I paid $30 to get my dog trimmed near the ears, paws, and butt area, have her bathed, and nails trimmed and filed. Not sure what anyone else paid but I was disappointed when I received my dog. I'm not even sure if they bathed her or just sprayed her with perfume... they trimmed her and when they gave her to me hair was everywhere. They bathed her then trimmed her? Makes no sense at all. Her nails scratched me because they weren't filed nor even cut properly. The place looks unprofessional and it matched the service. Took them 2 hours to pretend to take care of my dog... pictures for proof. I had to bath her myself when I got home. Worst $30 spent at a groomers. Not coming back and I do not recommend.

I bought my bulldog here for the first time for a bath but I immediately changed my mind , this place was so over packed with dogs and the man who was doing the grooming grabbed my dog (who was so scared) and threw him in a kennel , first of all if they knew anything about bulldogs most places will not put them in a kennel cause of there breathing problems .. tha was a huge red flag for me…

I been going here for about a year and never had a problem until today. My dog got cut badly and wasn't even told anything. It was covered up with her fur & I didn't notice till later on.

absolutely amazing with my 2 cats sunny and asgore! super attentive to detail trimming between the paws down to kitty acne cleared up. sweet groomers that have gotten my boys to be much more brave when meeting new people

They did such an incredible job! Our dog, Marshmallow, looks and smells incredible! Will definitely be returning again. Everyone was incredibly nice as well. Overall, amazing experience!

Had a very pleasant experience. Everything was pretty straight forward, I made a appointment one day in advance. Walk in available by availability. Over Everything was fast and simple and my maltipoo came out looking fresh and clean in about 2hours.. Forgot to take pics.

They did such a good job with my dog. He was perfectly groomed. Couldn't believe how soft his coat was. He has alot of fur. They are awesome!!!!!!

I took both my small dogs here a few months ago. I just forgot to leave a review... Owner was amazing with both my dogs! They looked and smelled great! No complaints! Well be calling to schedule another appt this week!

Dropped my cat off, they called me to pick her up as they couldn’t handle her even though I have never had an issue with her but that’s okay, animals act different when they feel threatened. They did try to do flea dip on her which was an unsuccessful shot and I had to shower her again once we got home. They still charged me for all the services they couldn’t perform such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, etc. Partial charge would have made sense. Flea dip did not help at all even after preventative topical treatments. They are unable to handle animals unless they are extremely calm so would suggest looking elsewhere with professionals that are better equipped.

I called looking for a place to cut my cat's claws since many places are closed or not offering these services right now. The owner let me know they were closing early but stayed long enough for me to get there. Super professional, super friendly, and my cat was good for her. I'm going to be coming back here from now on.

I have been going to Paws and Claws for over 10 years ! When I had my cat Jemma this was the only place I could take her or that was even willing to see her, she was a sweet cat but very nervous. Then when we moved out of the area the owner came to us ( luckily we lived closer to her) we take our dog to her now and she is always very professional. Of Course she leaves dogs in cages - the cages are at the front of the store, its not like they are in a basement and mistreated. She is running a business, the cages everyone sees soon as they come in the store, if people have a problem with them they had the choice to not leave their put in the first place. I feel like the animals like those cages as they feel safe and they arent on a grooming table. This place is great and they are honest. With fair pricing. They care for their customers and the pets - dont believe the negative posts that are just trying to hurt the owners when their pet misbehave. My pets misbehave at times too and the owners still see them. they are kind and do their best.

Lovely place that really care about the animals brought there. I took my cat, Tinie as she had multiple knots and was pretty dirty thinking she needed to be shaved in certain areas. Turned out all she needed was to be brushed thoroughly. Really pleasant people working here too. I'll definitely be back.

They do a great job with my dog who is super nervous and hyper. But they hardly ever pick up for an appointment. Sometimes I call 20-40 times in two hours time, and no one ever picks up. So making an appointment is sometimes impossible and kind of annoying lol.

Love this place. I've had my dog for 2 years and these young ladies that work here are awesome with my little buddy and my little buddy loves them. They do a great job all the time and I have no complaints . The costumer service great and you can tell they love dogs . That's what you initially look for , someone that loves dogs. So if your looking for a good groomer, this place is the spot . Thank you ladies for always taking care of shadow for me .

This is my puppy's first grooming experience and it was a nightmare to him, and I felt so disappointed and upset about the owner's grumpy attitude, careless of dog, and bad job her done. The owner kept on complaining that my puppy was scared of the blew dryer and the nail clippers, so that she couldn't cut his nails and trim the hairs on his pews. She literally just gave a bath to my puppy which I can do at home myself. The owner left my puppy in the cage while i was on the way to pick up him after 2 hours ( the shower took 2 hours??? And his fur was all over me when i picked him up!!!) She left my dog in a cage while I was on the way to pick him up. The owner didn't do anything to calm and comfort him from the scariness. She was busy with another dog. She doesn't care about my puppy at all. My dog was still scared at night from this nightmare experience with the groomer. I don't recommend this groomer to puppies who are going to try their first grooming experience. The owner doesn't care about how they feel. BTW, my puppy is 7-month old, friendly golden retriever.

The owner is very nice and lively, she always has a smile and attentive to your pets needs. She knows the true way to a pets heart. She has experience as a past vet asst. Debbie one of her assistants always winks at me. I am unsure if her eye twitches or she has a thing for me and my pet German Shepherd. I highly recommend this place.

An amazing place for your cat to be groomed. I started taking care of a short haired kitty in 2020. She needed a companion and we just adopted a small tuxedo boy, he needed his first wash and they did fantastic with him

If it were possible to give a ten star rating, I would give Paws & Claws eleven stars! Since our very first visit the ladies have gone above and beyond to accommodate the individual needs of each of our three 4-legged babies. They are unmatched on every level of service and incredibly knowledgeable regarding grooming standards according to breed. Store hours are well-suited for almost any schedule, pricing is simply unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly and provide a level of care that is in keeping to that which we provide at home. They are conveniently located just west of the resort district in a shopping center with ample parking. We are grateful to have connected with these caring professionals and the Davidson-Mounts pack will remain dedicated customers for life!

Every time I go here my pup is happy he’s a rescue with a leg injury and they always are careful and have pampered him. I am very fortunate to live close and have found such a great groomers!! Definitely recommend!!
