This is one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. This morning they were running behind and the manager Jenna (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was calling out names of drinks she was starting on, along with letting people know how much time behind her crew was. I was able to get my sandwich but I had a Dr app to attend and I couldn't be late. I kindly asked Hanna if she could postpone my drink and I'd be back after to pick it up. There was 0 issues with that request, so I did just that! Upon arriving after my app, Jenna was at the register and remembered my order, kindly offered a larger drink than I ordered. I wish my starbucks closer to my house was this personable!!! They even remembered so many people's names and their orders as they walked in the door for pickup! Way to rock the customer service!Thank you crew for being kind and caring! You guys are doing an amazing job! Best customer service at this store. 👌 keep up the positivity!

I really wish they would point the label outwards on the drinks when the set them down so I don’t have to turn all the drinks towards me to see the name. I’m sure people don’t like me touching there drinks and I don’t like it either. Also I wish they would yell out the name when they drink is ready so I don’t have to walk up and look at the label after they put each one on the counter and also I wish they would yell out that the drink is ready even if the food for that order is isn’t done yet

My daughter & I went to shop at the Alpine Albertsons this evening and since the Starbucks in the store was closed, we went to the Starbucks in the plaza next to the store. Although they had five staff members working at the time, the service was painfully slow - it took well over ten minutes to produce a single mocha even though there were not many customers in the place. Cafe Adesso at the other end of Alpine is a much better place with high quality and better pricing and it is locally owned!

The people working here are the best!One thing that sets this Starbucks apart from others is its location. Situated in the picturesque town of Alpine, it offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and makes for a perfect stop on a day trip or a drive through the area.I will continue to recommend it to all my friends and clients.

This location was the perfect stop for our family on our trip to San Diego. They were friendly, quick and provided wonderful service and it was clean. It had a nice front area outside with some tables and open concrete area that allowed our kids to play around after being stuck in a car!

Crowded, tiny, hole in the wall place. Seems popular as I could not get to the counter to order. Several tables in a spacious patio but it was cold so they were unused. I left and went elsewhere without ordering so cannot rate their product

Our orders are always wrong from this location. From receiving smaller drinks than we paid for to getting a completely different drink under the correct label or missing main ingredients. This specific location never fails to mess up the order somehow...

This shop is in our local Albertsons.Get great service, and they always get our drinks perfect.A few months ago, a friend from out of town came down to visit us. She likes to collect the hard plastic tumblers with the city name of places that she visits.During her visit, we checked many Starbucks around San Diego for a tumbler that said "San Diego" on it.We could not find one at any of the Starbucks that we checked.After she left, I asked the people that work in the Starbucks inside of our local Albertsons if they could please let me know if they get any of the tumblers when I am there shopping.After about a month of checking multiple Starbucks around the area, they stopped me when I came in the store to do some shopping to let me know that they had got some of the tumblers that say "San Diego" on them.I found out that they had been checking around as well for me to find one for my friend.They had set one aside for me a few days before as they knew that I came in every few days.My friend was extremely excited and thankful when she reverie the tumbler in the mail from me.I want to thank the crew at the Albertsons Starbucks in Alpine, Ca. for going out of their way to make someone that they did not know very happy.I continue to go to that location when possible.

The baristas are always extremely friendly here! I ordered one drink and it was really bad (a matcha drink) and when I asked if there was any way to swap it for something else they were very nice about it and got me something better ASAP. I am here all the time and definitely won’t stop coming!

Horrible. The Mocha Frappucino tasted really bad as if something was left out. The chocolate was really strong. It tasted like there was little milk in it. My Vanilla Bean Frappucino was good. We were on our way home before we discovered this.

My son and I stopped in on the way home after an early Christmas celebration, this was truly the happiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Service was great hadn't had a hot coffee there ask for the clerk to make a suggestion and now the creme brulee is a favorite. Everyone should start their day with your Starbucks it would set their day just right. Thanks guys for the smile.

As much as I dislike Starbucks and generally avoid them, it is sometimes just more practical to stop at one when you need some coffee. I often am unimpressed with Starbuck's, having worked at one for almost four years and seeing how much they have declined in so many ways, but the staff at this store was very friendly and efficient. If only the company as a whole could be that way.

Great morning crew! Much improvement on the order ahead service from my past experiences. Keep up the awesome work!Also just read a review by Oleg about no drive thru and the one star?!? Seriously? If you wasted time due to no drive thru (?) maybe you should try the order ahead option on the app.
