Extremely rude lady at pharmacy window, went to pick up prescription and she said it’s already closed ,” we close at 8pm” I look at my iPhone was 7:58pm and I meant for her to see that I looked at time , and it’s not 8 yet .She seemed careless if I got my prescriptions or not .

Jason Diaz needs to go back to training not only did he profile me but he accused me of stealing without saying it and after I let him loo, in my bag which I didn't have too he still asked me to leave .. his lame excuse was he didn't feel safe with me having merchandise in my cart and that he has the right to refuse anyone ... What that means is he felt stupid for acussing me and let's just kick her out then I won't have to deal with it . To bad I am not the one to go away quietly.. he needs to be trained .. I was so embarrassed. And he just lost that store money I just got a settlement

This pharmacy is the worst I don’t even know how it stays open. They have the worst schedule and the worst hours and they take lunch breaks that aren’t posted on the Internet so you show up and then no one‘s there to help you, it’s the absolute worst. do not recommend making this your pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. I live around the corner so it used to be a convenient place to go. Soon I started noticing that they are always under staffed and they were extremely slow at check out. They stand there and take their time talking to each person. Even when I finally make it to the register, making it very obvious I'm in a hurry by now they still take forever and talk away. They take someone else who just walked in when you're next in line after waiting 20 minutes to get to the front. I will not go in there anymore

Pharmacy staff was really bad came in for vaccine explained there phone number is not working. I showed them how many calls I had made to them and another store around them with no luck it kept hanging up. I asked if I could get vaccine they said no. They were not busy or offered to help make an appointment. I explained due to my schedule it was hard to make any appointment. The guy made me feel like I was lying about there phone not working. Thankfully I was able to get in at the Westminster Mall staff was very helpful I was done in less then 30 minutes. DONT GO HERE!

The pharmacy would not fill my prescription for pain meds after my surgery because they misread the date. They thought it looked like the next day so they wouldn't fill it until the next day. Even when my doctor called them they still wanted a new prescription. I had to go without in extreme pain until the next day. There is also never anyone to help you around the store and usually only one cashier and a long line. Never going here again.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. My doctor called in the prescription in the morning and they did not fill the meds because my address was not in Anaheim. Understood, doctors can sometimes call at the wrong pharmacy. Then I asked if it could get filled? The pharmacy tech said, I would have to wait an hour. I asked to have the prescription transferred to my local and they refused to assist.

Do not develop pictures here. this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks i have had pictures developed here and out of a total of 30 pictures 2 of them are usable. the rest have faces cut off. Also i waited in line for 30 minutes because they only had 1 clerk at the register and the manager just stood there instead of helping the people next in line. Never coming back here.

Who closes Pharmacy at 8:00pm during the week. Arrived at 8:03 store Supervisor Mike advised they were closed only helping this last guest. Mind you there is no one else in store. Explained need anti-nausea and lomotil meds and Rx was ready for pick up. Wanted me to drive 10 miles to 24 hour pharmacy when all I had to do was go 1 mile to CVS open until 9:00pm. All prescriptions qill now be transferred to different store. Thanks for your help Mike.

Had a COVID 19 Booster appointment for 7pm. Waited hours for this appointment and was turned down at the pharmacy desk. Was told to "just come back tomorrow morning." Terrible customer service.

Any major chain that doesn't allow it's patrons to use the in house restroom should never be frequented by its patrons. The reason why I gave two stars instead of one, is the guy behind the counter who gets to use their restroom was very apologetic that I could not use the restroom. He was very, man I know you are about go to the bathroom in your pants right now and I could use the bathroom here but.... You can't. Are you kidding me CVS?

Management needs to restock their refrigeratorated section more often. Long line at pharmacy. Outside of store trash cans were overflowing with trash. Otherwise decent store with wide selection.
