Ok so, I really wasn’t gonna write a review but now I have to because I’m a bit worried about the dogs.A couple months ago, I heard about this place because I wanted to take my dog here to get groomed. I thought it was nice how convenient it was from my home. I was with my sister at the time ‘cause we both decided it was time to try grooming for our dog. As we walked to this place we noticed a small dog running in our direction. We thought it was a lost dog at first. But then we saw a worker or the owner of this place looking around for something. And when they spotted the dog they ran toward it, trying to catch it. The dog freaked out and ran into the parking lot. It was scared but it eventually ran back onto the sidewalk and when the woman grabbed the dog, it bit her. I understood why. The dog was scared. So she took him back to the grooming place and that was that. My sister and I were hesitant to take our dog there after that incident. It was very unprofessional and the dog could’ve gotten lost.Now today, my mom works next door to the grooming place. Usually they have the back door open for people to enter the establishment through the alleyway. She saw a dog running by and she called it. It listened to her. She set a towel down inside for it to lie there and it did. She tried to give it water but I guess it didn’t want any. It took a couple minutes for the workers/owners to come looking for it but they did. Again it was very unprofessional. If my mom hadn’t called out for this dog it could’ve gotten lost. The dog my mom said could’ve been a baby golden retriever. It had a collar with a tag. There was the letter A. I don’t know if it is significant for something but I’m just putting it out there.

New shop and took the dogs same day. Loved the way my dogs smelled afterward, very nice!
