I went in today 3/16/24 with my German Shepherd Dog (Toby). As a male GSD I wanted to get him a sanitary trim so he would not have a messy bottom belly when doing his business. I told them no haircut on the top. So to be clear that was a full groom no haircut and a sanitary trim on the bottom. I come back for my dog and he looked like this.(view pictures the 4 first pictures are what he looked like today and the last 2 are before) When I complained they resolved nothing and denied trimming his hair. I know my dog well enough to know when he gets a trim done he is not a long hair so its very obvious. Also putting a slip lead on the hind legs can definitely injure a dog! Connie and a male employee both argued about not cutting his hair and I'm a very reasonable person when it comes to mistakes but this is something that could have been avoided if they listened to me from the beginning I was clear on my instructions and Connie seemed in a very rushed mood. I am highly disappointed with this establishment and will not be returning again. Ive been going here for a year and a half now always leaving tips. I do not recommend coming here if you want a job well done on your pets they do not follow instructions and rush everything! Horrible service. If anyone has a good groomer to refer go ahead and let me know doesn't matter the price just needs to be in the OC area, thank you!

Out of all the pet salons that I’ve been to, this place has been my favorite.1. They were able to schedule me the same day of the booking. Your luck may vary though.2. The price/value here is great.3. They are extremely friendly and will care for your pet.They have always been super accommodating and I know that my dog, Wagyu, will be cared for here. This is my 3rd time coming back :)

Brought in my sisters dog and was very pleased with the overall experience. Once I got there the staff was very friendly and asked how I wanted her cut o wasn’t sure as my sister was the one to normally take her but I explained kinda of what I wanted and the staff member explained the different options I could choose and was pleased with the end result my sisters dog came out looking beautiful will definitely be back.

I love this place! The staff are so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable the 1st time I took my boy Shadow. Also when I take him to C U pet grooming he's very happy to be there and Staff are always happy to see him. That's when I knew I made a good choice by going here. I highly recommend this spot. Price are decent too. They leave him so fresh and clean. He leaves feeling good.

Always a pleasure bringing my two small dogs in! Summer cut for one, and bath includes clean ears/nail trim/anal gland for little dogs. And they even de-shed my chihuahua ! 🏽 🐾They’re very fast and always have them ready in 2 hours or less, and they send a courtesy message when they’re ready for pickup.Lovely owners, family business and they’re opening another location in LA - wishing them lots of success and happy clients everywhere they go!

I’ve been coming to C U for about 2 years now and they are always very accommodating with scheduling and the specific requests I have for my dogs. I like that they have a pen and big areas not too confined while they wait before and after their groom. Your pup will also wait less time than any more compare grooming place like PetSmart etc. which I love ! Come try them out

Mal practice. They put my cat to sleep without my knowledge. I’m not sure what drugs they used. When I came to check because it had been an hour, I saw the lower half of my cat laid out on a table, while they were working on him. He was completely out.The lady came out very alarmed and angry saying we “had leave, we can’t wait there, it will take 2-3 hours, and she will call us when she is ready”. It’s very suspicious.When I asked why is he laid out like that, she acted like she couldn’t understand me, so I repeated it, but she continued to tell us to leave.Something else that isn’t as important, is the first time I came here they charged me $90, when I showed up this time she said $100. It’s only a $10 difference so it doesn’t bother me, but it shows how weird and scammy this place is. I had no issue with my first visit that’s why I came back. Will not be coming back, genuinely scared.Writing this review after they kicked me out. Waiting for their call to pick him up.Update: I got him, he doesn’t look hurt or anything, and his fur cut is decent. the only issue I had was not being let known about the drugs used on him, or asked if it’s okay.

They trim my dogs nails for ten dollars each. They also have grooming and teeth cleaning. I've only been there for the nail clipping but it's very cheap. $10 for nail clipping and they round off the tips. Bring cash. Sometimes it's cash only for small purchases.Call to make sure they have space.
