My cat Jezzabel is very weary of people and she sat calmly on Dr. Singh’s lap! She had a flare up of allergies and Dr. Singh treated her with meds and she’s gotten better. A great place for our four legged friends and such nice professional staff!

American Canyon Vet Hospital gets this low rating for hooking in with one of the most money grabbing, poor excuse for Pet care establishment ever, in Vallejo. Shameful! Shameful!***The owner*** responding to this review shows the absolute contempt for reality and insanity to hook in with Bayside Veterinary, especially since he took in Bayside refugee employees jumping ship from Bayside Vet. Funny thang, owner of ACVH, seemed like a nice chap... People hired to ACVH are GOOD people, but now to be hooked back in with their former employer? LoL. Oh, shutters. This stinks so badly one can only assume this will end badly!IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.DO NOT GO TO EITHER PLACE. DON'T. DO. IT.

My little big boy kitten got his surgery and care at American Canyon Veterinary Hospital. I'm new to this vet, but I have had a pleasant experience so far. Good location and easy to check-in. Everyone has been incredibly sweet and pretty clear so I didn't have to worry much.Hopefully nothing bad happens to my cat in the near future, but should he need extra care, I am confident that AmCam Vet will look out for him. See you next time for an annual check-up. 🐾

I had been having a hard time finding a veterinarian up here and when I had an emergency with my dog, American Canyon Veterinary Hospital welcomed me and Bodhi with open arms. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I knew day one Bodhi was in good hands.I have added my other dog into care here as well. I am very happy with everyone. Thank You for making me feel safe bringing my precious babies to you.

We've gone to American Canyon Veterinary Hospital several times, sadly up until recently, it's been for sad reasons. Several months ago we had to euthanize our beloved cat Nova due to Cancer. We didn't want her to suffer her incurable cancer. Dr. Swarnjit Singh was kind and empathetic during our sad moment. Months later we decided to get a new kitten from Pets Lifeline in Sonoma. Due to the kindness of Dr. Singh, we choose American Canyon Veterinary Hospital to care for our new Kitten Starbuck AKA Star. When we brought Star in the staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and kind. They loved our kitten and all came in to meet her. Vanessa, one of the staff members that roomed us was very helpful especially considering I am in a wheelchair.Dr. Singh came in and greeted us with a smile seemingly remembering me from before. He sat and went over Star's history and gently examined her. She was especially calm and comfortable in his arms. After the suggested services and clean bill of health, a staff member came in to go over everything. They worked with me being very aware of my financial limitations. We decided which items on the list to do that day and made a second 'vet technician' appointment for the other services necessary as well as her booster shots.I was impressed by the service we received and am looking forward to working with them for both our pets.

Today my Dog, Moose had three growths removed at American Canyon Vet Hospital. I have been incredibly nervous about this. At drop off this morning I met a tech named Vanessa. She listened to all of my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and supportive. Surgery went great! Picking him up I had a lot of questions and concerns. Vanessa came out and went over everything with me. Then the amazing head tech Kelly, who I love from previous appointments went over everything again. These women are amazing! I left there feeling confident with my discharge instructions. I love Dr Singh. He is professional and knowledgeable. His techs though, particularly Kelly and Vanessa are the reason I am a loyal client.

I love how Dr. Singh and the entire staff treat my dog as their own. My dog comes here for wellness and injury related issues, and I can trust I am in good hands. I have received treatment from other hospitals, and I can distinguish the difference in care. ACVH are driven by love and care for all animals. They are aware of my dog’s needs, adjust their treatment accordingly, and are able to accommodate! I highly recommend this vet hospital to all pet owners!! My dog and I love it!

Absolutely fantastic service! I arrived shortly before my appointment and they replied promptly. They kept me in the loop with every step and I knew what treatments were going to be done and the cost. My first phone call with Dr. Singh was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I had my pug seen yesterday for the first time as we recently moved here and we had a great experience. Everyone is very kind and Dr Singh is great. He took his time and covered every question I had and took great care of my furbaby who has bad allergies and wound up with a double ear infection. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best service. I have recommended this vet to various people. Very happy with our vet office in American Canyon. The staff is wonderful, pricing is up front and and very competetive for the top quality care received. My chihuaha/terrier was fixed at this office and they took such great care of her, I just keep going back. The app they have also makes it really easy to get care, track records and keep up with your pets health needs especially during this time.

they told me it would cost upwards of $800 to neuter a male cat and upwards of $1300 to spay a female cat becauae the doctor here just "believes in a higher quality of medicine" I'm sorry, I almost cried laughing 🤣 I'm sure they really do offer decent services, it'd be hard not to charging prices like that, but anyone who's worked on the medical side knows that's a bunch of b.s lol they're just charging for profit
