It’s an okay 99c store aisles are pretty good stocked I haven’t had any issues here. I just got and out for what I need usually if I have time to look around I always do. Staff are there I did t have any issues. Good location for me I always come here for party supplies and gift cards for any occasion.

Went to this 99 cent on Thursday July 6th around 530 545 store found a few products I wanted in the 99 cent section clearly said 99 cents everywhere went up to the register asked the lady if they can honer this for a dollar because it's in the 99 cents area the first lady on registered 6 told me no that I must have went and put the $0.99 placard up there and taped it there because they don't use Scotch tape to put their labels up and accuse me of it and told me that I will be on camera if they run the camera back I told him go ahead because I did not do that then she's calling over the manager on register number three I believe it was that lady told me I probably moved everything and put it there to get that price which I did not do either and they can see that on the camera it was their mistake and I simply asked him to honor the few things I wanted that were in the 99 cents area the lady that was stocking the store had the worst attitude with me I could not believe it don't they know the customer is always right and they should never talk to someone like that they told me to go that they're not selling any of the stuff although I got the lady at the register to sell me one item but I had to pay full price and it was a yelling match with the lady stocking stuff on the floor because she did not want me to be able to buy it although I paid full price mind you for a broken item but I did not mind because I only wanted it for the extension pole anyways but still. I even told them that I will let the owner know about them that the lady is my neighbors good friend and they said that I don't know the owner and it's a man anyways.

This location is too picked over. I've gone so many times and the shelves can often be found empty.Plus, lots of homeless hanging out there. They tend to be of the odiferous variety. The pass you by and your eyes will water from the stench.The cashier's are nice.It's just the rest that me asked it unpleasant to shop.

This shop has gone through a lot of changes lately. Most noticeably, the store fixtures have been reduced in height. It would seem that this was to increase visibility to help combat shoplifting. I like this better than having security guards following me around or having more technology installed, recording me picking my nose. It would be nice if this "more exposed shopping experience" would extend so far as to help keep riff-raff away, but probably not.The other change which was quite obvious to me and my life-shopping-partner is the absence of Diana and that other young lady (szy, can't remember her name). In fact, nearly the entire crew of "Centers"? "99ers"? has changed recently. Perhaps there is new management and their absence was the obligatory change of crew that often come with new management? That's fine, I wish the old crew well, but I certainly hope that the current crew will soon be able to meet the old crew's high levels of customer service and personability. As of right now, they do not.The last change I will mention is the closing of the restroom. This really affects my shopping, as now, in the middle of my 99cent Only experience, I must leave wife and embark on a journey to find a restroom. Going back to the riff-raff I mentioned before, I admit that it would not be cool if these non-shoppers were coming in and messing up the restrooms. I wouldn't want to have to clean up after them, either! It does suck, though.The last last point to mention is: what happened to the toy section? It used to be sooo good and now it is sooo 99cent Only ten-years-ago Store. My wife and I shop here 3-5 times a week and it used to be awesome to have some cool toys to browse while she did all the real work. In the absence of a quality toy section, I have been relegated to pushing the cart along behind her while I write really long reviews on my phone.

BEWARE OF THE RACIST, ELDERLY (MIDDLE-EASTERN) WOMAN!!! She goes well out of her way to harass customers who she falsely suspects as thieves. DISGUSTING. If you're going to shop here, I highly suggest going AFTER SUNDOWN/DURING THE NIGHT-CREW SHIFT with all of the nice mexican women staff. They are ALL pleasant people to be around and they are extremely friendly to their customers. In-fact, the Latinas on the night-shift, deserve so much better than to be working here with the others. I wish I knew their names because I would mention them with the utmost respect and positive feedback. NICE GOING, YOU LOVELY LADIES. You just don't know how much you brighten your customers' day (or night, rather/since it's the night-shift). Love Y'all.

If you want to shop at this store, expect long slow moving lines without the common courtesy of being able to use the bathroom. As the manager Josh told me, with a big grin on his face, corporate gives the individual store the liberty to open the bathrooms up to the public or not. Well... I am going to exercise my liberty and not spend my money where they don't exercise common courtesies.

It is not the 99 cent store anymore although inflation has went up, their prices are ridiculous the store is always empty with its product. Walmart is cheaper for sure. I don't do to much shopping here but there's somethings I would buy here like candy for the kids.

One of the best employees I've seen at 99 Cents Only Stores is a quite and very professional man named Ryan, who makes sure that the store is spotless and the products look right on the shelves. It feels good to see everything in a neat line, with the labels all facing straight out. That way, I can find what I am looking for easily. When Ryan is not busy making the shelves look perfect, I see him with a broom, sweeping the aisles so everyone is safe and everyone sees that 99 Cents Only Stores are immaculate. Ryan's hard work is one of the biggest reasons I like shopping here! It's clean and I can find what i need!

I have never really been a big shopper at this type of store but after reading about how this is a very efficient method of pleasing the customers, I wanted in. This store is stocked well with a good selection. Only one thing was off when I was there. Only two cashiers for the crowd. Too many were loosing patience.

The reason why I'm going to give it two stars is because it's not 99 cents anymore. That store is really expensive now. Everything expensive. I spent almost $7 only four items that I bought today. Not worth it but you know it's close to my house

They hire all the Walmart rejects at this location and the managers are worse. Place is always a mess, the floors are always dirty, and the employees have terrible costumer service. To top it off, they close before their posted time. You're better off going to the Pic 'N' Save there.

Cashier Theresa was super awesome. She saw the lines getting long and she took action. Opened up a new line and took care of us. Loved her attitude and charisma. She’s really nice and she totally brightened up my day. She deserves a raise tbh. People like her are hard to come by. Make sure you appreciate her.

It's not the .99 cent store anymore. The .99 earplugs are now 7.99 for wireless, and that's all they carry. .99 is now 1.25 and up. The store itself has pleasant employees.

Good location and great store. They have decent produce and some of the food is name brand for really great prices. It is crowded most of the time and the lines are pretty slow. It seems like they never have enough checkers to deal with the crowds they get.

Prices on Wine, buyer beware, this was my first time at this 99cent store and it was clean and well stocked and organized however the pricing is misleading on alcohol, I thought the wine I was purchasing was 6.99 it rang up at 8.99 the person I spoke to who was annoyed that I didn't understand the secret of how this shelf was priced was not helpful. Posted is a photo of what I saw. What do you see? I hope the dept of weights and measures will assist me with this. It's not fun to he duped and made to feel like a jerk for asking.

I liked the 99 because they've stepped their game up a whole bunch. They're more organized and actually had more than 2 lanes open. Plus they got the REAL mac and cheese for 99cents. AND THEY SELL WINE FOR YOU CHEAP DRINKERS OUT THERE. only thing I didn't like was NOT everything is 99cents anymore. There's stuff there for 5$ and stuff but it's worth it if you're running low on money. If you need a piñata, they got those too, now.

It's the East Anaheim 99 Cents store!! Not very clean per say....to much inventory on the floor....just seems WAY over stocked with merchandise. And as always only 1 register open! And since the past 18 months it's NOT"99" CENTS anymore on the merchandise....now they have $1.25 items 🤷The economy is tough on everyone!

It has everything you need to make you home and anything else you need to get done cleaning stuff thing you need to work with and even good food and snacks and even party things if you need it a all around store for everybody who shops it's the only store you need if you don't have alot of money you get good people who care too

This store is dirty and unkept…. Poor management. Boxes pallets all over place. Tripped twice. Why do I have to go to Yorba Linda where it’s clean and orderly!
