Great place to shop for all your aquatic needs! They got everything you need to get started on a new tank, and all the workers will take their time to help you through the process.Fair warning. Theres times they get extremely busy, but dont worry, someone will help you! I came on a busy afternoon, and didnt mind waiting to be helped. Gave me some time to browse their selection of fishes and decorations.I wanted to start a little fish tank, and knew the basics of what i absolutely needed. But the workers helped further explain to me which aquatic plants would suit my tank size, why i can't use certain rocks in my setup because it will throw off the pH and kill the shrimp, different types of cycle methods and how to do them, how to go about a filterless setup, and preparing my rocks and wood for decoration. (They suggested to soak the rocks in water to get rid of all unwated dirt residue. And rinse the wood in boiling water multiple times)The pricing on equipment along with fishes and plants were fairly priced as well. You arent paying an arm and a leg. Everything is high quality. They even carry plant tissue cultures!Id highly recommend this shop if youre around the area!

Excellent venue for gifts in the way of fish fresh and salt water. My nieces and nephews enjoy visiting this shop to see all of the variety of tropical as well as saltwater aquatic life. The owners are extremely engaging and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. Visit the fish store and see for yourself, great selection and very helpful.

I really love this fish supply store. Everyone is always so helpful. The prices are decent and the show tanks are spectacular. They have both fresh and saltwater tanks. They have great prices on aquatic plants and even awuascaping stones and branches. Highly recommend. Keep the mom and pop stores in business!

I absolutely love this place! It's a fantastic fish store with an incredible selection of both saltwater and freshwater fish. The prices are very reasonable, the service is excellent, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so glad I discovered this place; it feels like stepping into a candy store from my childhood. But don't just take my word for it – go check it out yourself if you love fish! 🐠🐠

My go to fish store. I know the owner personally as we go way back when the store was originally open in Monterey Park. He will give you a fair price and a discount, in fact he sells fishes and supplies cheaper than any other tropical fish stores. Just remember to bring cash. I highly recommend this place.

BOOM! Look no further, these guys have a great selection of fresh and saltwater fish, corals,plants,koi,supplies,tanks,etc.....and if they dont have it....ask, i cant remeber the owners name, but he's a very friendly guy and if he doesnt have something can probably get it for you. They even sell good used equipment sometimes. Never left his shop feeling disappointment.....thats more than i can say for a lot of other fish shops.

They have a little bit of everything. Marine and freshwater fish, goldfish, Koi, coral and inverts, and plants. They have supplies, new aquariums, c02 and are very friendly.

Total Fish & Pets in Alhambra has the best selection Discus fish that I've seen in person. I had heard of this place by word of mouth, and let me tell you, this shop does not disappoint. Ken is the big boss, and probably cares the most about all the fish in the store. I walked in expecting to maybe pickup one Discus, and I ended up walking out with 3 Discus and a pair of Zebra Plecos. I will be going back here in the future. The collection of fish is amazing for both Freshwater and Saltwater.

Went to see what this place was like and I am impressed. I plan to come back when their aquarium plant shipment comes in so I can get some for my new tank and then come back for the fish. This place is clean and the fish look healthy. The employees are attentive without being pushy and the guy who helped me seemed knowledgeable. He helped me decide what exactly I want in my tank.Edit: I've been here more in 3 weeks than I've ever been in a fish store in my life. I got fish and plants and food and even knowledge. And it's always fun to say hello to the happy goldfish and flowerhorn fish.

Awesome store! While the place may not look more than simplistic on the outside, the interior is an amazing trip to a well kept fish store with workers who are on not only making sure that the customer is happy, but also that every fish is healthy.This became my to go store despite others being closer because every fish, plant, rock, and more that I have bought from this place has always been excellent and healthy.I definitely recommend this store!

Big selection of fishes, freshwater and salt water they sell tanks, RODI water, salt water. The store also sells freshwater plants and salt water plants/mushroom/corals. If you are looking for shrimps or snails, they don't have any here.

Place is pretty clean tanks are well kept. He has tropical, saltwater, and goldfish and koi. Also has tanks, equipment, and supplies. His goldfish can be pretty dently priced he does sales sometimes. His show quality goldfish are a little on the pricey side but got two for a deal. Overall nice little aquarium place.

I've been all over SGV and this is the best by far. Owner is so friendly and nice, and when I let him know I was on a budget he didn't push me to get the most expensive thing. Got a rimless tank for $15, such a good deal!Selection is great from dry goods to fish. I'm relatively new to aquascaping, but this store is for sure gonna be my go-to.

Nice little neighborhood aquarium with both freshwater and saltwater fish/products. It's a bit crowded in there, but staff was friendly and I was able to pick up what I needed. Overall, would recommend checking in if you're looking for some aquarium stuff.

A (new) hold in a wall shop and slowly improving. They did a great job at show casing the coral tanks. They have many good quality coral at a discount. I just brought two frags at half the price at certain store on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. It is a great place to shop for coral. I will visit them offen from now on.ST

Really helpful, great prices, good deals on used tanks too, if you need a new setup! I went in for a piece of spider wood and left with a new Betta. Some of the most beautiful Deltas, Half Moons, and Veil Tails.
