This place gots something seriously wrong going on here. Incompetent and rude. Treat people with disrespect and act like they are doing nothing wrong. When they have 2 star ratings there is an issue. Needs to be under better management!!

If you live in Anaheim - go any where else, but this pit. The service was horrendous. These pharmacists and their techs are overworked, overwhelmed, uncaring and untrained. I had to make three visits in one day to get critical medication, due to their confusion. Finally, the third time I went, they called me to tell me to come, that the medication was ready, then when I got there they started to get it ready and it took another 45 minutes. They have a creepy habit of not wanting to look you in the eyes - anything else but facing you. Never again!

Don’t fill the prescription at Walgreens. Walgreens fills my prescription with one less bottle to make more money. Instead of 90 days 3 bottles supply, Walgreens changes to 84 days supply and gave me 2 bottles without any words from doctors or insurance company permission. The company is doing some illegal things to make more money.

Great place. Been coming here for a little over 2 years and so far its been outstanding everytime never full always calm. Stalked up on everything u need when you need it. Staff is super! Also pharmacy and photo are very goos here!

They gave me expira meditranian. I relized that after 3 days. This is the medications that use gor covid. Someone cross the dats on the box and wrote 2024. Inside the pack has 04/2023 date. Very irresponsible place. Don't risk your life going to this place.

This pharmacy location is horrible in service. Dr. sent over the efax prescription supposed to have 3 medication but they only filled 2 because the other one is expensive. They didn't tell me anything until the day i had surgery and I have to pick up, then they told me, oh because the copay so expensive so we didn't fill it. What kind of service is that? At least you have to tell me if I want it or not. You can't assume I can't afford the medicine so you skip it. Unprofessional, lazy and bad customer service. If I could give it - star, I would.

Had an actual appointment for flu and covid shot but when I came in, was told I had to go to the actual Kaiser facility (since I had Kaiser). That's odd because I've taken most of my vaccines here at this specific location and I've shown them my Kaiser card before and they never turned me down or told me I had to go elsewhere. I just wish had they changed requirements, this would of been disclosed when the appointment was made? They didn't even bother to check the confirmation or anything. What a waste of time.

This place must get robbed often. Everyone was stocking and acted in a weird way like I need to acknowledge their presence. The register lady popped up while I was grabbing candy and said hello even though she said hello when I first walked in. Worst part was the fact she said it took my phone number for savings and it actually didn't. Never going there again.

COVID testing done in the drive thru is very rediculous. Other customers shouldn't have to wait to pick up prescriptions. Drop your sample and get back in line for your results.

After my doctor moved his practice I wanted to continue using Walgreens for my prescription needs. I have been a customer for about 10 years. I went to Walgreens store #6157 because it was closer to my house. I am taking pain medication due to several accidents and have been on Social Security Disability since October 2008. When I presented my prescription to the person at the pharmacy she made a comment that in the future this could be a problem because my doctor now practiced at an Urgent Care, that also provides family medicine. I was told that the nature of Urgent Care in her opinion should write prescriptions for a month. I was told that they would have to verify the prescription because I had never been to this particular Walgreens. They said that it would be about an hour and a half. I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes the pharmacist said that they were waiting for the doctors office to reply. After another 45 minutes they said that they still had not received a reply so I called my doctor. They said that they had not received any requests. The pharmacist had contacted the office where my doctor previously practiced. He became visibly upset when I told him this. I gave phone to the pharmacist who at this point was becoming increasingly agitated. He said that he needed to have the doctors diagnosis and the treatment plan before he would fill the prescription. When the pharmacist returned my phone they told me that the pharmacist seemed to have an attitude. He then stated that he would not fill the prescription and hesitated on returning the prescription to me, I had to ask for him to return it. When I asked for his name he refused to provide it and said to call the manager. I did not know that the pharmacist was able to make diagnosis and could question a doctors prescription. The same doctor that has been writing the same prescription for almost 8 years. I have filed a complaint with Walgreens and the California State Board of Pharmacy. I was shocked by the treatment that I received after the pharmacist laughed at me and flat out said that he would do nothing to help me. The copy of the receipt is from the other Walgreen's that I used before my doctor moved to new practice.I am a disabled vet and was at the store with my service animal who was so traumatized by the pharmacists tone and behavior that the dog started to shake uncontrollably. I ended up driving about 14 miles to my previous Walgreen location and had my prescription filled within 10 minutes.

The way the pharmacy runs you'd think they all hated their jobs. Non seem to happy to be there. Specially management. The "pharmacist".Lesley is the worst employee. She is rude disrespectful and refused to help me because they were closing in 30 min.I got to the window and the first thing she said was that she couldn't help me because she wanted to be off on time. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever came to. She threw my daughter's prescriptions at me saying she didn't have time to explain anything to me. And slammed the receipt slider closed. I have never been so insulted in my life. My twin daughters are in critical condition and she just made a stressful situation worst. This woman does not care about the busines or appreciate customer business. She is bad for business and SHOULD BE FIRED. I WILL CONTACT COOPERATE OFFICE'S I WILL WRITE A LETTER. WHATEVER I HAVE TO DO THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MAKE ANYONE ELSE FEEL THE WAY SHE MADE ME FEEL TODAY. AT SUCH A CRITICAL TIME. Does walgreens not care about their business!?

Waited in line for an appointment vaccine shot for 40 minutes to just check in. Then there is another line for the shot. This is for people with an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment then when you don't have the ability to accept people?! They have one technician doing the check in, giving the vaccine and as a cashier at the same time. Wow!! Horrible setup.

The workers here are very hardworking and friendly, they're always welcoming me with a smile. :-) I really like their service and it is a nice and clean store. There is everything I am always looking for there and the pharmacy and great. :D I really enjoy this Walgreens'. :-)

DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS TO GET YOUR COVID TEST. THEY ARE THE SLOWEST WALGREENS EVER. The pharmacist at the drive thru window will take his sweet time and slowly go through all of your information as if you have no place else to be. Worst Covid test experience. Don’t do it. Waste your time somewhere else. Or go somewhere that actually works fast and hard. Not these slow people

The pharmacist was very fast and helpful to ask me what I need it. I was in pain so he ask an assistant to call my doctor to prescribe something for me.great communication among them I was with my meds.in less than 40 min. Thank you so much.☺️

I always wait a minimum of 30 minutes for my prescription. No matter if there is a line or not. Just save yourself the trouble and go to CVS.

There is a Pharmacy. Tech who can't read a calender and gave me the wrong direction to a 24 hour Walgreens that is open on holidays. She also could not tell the right day that an RX. Was prescribed the month before. It was filled on the 25th she argued that it was filled on the 27th. When I got home I got the RX and sure enough it was filled on the 25th. Hey this person passed. The schooling to handle drugs that can kill people ! I've had issues several times with her.Let's hope she hasn't killed anybody yet. Tomorrow I will get her name and call upper mngmnt to voice my complaints. Oh I will not return to this Walgreens ever again, I've found a more accommodating Walgreens. @ Chapman and Euclid !

I couldn't get my prescription because they weren't picking up their phones and therefore my dentist couldn't get through. We both called multiple times. Unreliable experience from a Walgreens ever.

We were in town for vacation and both my kidos got sick. We got to the pharmacy right before they closed and they let me know I would need to come in since the drive thru was closing and they were so nice apologizing for having me come inside. Honestly, we don’t use Walgreens at home because they are all so rude no customer service but this one was awesome!!!

Looking for a rollester (walker) for my father in law and saw one at Wallgreens that was what we were looking for. On sale for $167. Went down to pick it up at this location, it was there, but the store would not honor the sales price advertised on the Wallgreens official web site. They wanted to charge us $200. The exact same walker is on Amazon for $167. So we ordered it on amazon, free shipping, next day delivery. I guess this is why internet sales are surpassing sales at local businesses. Will not be shopping at Wallgreens ever again.

Today I went to Walgreens to pick up my medicine just about an hour ago around 630 or 6 PM it’s a state mandate that everyone should wear masks and they had customers in there with no masks on come on Walgreens wake up we have a pandemic you’re supposed to be a pharmacy how do you service people with no masks on when it’s a state wide mandate.

Management here is ridiculous. Rude, disrespectful, ignorant. I've also seen them call the police in people who've done absolutely nothing wrong just because they thought they looked suspicious.
