Our pup Aspen has been coming to Dogtopia for just over a year and absolutely loves it. Pricing is great, everyone who works there truly cares about the dogs, and they’re treated so well. Aspen loves so many people at daycare it’s so cute watching her through the cameras and seeing how happy she is with her dog friends and people watching her. The online portal is super easy to use to book spa treatments and daycare options, but she’s set for twice a week and usually just goes on the same days.Sherry and her whole team are amazing. The negative reviews crack me up because Sherry is not rude, she’s straightforward, honest, and cares about the dogs. That’s all I could ever want in a dog daycare owner and she’s been so great in ensuring the dogs’ safety while there and truly cares for them. Thanks Sherry, and all of Dogtopia’s team for making sure Aspen is safe, happy, and exhausted when she comes home.

I read all the negative reviews and I’m sad to say they were right. The woman that answered our call was so rude and condescending, she left a voicemail and I had to listen to it a couple of times because I could not believe how rude and condescending she was being. Is the same woman everyone is complaining about, she must be the owner, otherwise I don’t understand how someone this many bad reviews could still be employed by anyone.We didn’t even make it to our meet and greet, how someone can work with people if they dislike them so much?

I love that it's family owned. I just met the owners yesterday during my pups orientation and I felt very welcomed. The owners positive energy and friendliness was very much appreciated. I really like their safety precautions for the dogs and us. I love that they have indoor and outdoor play areas and the ability to view the playrooms via webcam from home. My husband and I are hoping to be able to get back to traveling now that things are opening up again and I can't wait to see how Quincy does in their overnight stays. Today is Quincy's first day at dogtopia and I can't wait until he comes home happy, exercised, and socialized. I am super excited about Quincy becoming a part of dogtopia's family and having a safe and fun place where he feels loved and welcomed.

Sherry is a rude woman. She should not talk to customers and learn how to speak with kindness. This rude and arrogant tone she uses is insulting to the clients and has made me switch companies to care of my puppy. Sherry they have schools for good behavior, time for you to learn some manners!

Sheri and her team are amazing! Our dog Dug stayed for a night and daycare, and they took great care of him, recognizing he was nervous and allowing him to explore in his own way and time. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future!

Sherry and her staff have always been so kind to my “baby boy”. He gets so excited as soon as we start driving to the location and can’t wait to jump out of the car and run in! They make sure the rooms are kept clean, and have lots of stuff for the pups to do. They keep them with sameTemperament dogs (high energy, likes to run and play, wrestle- whatever) so that my pup is always staying entertained. Love this place and recommend to all of my friends and neighbors.

I know that Rose loves it here - she's so excited whenever she sees someone coming to get her out of the car in the morning! Curbside dropoff and pickup is so incredibly convenient. I also love the communication. When I'm reminded that Rose's vaccinations are almost due, not only is that a good reminder for me, it makes me comfortable that all of the other dogs are up to date on their vaccinations as well. And it is so much fun when I tune into the web cam and can catch her playing with other dogs!

The staff has all been very friendly. I love the fact that I can view my dog at the facility via webcam. That makes me so happy to not only know that he’s safe and happy but also be able to see it! I love the fact that the staff not only watches out for my dog but also makes sure he’s comfortable and happy! After his first visit, they gave me a paper with two photos of my dog that day! It said “my first day at Dogtopia!” It was SO cute!! I’m very excited to continue bringing my dog here!

Dogtopia is so intentional and caring in how they show up for our dogs. Right from the meet & greet, they make sure your dogs are a good fit for their open play environment & that the environment is good for your dogs. On our 1st day of daycare, they surprised us with a cute 1st day picture for both of our dogs. And our dogs clearly enjoy being there for daycare. We haven't tried boarding yet, but after 3 visits, I can definitely say I trust the dogtopia team to care for our dogs well and give them a fun environment when we're not there.

There are many things I love about Dogtopia. First I feel 100% confident that my pup is safe when she is there. All the staff treats my pup as if she is one of their own. Second, the room attendants are amazing. They pay attention, are on top of all the dogs, and understand my dogs individual play style. Third, the cameras in each room are great. It allows me to see my pup playing and having a blast with her furry friends. Lastly, pick and drop off are a breeze. I am in and out extremely quickly.

I really like that there is staff constantly watching over all dogs and I don't have to worry about the well being of my dog Nova, I know she is being well taken care of. I really like that my dog has the time of her life every visit and how there is so much space for her to explore indoor and out. I also really like that I am able to check in on my dog and see what she is up to on the webcams, it makes me happy seeing her play and have fun with all dogs. This is the best daycare that my dog has been to and from now on the only one I will take her to and trust.

Never made it past the initial phone call.Working in the service industry myself I don't take reviews too seriously but I noticed all the negative reviews on here were from potential new clients and now I can see why.While there are a bunch of glowing reviews on here I assume it's from existing clients because as a potential new client I was treated like I was nothing to them.I don't know if the owner or employee who took my call was just having a bad day but I simply called to inquire about their Day Care options I was immediately met with the retort of "you can't schedule anything unless you're an existing client. Are you an existing client?"My reply "no but I would like to become a client".Her response "we're not taking new clients especially around the holidays, plus we have all these protocols in place to become a client. Sorry we can't help you."I'm pretty sure the whole idea of running a business in the service industry is to get new clients & make them become repeat clients right? I hope they're printing money off their existing clients because they're not getting any new clients with this kind of service.Literally the next place I called right after, Petopia, I was immediately met with a friendly welcoming voice from Chloe who pleasantly informed me of the next steps & said they would be happy to assist me in anyway they can.That's how you run a business.

Great place for my dog to stay while I am away at work! Dogtopia Anaheim hills is a very clean facility. There are 3 warehouse size spaces for the dogs, who are divided in groups by size and temperament, with outside water holes for them to play in . The ground is covered in turf and always clean - there are webcams in each of the areas so I can always check on my dog from my desktop at work or from my cell phone. Since reopening, they have curbside drop off and pickup, making it even easier. Staff are always friendly and accommodating - I request the spa package for my lab, prices are great! I highly recommend Dogtopia in Anaheim Hills!

I love that Dogtopia separates dogs into rooms based on size and temperament. I feel very comfortable leaving my Pomeranian and Chihuahua mix there weekly. They both have a great time and come home tired and happy. The staff is always friendly and we can check the cameras all day (except nap time) to see how our dogs are doing.

Tried scheduling a interview for doggy daycare. Never really heard back. Got 1 phone call from them I was not able to answer right away. I called them back no one ever answers. Even signed up using my sisters account as well to see if she would get a response. Nothing and it's been more than 1 week. Took my dog to Camp Bow Wow instead. Someone at least answers the phone there.

Just called and was immediately met with a lady who “greeted” me with a rude tone. She immediately asked if we were existing customers, and I replied we weren’t but we are interested. My simple question never got answered or acknowledged after asking three times during the call. She refused to answer unless I let her know if I was a member, then after I answered she said I had to physically come in to get my questions answered. I don’t understand the raving reviewed (if they’re real) but if you take your dog here I can’t imagine them treating them well. Screw this place.

We’ve taken our dog to Dogtopia many times and we’ve always had a fantastic experience. The facility is impressive, and very well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We feel very comfortable that we are leaving our dog in good hands every time we drop him off to stay. We highly recommend Dogtopia of Anaheim Hills!

Our dog is always so excited to go play at Dogtopia. I always feel like he is treated well and I love that I can watch on the live-feed cameras. This is a great place. I love that he gets to socialize all day and then come home exhausted.

Such a wonderdul option for your fur babies! Love the ability to just drop off at a moments notice without having to make a reservation for day care! My girl knows when we make a left turn 3 miles out EXACTLY where ahe is headed and gets super excited! Sherrie and the team are awesome and you know they love what they do!Excellent facility! Clean and accommodating! I LOVE that I can just drop my girls off on a whim without having to make a reservation for day care. I appreciate the initial evaluation process as it insures the best possible outcome with the dogs. Wonderful option to have have a play day and get a bath for the critters as well!

The facility is huge and always clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's super easy to set up day care or boarding appointments. This is the first doggie day care I've been to that really evaluates every dog and assigns them to the correct group for their temperament.

Whenever I bring Sadie to Dogtopia, I am always greeted by one of the owners or an employee, and they are very kind and happy to see Sadie. They know her by name! When I see Sadie on the cameras she is having a great time! I like that I can check on her while I am work from my computer. I love to take Sadie to Dogtopia on days when I know she will be home alone all day since she will be with her Best Furry Friends all day, playing and having a blast. Sadie always has her Best Day Ever!

The staff is friendly, and is knowledgable about dogs. My dog is very high energy, and she always comes home happy, healthy, and tired. Since she started attending daycare multiple days a week, her "naughty" tendencies have been fewer and far between too - because a tired dog is a behaved dog!

I can never get a response as I have tried numerous times to schedule a daycare appointment. Very disappointing as I had just moved to the area and was looking forward to trying them out😞. I was able to get responses from the Dog Den which is especially good during the hot summers (indoor facility). Also, Wags & Wiggles which has an indoor outdoor option.

I was very impressed during the "Meet and greet" appt. Larry made sure that my 2 furbabies are a good fit for their daycare. The place looked spotless and odorless- no urine smell, etc. I had my furbabies spend the day there and you can actually watch your doggies play and interact with the other dogs via the Webcam. My doggies looked tired but happy when I picked them up! ☺

I love everything about Dogtopia in Anaheim Hills. I love your orientation and meet-and-greet. I love your huge indoor and outdoor play areas, and that dogs can be separated according to size and activity level. I love the webcam feature so I can visually check on my dog. I love your two-hour rest period in the middle of the day to give the dogs some down time. My dog can't wait to start playing with his friends the moment he arrives. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for doggie day care. It's the total package.
