Yesterday my mom took our dog Stella to get groomed. We’ve never had a problem before until yesterday. My mom went to pick up our dog, and was shocked at how she was groomed. My mom had to stop the employee from cutting our dog’s hair because the employee wanted to keep going.

Place ran originally by Denise, wonderful services at the time. Now, it seems to be a younger woman running it. Always has a terrible attitude. Encountered her multiple times and poor customer service. It has gone downhill, unsanitary, and they never cut my dog’s hair properly. Leave him a mess, ears unkept and face is uneven. I appreciated the services they’ve done for my pet previously, but I believe this place needs to be put in check.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for over a year now, and the staff and owner never cease to amaze me with their services. My dog is very sensitive to other people and tends to bite, but Denise and her daughter always know how to talk to her. Today I brought my little Minnie in and the owner, and Farrah both worked on my baby, and she came out wiggling her cute heart shaped butt (thanks to Farrah’s amazing technique ) ! They even gave her a two little bows, and homemade peanut butter treats.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!I brought my dog here because it was affordable but THEY DID THE POOREST JOB EVER!His coat was cut uneven and patchyHis nails were cut till he bledHis chest was very unevenHis tail was still mattedHe still had dirt around his mouthSMFH!!WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!

I came in with a appointment and was tended to fairly quickly. I got to watch over my dog as they groomed her and it was very professional and cool the prices here are awesome!! I'm going to make this my go to place!! I recommend everyone in the area come here. I see lots of people come out of here and I finally decided to come and now I know why. The prices are cool and they even sell dog clothes which was cute. Best prices hands down!

DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! I brought my 12 month old yorkie poodle and the lady was nice at first , she recommended me a teddy bear haircut. I sent my fur baby at 9:20 around that time, they called me until 3:00 saying my fur baby was done. I went to go pick him up and everything went right, until his haircut was so uneven. There was missing chunks of hair, he seemed so frightened, he still looked dirty and chunks of hair started falling off.these groomers look like maybe 14 and the lady looks about in her 20s , looks so unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Took my long hair Chihuahua today. She was shakey (first time being groomed and etc) when I went to pick her up she was happy and calm not shakey anymore. Im guessing she had a great expierence. She smelled nice and her hair was great (hair cut) looked like a little lion. (First picture u can see hair cut and 2nd pic of her face was b4 with long hair)she will be fresh and not shedding so she will be able to be inside now!

My little boy is not the easiest dog to groom, yet the ladies here managed to leave him looking like a STUD! They were beyond gentle and patient with him, and you can tell they are true animal lovers.

Took my American Eskimo for the first time and last time here . When it was time for pick up I told the assistant my concerns which where patches of shorter hair on my dog he took it upon himself to fix it but only made it worse my dog now has more patches and you can clearly see his skin on some areas. He saw how frustrated I was at that point and he then mentioned I was the only one who has ever complained !! The main groomer a Hispanic man was in the back hearing and seeing everything but did not bother to step in instead he decided to make rude comments and even said they couldn’t fix ugly ! One star is definitely more then what they even deserve but they where smart they asked me to pay before they handed me dog ! They knew well enough I wouldn’t have paid them for the way they left me dog

Took my German shepherd puppy here a while back for her to get a simple bath and her nails to be trimmed I come to pick her up everything seemed fine and normal until we drive off I heard my puppy whimper I look down at her and I see there’s blood all over my hands and lap I was so confused I check her her nails were cut too short and she was bleeding everywhere I freaked out took her back to let them know what they did they put something on her nails to stop the bleeding but the response I got back was “this is normal all dog bleed after getting their nails trimmed” never did I bring my dog here again I took her to another groomer they said that’s not a normal thing they cut her nails way to short! Luckily my dog was fine after but now is really sensitive and her feet being touched before she wasn’t :(

I brought my dog in to this groomer because her regular groomer was fully booked. I will never bring my dog here again. 1st off the place smells horrible since you walk in the door. And 2nd when I picked up my dog she didn't smell clean or freshly groomed I regret bringing my dog here.

This is an amazing family business. Your dogs are in great hands. I have 3 dogs and take all three every other month or so. They always come out looking and smelling great and are happy. The last groomer I took them to they would come home and nap for hours because the energy wasn't right. They are always happy when they return. Love that they are a mom and pop. Love that is family run. Just love this place!!! They really love and care about the dogs.

BEWARE OF THIS AWEFUL PLACE! This place beats Dogs! Took my dog to get groomed and they called us to pick him up because they said he was being aggressive.. my dog is the most loving dog! He was in a dirty restroom terrified and once we were going to get out his mouth was bleeding. And once’s we got home it bled even more! They beat him and cut the side of his mouth. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!! They should not be in business trimming dogs!!!!!🤬😭😱

My Yorkshire adult male has been coming here since he was a puppy. He absolutely love's it. When we are a block away he knows and gets very happy and excited to get inside. Called asked for pricing on bathing a Rottweiler. They asked how old answered 9yrs aggressive I said maybe around other dogs. This is her first time with a pet groomer. Just want to see what being groomed at pet facility is like. They said they don’t due Rottweilers there. Because they don’t like to be away from there owners for to long. So they suggested I go to a do it yourself car wash. Find the pet attachment piece and wash her there. Never heard of it.... don’t know if this is right, and Rottweilers get treated this way. But wow what a experience. I just wanted my dog to feel what being groomed by a professional is like.

We found a lost dog and after being able to verify that the owners were unable to take her back in we decided to keep her. The people at this establishment were the kindest and most accommodating people we have ever met. They completely transformed a mop headed lil dog into the cutest sweetest looking baby ever! 10/10 absolutely amazing and we will definitely return

I brought my dog to get a regular groom and to cut her nails when I drop her off she was in perfect conditions after I pick her up she was drowning up and pooping blood her rectum was super swallow not sure what they did to my poor dog. I had to take her to the emergency.I call the owner to fine out what happen at the time I drop off my dog and they took for ever to return my call and one of the guys responded to me that it was normal for my dog to be pooping blood after a groom? I really don’t recommend this place. I hope that nothing serious is going on with my dog

Took my dog for a regular cut, told the guy to be gentle with his ears because my dog is very sensitive and realized my dog was acting strange shaking his head a lot, it’s been over a week already. We realized he had really big cuts on the tips of his ears, and the guy even charged me $10 more instead of $40 it was $50 because they supposably took their time, but yet still injured my dog. Now I have to take him to the vet because it’s really bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Took my Husky to this Place, dealt with this Guy (tall&Fat) So UNPROFESIONAL!! they asked me ONLY if my dog was aggressive, wich my dog is not AT ALL! I told them my dog is not but i offered if i can put a MUZZLE on for them. The guy SAID No we don’t need to, its fine we got it. 1 hour later He calls me saying COME GET YOUR DOG OR ILL CALL ANIMAL CONTROL, he’s been aggressive. I told him why didn’t you let me put the muzzle on?? I told you he’s not aggresive unless ur trying to make him do something he doesn’t want to!!!!! He just went OFF on me. Went ASAP to get my dog, HE IS A SERVICE DOG, I SUFFERED FROM DEPRESSION ATTACKS! He was SO RUDE ON THE PHONE, yet Did not wanna SHOW HIS FACE WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY DOG!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE, THIS PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, They MAY KILL YOUR PET!!!

Funny little place in a sketchy little area. Four stars cause they did a great job with my dog's cut at a pretty low price, but the location isn't great. It's a little place behind barred doors and the employees working were all communicative, but all seemed pretty young. Hope they're getting paid well because it looks like a tough and busy work environment! The girl who cut my dog's hair was nice. Just kind of a hectic and strange smelling place.

I haven't even brought my puppy here yet but Jamise was so friendly and we talked for 10 minutes about pomeranian's and how loving and delicate they are and I just felt like she related to me. She made me feel very confident to bring my puppy there tomorrow. She's also a walk away so that will make it very convenient moving forward!Can't wait to see the final results tomorrow and write another review. I love supporting local businesses especially during this time!

They overbooked themselves which causes stress for both groomers and most importantly the dogs. Customer service is okay but feel like they can be friendlier and more compassionate towards the dogs that are more anxious. I wont be bring my pets back since one of my dogs was stressed put from this grooming visit and caused her to have bloody stool and shakes when i picked her up

If you care about your dog don't take them here I have a saint Bernard and he's only 15 months was only going in for a grooming bath ect, I asked if they could cut his hair and they said they recommend a rake style brush I don't know how it happened but he had a razor type cut on his right back leg when I went to pick him up they brought him out spraying this perfume in the lobby area and said the haircut didn't come out right so they charged me 55 instead of 60. I paid them and left without noticing the ✂️ cut on his leg and didn't find out until I got home. They tried covering up that they messed up and didn't tell me about it.i will never go there again.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!!If you care for your pets , don’t bring them here. They are very hard and abusive to the pets. I have brought many times my dog to get groomed and the previous time I brought her she was not willing to get in and when one of the employees tried to grab her she got angry and started barking at him. I didn’t figure out then what happened but today I met another of their customer and she told me that her dog got abused by them, and asked me not to leave my dog at this place !!!!!

I took in 5 Maltese rescue dogs from a hoarding situation. They were cleaned up beautifully. Most had mats and also fox tails in their fur. I got an appointment in Anaheim within a reasonable amount of time. The dogs were in at 9:30 and out in a short amount of time. I am fortunate enough to feel grateful for these folks who are essential to the health and well-being of animals. Please tip well to show your appreciation. I did!!! I even got a hug from the mom...I knew she was mom because I heard one of the boys call her mom when he told her what items he completed for closure...and I really appreciate families that are in business together. This business is located in a brick building just across the street from the auto parts store. They are located at a intersection with a traffic signal. I would like for a local artist help out this local business with a awesome sign so others know where to go for their furies. Thank you for your loving care while grooming Maltese Rescue California pets. XoXo Zach, Zsa Zsa, Capri, Baby, Reggie...we look forward to coming back for a bath after we pass swimming class. This groomer was a God send. The staff consist of a lovely family. The owner is a sweet woman. They handle the dogs with love, care, and patience. They are so reasonable. $25 for a standard cut. I have 3 dogs so this is very helpful. You have to dry it. I looooooove this place.
