They are refusing to fill a prescription by my doctor. I have never had a pharmacy refuse to fill a prescription. The doctors office called and spoke to them as well, and they straight up said we won't fill it! Worst service ever! Any pharmacy will provide better service than this one.

Worst experience ever I had to deal with Christina who is extremely rude and rushes customers. She stated she will never serve me again which is her job! She spoke with Rachel I'm assuming a manager whom she looked for help as she could not properly explain my order status. Making it mandatory that I take a bag with my online order refusing to key in that I did not take it. Terrible customer service and definitely worst part is no one is professional counting stacks of money in front of customers arguing with them and refusing to help them I guess back to Walgreens for my trips.

Got my medicine. But it took 2.5 employees over an hour with no other customers and two laps through the drive thru lane for them to incorrectly charge me TWICE. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worst stors I ever seen, the cashier/ manager / the only employee working in the store very rude and just want to give excuses for long line of customers waiting 15 minutes to pay !!! That is ridiculousl , the management of this store need to do something, add some self check out machines, hire professional people not rude ones, coordinate with pharmacy for long lines to check out in pharmacy people does what to think or worm the cashier lady very careless unfortunately, you can do better this is happened today 1/19 at 14:30

Unbelievably bad. If there are inspectors who regulate pharmacies using secret shoppers, they must not be checking this one. If I could give them negative stars that would still be too high.

I would really like to shout out Christian from the pharmacy. He goes way above and beyond to help me out. One time, my inhaler was out, and I needed a refill, and it was on back order at the store. He called the CVS and made sure they had it in order and placed it on hold, and I was able to pick it up from a different store.And this week my wife wanted to get the newer covid vaccine and she always requests a female pharmacist for any kind of shots, so the other technician said there isn't any then Christian jumped in and told her to hang on , he went to check the pharmacists schedules and informed her with the time to go and she just got it today.Thank you so much Christian and keep up the great work

Bought Tylenol cold and flu medication and noticed it was expired 6 months ago. Went back to exchange it and pharmacist was trying to give me another box that had same expiration date. BEWARE

I had called to confirm my prescription was ready. I was left on hold for 20 minutes, when employee answers he says "hello" & proceeds to place me on hold once again. I decide to go to the drive thru the following day. I arrive at 6:20 am. I was stopping by before heading to work. Apparently there was only one employee working in the pharmacy. She proceeds to tell me her break would be over in 10 minutes & I would have to return. I explain to her I have severe pain, half my face is swollen, I need my medicine. But she insists she is on her break. She tells me I would have to return. I was very disappointed. I don't understand why only one person would be working in the pharmacy. I would have thought she would get me my medicine the return to her break!

The cashier at the front will only take exact change. Saying he will not give out any coin. You have to wonder if he and/or his register is making some cash on the side. If you don't bring in a credit card, it will cost you. Very sad CVS!

Regina & Christian are the best pharmacist assistants. They both are always very helpful & keep it real. They have been at this store for a couple of years now which is always nice to see. They take time & establish relationships with there patients. They really care. They’re both always very patient where as the others seem to always be in a hurry to get to the next waiting customer, which is completely understandable.. however Regina & Christian are always very patient and don’t mind trouble shooting the problem. For a example, Regina worked so hard on my moms meds and got one prescription down from $519.00 to $5.00... she called me 3 1/2 hours later to tell me... that’s amazing. This is going WAY above and beyond.

If I could give zero star I would definitely give it to them. The pharmacist John and another lady was extremely rude and misbehaving. They gave me wrong directions to the medicine. They don’t even listen to what you are saying. Don’t go there!

It's only fair that I write about the amazing service I've been receiving at this my local pharmacy. The pharmacists and all their staff are very friendly and courteous. Wether I go inside or drive through...all the staff have been so pleasant. They try their best to accommodate and they are very timely. Thank you for hearing me the last time and having changed some of the staff.

I visited this location 4 weeks ago . I had just gotten out of work and decided to stop by this location to get a few items for my family that was very sick with covid . As if my day wasn’t bad enough , the manager happened to be the one to rudely process my transaction , very unprofessional who did not greet me , something appeared on the ATM screen and I asked her what it meant and she responded in a rude manner and said that I should know , as if I was incompetent . Towards the end of the transaction she tossed me the bag so that I could bag the items myself . Also , their covid testing is a bit complicated and could be better . Other locations do the testing through the drive thru and have no contact whatsoever with the patients .

Had the worst experience at that pharmacy. The head of the pharmacy department was rude, unhelpful and inexperienced. We asked him for specific medication which he mentioned that the pharmacy does not have (after 30 minutes of looking around we found it ourselves). He wanted to get rid of us and let us know "to go to Costco in order to find what we needed" (which the pharmacy had btw). Did not answer any of our questions, said goodbye to our faces before we even had a chance to ask a question. Please stay away from that place. I'm not sure how the inexperienced director still works there, absolutely worst experience in a pharmacy in my life. The incident happened April 26, 2017. We do not remember the director's (pharmacy) name unfortunately.

The Managet Eric is RUDE to everyone! I get CVS employees are over worked and work alone while the other employee is on break but as a manager you should try having alittle more empty. Not sure what your deal was but I observed your customer service and you were not nice at all. Your tone sounded stressed and very defensive. I'm not one to leave bad reviews as I also am a manager in retail and I've also worked at CVS this was upsetting for me to see. I will not ever come back to this location.

The pharmacy staff their is great! Very helpful and they work fast! People complain about the drive through wait time but it's not the fault of the staff. They can only go as fast as the drivers ahead have all their questions answered that's why I prefer to get off. Best part it's open 24 hrs.

They always withhold needed medication and claim "trying to pick up early"Always have the doctor call and even then the pharmacist denies. Her name is Tynar and she always hangs up on my lady and I every time we call. She always refuses to give medication and always gives a hastle. I've asked for more than a first name to report her and everytime she calls us rude and hangs up the phone. What a shame CVS would hire such incompetent people.Update... called back was hung up on , called back again and she hung up again....Dear corporate,If you read this please do something about your pharmacy techs. Especially Tynar who's been refusing to fill our prescriptions every time, and being very rude over the phone when she actually decides she wants to talk. I've tried calling corporate multiple times but it never goes through. And I've filed complaints with someone claiming to be the store manager. But they can't do anything because it's the pharmacy and not the store itself. If anyone else has this problem... I suggest the same. Post on here. And email all of corporate about this.Once again was disrespected by Tynar the pharmacist. Called today got screamed at by her and hung up on, was also threatened to have meds withheld for no reason at all. Cvs you need to do something about your incompetent and rude employees. Will be reported to the BBB.

I rate this 1 star because me and my sister were looking what to buy and the manager came to us and said we been there no long and if we weren’t going to buy anything to leave and we were and was like probably thinking we were homeless but no and I was going to buy something I was laying down and he came and said stuff and plus he doesn’t have a right to treat his customers this way.

We scheduled a covid test at 9:40, arrived early and was told that they don’t know why the system allows earlier appointments when the tester doesn’t arrive till 10. We were told to either find a different location or just wait till 10. When we came back at 10, we followed instructions to check in, and was told that we were late. I had to call again because instructions were unclear, and was given attitude about how we were late (even though we were told to come back at 10) and ended up waiting 30 min before being seen. Avoid this location!

If you have a serious or life threatening illness, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!I went in to get my seizure meds from this location. My meds require a preapproval for insurance to cover. They told me they would fax immediately and get back. I hear an hour later saying my insurance denied my prescription. I call my doctor office to find out nothing was sent and they refused to showing a fax confirmation (even lied and said there is no confirmation.). I am on my second day with no meds because they did take the time for someone with a serious issue. I get temporal lobe seizures, this means all my senses and memory are completely effected. All kinds of Hallucinations, memory loss and psychosis. I let them know all of this

Bad Customer service.All the time I come here there's always attitude. Walgreens is farther but I come here for late night supplies that's why I come here but this time it was really bad with how they treated an elder man there. I'm so disgusted with this place. Going with Walgreens up the street.

They are low on personal but when your in the register they ask you if you want a bag. They charge you and they don’t even put it in a bag. Excuse is that is an option for the associates. Never seen this in other CVS.
