I wish that I had read there frequently asked questions prior to purchasing. I never would’ve done so. I ordered the marshmallow bed on July 1 and still have not received it. Additionally, it took me sending an email to the company for them to tell me it had shipped. I was not provided with any tracking information. Even when they responded to me, they did not provide me with any additional information as to when I could expect delivery. (I am grateful they responded to my email in a timely fashion.)Furthermore, I live less than an hour away from their principal place of business, and while I understand the cat bed may come from somewhere else, the shipping time seems excessive. I’m hoping my cat enjoys the bed whenever it gets here. I cannot speak to the product because I still have not received it 18 days after I ordered it. This company has a policy of not issuing refunds after 48 hours. Unfortunately at this point, I could’ve ordered the bed from somewhere else and had it here weeks ago. Make sure to read the fine print before ordering and don’t expect things to arrive quickly.

I have bought many products from Sugar Pet Shop over the years and have always been happy with the shipping and products. The products are wonderful and exactly as described, shipping was fast and the support team was great. One time I placed an order, but forgot to apply the discount code that the company had sent me. I emailed the company and received quick response offering a refund for the difference. I would definitely recommend their website and products.

I wouldn’t even rate it one star if that were possible.‼️Let it be knows this is the only review I’ve ever done and I’m 19 and sound like someone who sits and reviews website and places all day. So this is the only time I’ve considered doing a review that should show I’m angry lmao.‼️On the 26th of February I ordered a pink marshmallow pillow pet bed. I made this as a gift for my mothers birthday on the 10th of March expecting to have it by then. In the email confirmation I received following the purchase it said that I’d receive my package within 5-10 business days. 9 days later on March 5th I checked to see where my package was. It was somewhere in China. Every day until March 10th I checked for my package. Still in the same place in China. I emailed that night saying..“ So on the 26th of February I ordered a pink marshmallow animal pillow. It’s been saying it’s in China since the 5th of March. You guys said in an email that all packages should be delivered within 5-10 business days and it’s been about that time. Seeing as I haven’t seen the package move since March 5th I know something has gone wrong. Please help me by giving me a refund on the bed I ordered as I will just be going directly through Amazon now.”Immediately I received a response from them.“ Were very sorry for the delays, rest assured that you will receive the package.We just experiencing a very high volume of demand and problems with the courier.Thank you for your patience and support.”While at that point I wasn’t patient or supportive, it only furthered to annoy me that they completely disregarded my wish for a refund.I proceeded to send two other emails on the 11th and 17th saying that this is unacceptable and I want a refund. Which they ignored.Today I received confirmation that my package was delivered. I’m out $30 now on something I do not need because I went through amazon and got my package the literal next day. So all together that’s $60 and I only needed one of them.Not to mention the fact that when you’re trying to purchase your order they have multiple tricky pop ups on discounts for other animals toys and beds. (Which proceeded to make me accidentally order two of the same bed and when I asked for a refund on one of them or to better yet cancel my order because at this point it was ALREADY too much hassle, they completely ignored my want for a refund on the whole thing then and ended up just refunding the cheaper of the two beds.) This website is incredibly sketchy and VERY uncaring of their customers. Don’t go through this money hungry site find a different one lol.

I ordered two sofa covers on December 1st. I received a confirmation email from Sugar Pet on December 1st and another email on December 4th stating that my order was being packaged and that an email would be sent when it shipped. I have not received my shipping notification, my sofa covers, nor a response to the emails I sent to them. I guess my living room won't have the new slipcovers on them for Christmas!

STAY AWAY!!Looks like a legit website, kind of acts like a legit website. But when over 10 days went by with no out-of-stock email or Shipping confirmation email...I looked for reviews and found both Google and Facebook giving me the warnings I wish I'd read before ordering.This is turning into a giant fiasco where I've had to get paypal involved and basically lawyer my way into a refund. After not hearing anything, and finding out that I had to leave my quarantine location to go home, I messaged and requested that my order be cancelled. Jerry replied that my order was on sale, and could not be refunded but "rest assured" I will receive my order. No tracking number or anything.I had to ask 3 times for a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, but it wasn't until I filed my Paypal dispute that I got a screenshot of a USPS site with a tracking number on it. Please. Funnily enough, my order page wasn't updated with "Shipped" or a tracking number on the website. And the tracking number doesn't seem to exist when I search USPS.com.Cannot wait to get my money back.

Do not waste your money i purchase multiple items back in April and still have not received them and have contacted the company multiple times and keep getting told your order had ben shipped. Nothing has turned up. And the last time i demanded a refund and have not heard from the company since and have not received my refund or my goods. Quick to take you money but will not give it back.

I ordered a couch cover in April, just got it on June 23rd. Come to open it expecting blue chevron and it is white and black cross hatch. AWFUL customer service— super shady— didn’t like responding to my inquiries— 10/10 would never buy from them again.

This is the best pet accessories shop I've ever bought from online. Well-packaged, speedy delivery while everything is just about with bubble wrapping. I run a little local pet store and all my animals are super happy with everything they get from SPS. Totally a highly recommended online pet accessories store for anyone.

Purchased products on 3/14. Still hasn’t left Beijing on 4/14. Website should state that shipping time is ridiculous and buy from somewhere in US. I feel I’ve been scammed. I will report this company to the BBB.
