Dont bother with this store. I sent an email to them about purchasing a $2000 Traeger grill and they never even bothered to respond to my email questions. After about a week, I gave up and bought it elsewhere.

It’s my first time to Ace Hardware, I am looking for paint match, SHAWN who assist me with the worst attitude ever, I ask him to paint match which he did, the first time not even match not even close, 2nd time same thing not even close to the actual paint I brought. And had me pay for me. Also, i was trying to look at the switch samples he’s trying to match on maybe i can see and he shoosh me like I don’t know what im talking about. He keeps arguing with me and walk out. What kind of customer service was that Shawn? You are very rude and cannot work with customer service at all. You are the worst!!!! Lastly, I called the manager to let him know what happened, while talking to me he’s talking with other people like no etiquette, he hang up on me and help customer on the floor. No wonder this store keeps getting bad reviews. If i can give zero star I would. :(

It was my first time I went to ace hardware Anaheim Hills store I meet Tina there she went out of her way to help me she put 15 minutes of her time to answer all my questions she was extremely professional she had a lot of patients with me very polite ace should be very proud to have people like Tina to work there. Definitely a 10 Star employee! Thank you for your help Tina.

Great customer service. Mike spent a great deal of time to assist me an my wife finding the stuff we needed. When we found the type of screws we wanted, there were not enough of them in stock and had to pre-order the quantity we needed.After two weeks I got a phone call they received them, and I picked them up with no problem. Good experience!

Great go-to hardware store. I find the prices aren't generally out of line and the knowledge of the personnel makes it worth it. Today I brought my 8' sliding screen door there for re-screening and expected to leave it and come back, but they took it in the back and rescreened it on the spot while I watched! Done in 20 min and total charge was $27! Great service and a very reasonable price! Mobile screen repair quoted me $100.

As usual this store is wonderful. Always willing to help resolve issues or help make choices. My BBQ was assembled, delivered and installed. My newest purchased was a leaf vacuum. Again assembled for me. Small is so much better.

This store is always helpful when you need it. Theyalways seem to have the hard to find nuts, bolts, washers and screws no matter what size I need. I would much rather come here when looking for hard find parts than the bigger stores. Always friendly.

I've been going to Crown Ace Hardware located at 5765 E Santa Ana Canyon in Anaheim Hills. All the employees used to be amazing. Now, most of them are rude and unprofessional, except for one or two. The sweet lady that works the register, Yolanda. She is ALWAYS kind, professional and courteous. She is the only reason I go back there. I'm giving Yolanda 5 stars and 1 star to the rest of them.

The wheel on my Dad's wheelchair came off and the inside of the leg was stripped. The medical supply stores nearby were closed so my husband said let's try Ace. They dropped what they were doing and helped us. Very nice people inside appreciate the great customer service and help fixing it!

If I could rate this location zero stars I would. Went in to have a screen repaired and was rudely told it would take 7 to 10 days with a cost of $35 dollars. The man working in the department was sooo rude! I left and drove to Diamond Bar location and they repaired the screen right then, no wait time and they charged me $1!

Very bad customer service I don't recommend iti took my patio door for screen replacement on 12/22/19they did it for $ 40.00 +tax . i took my 2nd door on 12/24/19 for the same thing they charge my $61.99 when i asked why i am charged more they side we are busy and you have to pay more i ask for the manager MIKE he was very rude so is the screen guy and MIKE turn his back and walked away .no one seem to care

This is a top notch Ace Hardware. Emphasis on outdoor cooking. My reason to visit was to price Traeger supplies. They have lots. A Gold Traeger dealer.
