Staff is friendly. Rewards program is easy to use. This store carries brands that are not typically available at other drug stores. Right off the freeway. Easy to stop by on the way home.

The customer service is always great here. The prices are decent with coupons and rewards benefits. I would like to mention that Rite Aid has their own Mini gummi worms and they actually can give Haribo a run for their money. Ello is the brand the cost 1.79 a bag and they are perfect size with rich fruity flavors. I hope they come out with tropical flavors and sour ones next. I gave a 4 today because there were 2.5 AISLES completely bare no products on shelves.

I love the store itself but the women in the pharmacy are extremely rude. EVERYTIME I’ve had to come here there had been a problem with pick up or me sitting here for an hour. They don’t even say anything to you at all unless you say hello anyone here. Then someone will quickly say be right with you. They are not friendly and there are no smiles or good vibes just next person. But not even quickly.

I shop at Rite Aid all the time and I get my prescriptions here as well. They have the friendliest people working at the pharmacy and are very knowledgeable and helpful too.

I go to stores because I love clearance shopping. A wonderful woman in there I believe her name was Sarah, assisted me while I was doing my clearance shopping, she was telling me what the prices were going to be because they were in the process of changing the tags. When I was finished shopping I went up to the store check out, a gentleman named I think it was Tim him helped me. I asked him to go slowly so I can keep an eye on the prices he then decided to speed through as fast as he could, when I asked him to stop he got very annoyed. He then said well what do you not want and I said that's not the point I'm trying to keep an eye on the prices I don't know what is what, then I figured out you can see the items by the number on the back.I asked him if he could please call the woman who was helping me with the scanner in the clearance aisle. He said she was on lunch but said, in a very irritated tone, "if I wanted to wait 30 minutes, I could." He said that like he was so annoyed that I asked him for someone else to help me. He then called for his manager, whom I could see before he called, and she took her time walking incredibly slow. I was shopping for quite a while and had seen her walking quickly through the store during my time shopping. At this time, more guests were staring at me, waiting for me to finish my transaction. She also told me with an agressive tone I could wait 30 min for the other woman. She then wanted me to guess all of the items that he had scanned so she could remove them from the ticket instead of starting over. I didn't know what he scanned. Due to so many things on the counter, it wasn't a possibility. I asked the woman named Karen if she would just start over again because I wasn't sure what he had scanned before I asked him to please stop. She said she had to do it this way, I think she was trying to embarrass me, so i would leave. With him making rude under his breath comments and her making this transaction so difficult. At this point, even more guests had walked up. When she realized I wouldn't cave, she finally decided to start over, and then the attitude she gave me was even worse. So I asked for a corporate # and pointed to the top number (store phone #) the wrong number. She then had another associate ring me up. Whoever that was was friendly. It was Tim and Karen who had a terrible attitude and no customer service skills or patients. As a manager myself, who deals with guests all day, I would never make somebody feel bad for trying to save money and make sure that the prices were correct. As I left I could hear them talking about me. What a terrible feeling I felt.

Sometimes the prescriptions are quick, but only if you go there as soon as they are called and wait for it. Needed something for my child done before bed time. It was called in by 2, wasn’t done until I sat there and watched them do it. Pharmacist was extremely rude and made a nasty comment as I was checking out. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice, but pharmacist was rude. This Rite Aid is great and people are always nice, just do not recommend the pharmacy.

its a nightmare to refill my prescriptions. we never get notified of them being ready and go to pick it up 5 days later when i need it and they either say it was never filled even when we call to have them refilled or that they filled it and we took to long to pick it up so they sent it back when they never even notified us they were ready in the first place. most of the time they need to order my prescriptions even though I've had them refilled every month for over a year. every month its a problem. go across the street to cvs better care. better customer service. one of the rite aid pharmacists always has the worse attitude and is rude as hell.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff.Only took a few visits before they knew, and greeted me by name.Staff is very knowledgeable, and have gone out of their way to answer my many questions.Also very good with shots.I am extremely petrified when it comes to needles, and they are wonderful at giving shots.

I really like Rite Aid pharmacy in Alpine. The staff is super friendly and I love the fact that the pharmacy has a drive-by. They are very prompt and efficient.

Short version, NEVER trust that the pharmacy will have your prescription ready the day they say it’s going to be ready, ALWAYS make sure you call the day it’s supposed to be ready. Long version, I’m on a once daily pill to help with seizures, on multiple occasions I’ve had them not be able to get the medication filled until I’ve already missed a day of medicine. This last time I called 2 weeks before I ran out of pills because I didn’t want to miss a dose again. Lady says you still have 13 pills call next weekend, I call the following weekend they tell me I don’t have any more refills. Get my doctor to send a refill prescription to them, I get a text on Monday saying the medication will be filled on Friday-4/28 and they would text me saying when it’s ready. Decide to call around 2:30 on 4/28 since I hadn’t received a text, the lady tells me they didn’t even have my medicine in. That they wouldn’t even be able to get the medicine in until Monday! If you care about your health/getting medications when you need them don’t go here, cause they sure don’t care about you getting your medication on time. I’ve had issues with filling/picking up this medication more often than I’ve been able to pick it up on the day im supposed to get it.

I stopped in last Saturday to check my weight and blood pressure on there Higi machine. It was soo filthy I just walked out. Today, Tuesday I stopped in again and it has never been cleaned. A layer of bacteria and mucus right where you touch the screen. Ebola or TB anyone? And they're giving flu shots 3 feet away?Unbelievable and disgusting, go somewhere else where it is cleaned, sanitized and safe.

The pharmacy here is great! It can be a little slow at times, but I've found most pharmacies are when they get busy. What is fantastic though is they are generally really on top of things and get stuff done right, a issue we've had with a lot of other pharmacies sadly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable both in the pharmacy and in the store as well!

It's really sad that I have to write a bad review for a place. But I just called there pharmacist in charge and she told me that they didn't take my mom's cell phone so I could speak for her because someone in there staff had a life and death surgery for taking a customer's cell. Well I called there corporate office and they said they never heard about that, so very interesting. My mom has been going to that Rite Aid for 12 years. I now it flu season, but my pharmacy will put on gloves and if they think the customer is sick they give them a sanitize wipe to clean there cell before they take it, now that is really good customer service.

This is such a nice store, clean, well stocked, always greeted with welcome to Rite Aid and the customer service is outstanding! CVS is closer to my home however I will never step foot in there again. Keep up the great job Rite Aid!

i regularly run into issues with this pharmacy. three times now they have randomly given me three months worth of my prescription and then said there were no more refills, one time calling me asking to return the two they did not mean to give me. one time seems like an honest mistake, but three is ridiculous. i have also had issues with them only refilling one of the prescriptions that was meant to be filled and not giving me refills when my doctor intended for me to have refills.

Covid 19 drive thru pharmacy Testing is a nightmare! My appointment was at 330pm. Email was sent to me by Project Baseline advising metme be at the location 15min early. Ofcourse I move other appointments around I had set forthe day aside and I show up at drive thru just as instruction California D.L. & my email confirmation. Lady at the drive thru says I need to come back at 330pm BC the doctor is at lunch. I was the only car at the time assuming that's why people set an appt. So I get back at 325pm to find the line is all the way out to the street side and another car line seriously lined up around the parking lot building no one directing traffic at all. People in parkinglot yelling at others blocking and frustrated bc the wait is so long. I went into the store pharmacy BC I was miss lead by everything asnd the doctors were very overwhelmed and not helpful at all.

most of the time this place is very crowded but no matter how busy, the have pretty big lot for parking and you can always find a place to park. the employees are friendly and nice. I had an issue here but the manager helped a lot in professional way. thanks

Terrible management.Even with 5 days notice, they don't refill perscriptions until you arrive for pickup.I have over 20 years experience in hospital pharmacy, and this place is the worst managed pharmacy I have ever seen.Go across the street to CVS.

Hard to get good help here especially when you call. Store is very understaffed and it must cause some stress for workers because they seem to be a little grumpy some days.
