Place is friendly and provides great customer service. In regard to the low ratings you get what you pay. Don’t expect PETCO five star although I will add I prefer this place. They get the job done.

Disappointed with the service here. I guess cheep service means you get what you pay for. Took my dog in for a hair cut. Not only did they take 6 hrs to cut her hair but they gave her a rash and razor burn. Sadly they did not clean the brush in between dogs so gave her a nasty rash. Wish they would have told me sooner that they don’t wash the shaver in between dogs.

I usually take my dog and the girls do an excellent job with my dog. BUT yesterday was a different history.... I paid $46 dollars and I got my dog back with a horrible uneven haircut... they even put a dog shirt on her as a gift 🤔 so I wouldn’t notice how bad it was. I have to said the usual girls where not there, this time it was a guy that cut her hair.

Please don’t buy pets here. I’m pretty sure they don’t take care for the poor animals. I saw a dead baby chameleon. It looks like it’s been there for a week. And another on the way to dying very skinny pretty sure it has MBD.

They do such a good job and leave your pet so cute, they are affordable and they give your dog bow after they finished. The only thing I can complain about is how sometimes they don’t answer the phone but overall there are a good grooming place plus they sell pets like birds fish and guinea pigs and hamsters!! I definitely will be returning.

I brought both my 2 year old dogs to get groomed here & both came back with multiple cuts all over their bodies that were still red . $100 total for them to get bad treatment??? This place should be shut down according to the horrible reviews it has.

people need to be aware of NOT TO BRING THEIR DOG HERE!!! i took mine to get a hair cut a few days ago, and now my dogs has fleas, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! take your dogs SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!

I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone took my 2 dogs for a haircut on Monday may 17 and when I arrived to pick them up my small chihuahua has all kinds of cuts under her neck from the clippers they used she’s also so aggressive towards my 7 year old son which she never was this is the worst experience of my life I payed to much for this it was a total of 98$ for both my dogs if I can post a pic I will of my badly hurt chihuahua... DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE

I don't understand how this place still open ,and how people trust them with their beloved pets,they mistreated them so bad and nobody do nothing I witness how the lady hit the dogs with the machine on their head ,my mom took her dogs there once and not anymore it was a very bad experience and the owner knows and they don't do nothing about it , they just care about their business but not about the pets,please be aware where do you take your dogs

Called to ask about info on grooming and the employee was Extremely rude. First impressions are everything for a business and I will not trust my dog with someone that has an attitude with me.

Me gusto como le cortaron el pelo a mi perro pero el trato de las personas que cortan el pelo no porque yo llame para ver si aún lo podía llevar y vivo casi a media hora y me dijeron que si que lo llevara le dije en cuanto tiempo llegaría y cuando deje a mi perro pregunte que a qué hora estaría masomenos y le dije como 2 o 3 y me dijo que no que más tarde antes de las 2 ya estaba listo y la mujer que estaba ahí me hablo feo y me dijo que pa la otra lo llevara más temprano que porque mi perro tenía nervios y no dejaba de llorar pero yo no entendía porque lloraba si no que salió y hizo pipí ahí y se enojo la mujer lo aventó con su pie diciéndole que no se miara ahí entonces por eso mi perro lloraba porque le andaba del baño pero la mujer cuando me llamo me dijo que le apurara en llegar por mi perro porque no se callaba que estaba nervioso y le pusieron un bozal está gente no es profesional

Muy mal servicio mi esposo llevo a mis 3 perritos a cortar el pelo y a una de mis perritas cuando la recogió tenía un gran golpe en el cuello ,mi esposo le dijo al hombre q estaba ahi que que le había pasado a mi perrita y el dijo q ella iba así , que según tenía una infección cosa q fue mentira , creemos que o se les callo y se golpeo o probable la maltrataron ,a otra de mis perritas a los días de llevarla le salió un gran problema en la piel , no se que clase de limpieza tengan en sus instrumentos pero por favor eviten este lugar es PÉSIMO .
