I have been going here for almost 2 years with my best friend who introduced me and I am IN LOVE. I have a kitten who is almost a year old now and I get his raw food diet here along with healthy kibble and treats to add into his developing diet. My cat is extremely healthy and looks so young because I have easy access to such healthy food at this pet supply warehouse. Besides this amazing aspect, the employees and owner, Ray, are the best. Bree is the BEST employee at the store hands down! She goes above and beyond with every customer and she greets us as if she has known us our entire lives. She is extremely knowledgeable in everything you need to know about cats or dogs diets and lifestyles. The owner, Ray, is a sweetheart as I met him tonight when winning a raffle and I was glad to know the employees are treated so well. I attached some photos of my cat and my best friends dogs after winning the raffle. I would suggest pet supply warehouse to anyone interested because it’s THE BEST.

Nicole and Bree are the best staff ever! Super sweet and super kind staff members that made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the store, asking me if I needed help and providing a lot of advice for picking out perfect treats for my dog!! They definitely make me want to keep returning and continue purchasing my pet supply items here. They even have these huge 36” bully sticks!!! My dog can’t wait to eat them at home!

This is the best gourmet pet food store in North Orange County. Their staff and products are superior in every way. It is the only place that I have been able to purchase the dog food we require on a consistent basis. Customer for the length of my sweet dog’s life!

We’ve been shopping at Pet Supply Warehouse since we moved to the Inland Empire three years ago and discovered it’s one of the few places that stocks the brand of food our cats eat. We stop in every other week on our commute home. Can’t say enough about the awesome team of employees who have been so helpful—Bree, Bella, Nicole and Ray. They know our order and work hard to ensure that we can get what we need. At the end of the day (and frequently just before closing) we pull up to the store and are consistently welcomed in a friendly manner. It’s a pleasant interaction each time, and we are thrilled they are our neighborhood pet supply store.

Great place! Super friendly! Came in to buy some treats for my puppy and was welcomed with super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Bree, Reagan and Ray were super sweet and helpful with smiles. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They welcome when you come in and immediately ask if you need help finding anything. The fact that their location is on my way home from work is a bonus. I enjoy stopping in.

I found this gem when I moved to the area. They have a great selection of animal food products that you cannot find elsewhere, specifically products that don’t contain processed ingredients and fillers like more commercial brands.As for the staff, ALWAYS friendly, QUICK to give advise and assistance, ALWAYS cheerful attitudes which make for a great experience.Prices are great too! Pet supply chain store located within a shopping plaza off La Palma. The plaza is decently-sized with ample parking but it's weepy with little traffic. The largest business here is probably CVS.I came here when they hosted a vaccination clinic. It was a bit unorganized and painfully slow, but that's not on PSW but the vaccine clinic that runs it.I generally don't shop in-store for supplies anymore but if I had to, I might come here. PSW is small and doesn't have a huge selection but enough and I like that they don't sell animals and host vaccination clinics.

Clean, big, many products, and easy to get help!All the people that work here are so helpful! It’s a big store and very fairly priced.It’s very clean and nothing is out of stock that I need when I come.They offer many variety of treats and food that aren’t sold other places or are harder to get.They have an easy return policy in case of any problems.Easy to access and plenty of parking!Great choice for your animal needs!

The owners son was very rude to me. I was a great customer for years. They shipped dog food from another store, I went to pick it up and he wouldnt give me the promotion that was promised.. He completley acted like a snowflake he was wrong with the way he handled the situation. I'm not going to purchase products from a store that treated me the way I was treated. I go to Yorba Linda Feed now. Very helpful, professional and always has great sales.

Their prices are unbeatable and I always find Stella & Chew and the good treat for my baby Mylo. Since the Manager, Maria left, products aren't being replenished, restocked, reordered on a timely manner, so I started buying the products elsewhere. It's a shame because I believe in small business and everyone there is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The disconnect is with the new management. I ordered a product and three weeks later I called and was told he hadn't ordered it. Not acceptable and bad business practice.

Hunter went above and beyond to help me find a replacement. The store was very clean and they have a wide variety of food, treats and toys.
