasant and ran on time and frequently was the train. We waited in line for 15 minutes just for the pony ride. We waited in line for 30 minutes twice for the go karts. The worst experience I've ever had at Haas. I've taken my family there for 15 years. it has gone downhill more and more every year. And none of the attractions have been upgraded they're all very old And for the price you're being charged you should be getting a lot more free money. The show pretty much seemed to be ran by yeand by young females or older obese females who didn't want to do anything for anybody .. The handful of male employees that I encountered were doing their job but weren't helpful that same more than the female employees.. The rides are great for younger children and the night haunts are great for young adult/young at hearts. The pumpkin patch is huge and has great variety. But if you go and expect to order food, plan on spending a loooot of time in lines waiting. Their food services are extremely, poorly planned and executed. You "can't" bring food in but they don't question any bags, so have at it.Over all:Attractions - greatAtmosphere - goodFood quality - decentFood service - poor

We went Saturday night for the zombie hunt with our grandson and paid over 150 to get in. Went on one ride and spent the rest of the time in line for the zombie hunt. After an good hour and half in line we asked for our money back for the paint balls because it was cold and our grandson was freezing. Then we found we had been over charged and they didn't want to give all our money back! By the time we got home it was 12 and we had wasted 150.00 for nothing. We have gone every year durring the day and had a blast but we will never go at night again big waste of money and time. If you have little kids don't go at night not as much to do and to much money for what you get.

I was sorely disappointed. My husband and I could only go at night after he got off of work. By then most of the vendors left, the lighting was low so it was hard to navigate where we were, people were so drunk that a couple people just threw up in the middle of a walk way, the pumpkins were sparse and over all it was not a pleasant trip. It made me sad because we originally went just to get pumpkins and between admission and over crowding it really wasnt worth it to us. I may try to return again next year during the late afternoon but Im not expecting better results.

Oct 20 2016 I took my son Zech for the family day it was about 6pm & I was talking to my son & I turned around & my son was gone. Thank God for the works & the security guards. They also sent out my son's picture to all the workers cellphones. But they found my 4 year old on a roller coaster. Thank God for all of your hard work on finding my baby boy. They keep me claimed since I was Nutting up & thing the worst. But to let you all know you all are best & I want to thank you for everything you did for me for finding my son. So to who is all reading this Hawes Farms is the Best. They all have very big heart & I love them all for everything they did. And Thank you again & God Bless you all so much.

Very disappointed with Halloween event. We waited in line for two hours. We didn't have enough time to do anything else. Very un- organized. Spent $300 for one ride. Will not do it again.

Unfortunately, we just wanted a nice date night!! So confusing, so expensive for what you get! Someone needs to come in and revamp their process! Way too chaotic!!! One question...why would you pay money for zombie paintball shoot and it not come with ammo? What the what? What am I supposed to do with the gun? Hit him with it? No thank you! Sorry, not sorry Hawes!!

Way over priced, 20 bucks got 2 ok pumpkins, no vendors, 2 dollars for a bottle water where you get a case for 3. Not a good experience plus most of there crops where already picked threw. Will not go back next year.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are also competitive. They have a surprisingly wide variety of things in stock and if they don't have something, they are happy to order it.

So you have to pay to get in which is expensive but if you want to do anything else you have to pay for it? That's outrageous!! I understand the are running a business but the entry price needs to be cheaper especially if you have to pay to do anything else. Won't ever go back
