It was very nice and well organized. They had a big variety of different fish as well as different pets like mice, hamsters, and guineapigs. They have a lot of dog accessories as well as animal foods.

That store is so suck. They just have 2 carts and both of them couldn’t move. How customer can carry the heavy stuffs without the cart. They just want to save money and don’t care about customer. I will never come back.

When I first arrived there was no one around to help me. The store is very clean, but the fish selection is limited. I do come here to pick up food and some supplies. If you can track somebody down to help you, you’re good to go. I recommend just asking the cashier and not leaving that spot until someone arrives.

I asked for assistance with getting some plants and when the employee came she helped a customer that came after I did when I had been the one to ask for help. Then she left after she helped that customer and I had to ask for help again. I noticed you had some plants heavily discounted and I asked just to confirm the price for the plants were for $1.99 as stated and she told me yes that was the price. When I got to the register to checkout it was a different price altogether and when I told the cashier that the other employee told me it was $1.99 she was argumentative and very rude with her reply saying that, the price is right that it rang up which was only $4.49 but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. The level of service I received was just horrible and it makes me not want to come back to that store because of how I was treated as a customer. Now I did not get the 2 employees names but they were both female and were working yesterday around 3:00 to 3:15 in the afternoon.

This was the worst store I have been too. The staff was rude, I went to the store to buy regular goldfish for my children for Christmas we bought a big fish bowel had enough room for about 6 goldfish but just wanted to buy 3 and give my children responsibility to take care of their pet fish. Then the female worker asked me what size of tank we have I said it’s a big bowl she said I can’t sell them to u because u don’t have a tank I said u told me that u sell the same gold fish to feed other goldfish but u won’t sell me 3 goldfish!? WOW! We used to Buy them all over the stores and win them in carnivals and I don’t know what’s going on now. I’ll do my business elsewhere. The associate helping me was RUDE and unprofessional! Change your attitude & be more courteous, ya bish!

Really lacking in selection and it seemed like no one was around. The lights weren’t even turned on when I first entered. They came on about 10 mins later. I think the cherry on top of a horrible experience was that they were out of bags when I checked out. I had a lot of stuff that wouldn’t have been easy to carry out by hand with my puppy in tow. The cashier did say that I could take the cart out with me to my car. Oh thanks can I? Really need to step up at this store. I like Petco but this was awful.

Employee D was really embarrassed because he had a bad attitude towards customers. Perhaps because I don't speak English, he got angry with me several times and made me angry by being irritable and unclear.

Horrible to aquatic life. I was looking for a new Betta for my new tank and a few other maintenance supplies and fish were on their sides *swim bladder disease* and literally DEAD. I know pet stores usually don’t properly care for bettas but this was just ridiculous and so depressing. I gave it two stars as I get my cat supplies always and staff is friendly but their care for bettas is so poor :(

Maybe they’re going out of business? Only a few shopping carts that don’t work well - and carts are essential for customers to purchase heavy bags of pet foods and supplies.

Good place to shop for pet needs good selection of small pets so its fund for your kids to visit just to look at the fish hamster and guinea pigs. They have a good amount of variety but not as much as other locations the cat food section could be bigger but pretty good helpful workers too.

Went to get ear infection products for my chocolate lab and thought I'd found what I was looking for, but to be safe, I checked with the cashier, Hailee. She was amazing. She was literally able to describe exactly which shelf it would be on, as well as the products next to it for reference. As it turns out, that product had only recently been moved to the front lock-up section. This information was provided by an equally helpful young man who was diligently stocking the floor while assisting customers. He set it with Hailee while we continued shopping and made sure to find us to let us know. That's above and beyond. You can just tell with these two (I wish I could remember his name!) that they are knowledgeable, friendly, and customer focused. Thank you guys! We're in the process of bottle-feeding an abandoned kitten (Simon Shartsworth) while dealing with our large dog (Deeohgee) and his neediness and the staff at this store couldn't have possibly made our experience and transaction any easier. Thank you, guys!

For over 2 years they would price match their in store product to online at the register all I had to do was pull up the website. On my recent visit I tried the exact same thing, pulled the product online which was $1+ cheaper however the lady at the register said they now have to check on their scanner rather than us showing them and guess what? It was coming out as $2 more expensive than in store 🤔 we were literally on the same website. I don't want to assume they now want you to pay in store prices.

I like the people working here, everyone is helpful and help me to find a new bird feed for my parrots. I live closer to petsmart at Fullerton metro center but was here for shopping today and came here instead. I will come again because the service was good. Thank you.

Every Petco I find is running very low or none on crickets this one was the last 1. I mentioned to the employee & showed there was more than half dead & the amazing thing is they gave me 75%

This is a review for the vet service called vetco, the online booking process was easy and seamless and everything was on schedule when I arrived and I was in and out of the store within 15 mins. The staff are very helpful and the store has everything your pet would want and or need. Will be back again for all my pet related needs.

The staff were very kind and friendly but obviously overwhelmed and overworked. The products I ended up buying would have been $16 cheaper if I'd ordered them online for pick up. Not sure how thats fair? The problem was that the actual item I nearly bought for pick up wasn't even in stock, though the web site said it was. I usually avoid petco because I don't agree with them selling live animals but it was an emergency purchase and now I dislike petco even more. Give the staff a raise though, they were lovely.

This is a great pet store! They don't sell puppies here which is awesome and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! They pretty much have anything and everything you need for dogs and cats. They also have car adoption at this location which is really great.
