Wonderful Experience! I found exactly what i was looking for and i found sweaters for my 3 cats to keep them warm. Even Churu in pure chicken flavor was in stock. My cats love those things.

I came here today and bought 1 shark, 1 glow fish and 5 shrimp's. Some of the other Pet Smart location's didn't have the shark's i was looking but this location had them. Nice location with plenty of parking. Lots of traffic. Big store with big selection of inventory. Nice customer service.I'm satisfied with my purchase, thank you for making me feel welcomed :)

Good selection of products and good grooming prices. Lines are usually absurdly long while the store manager (who is generally unfriendly) stands around with his arms crossed, glaring at one girl on the register like it's her fault the line is long. If management at this location was more professional, the shopping experience would be a lot better. Friendly staff otherwise.

Customer service is terrible in the fish department. I have been standing here for over 20 minutes. They have multiple dead fish in these tanks which changed my mind to purchase any fish from this store. Employees look like they don’t want to help and just ignore when asking for help.

Just moved into the area and this is my favorite PetSmart so far. Shay was my groomer and she is one of the sweetest and nicest people I have ever met and she also is good with her clippers. She did a great job on my dogs and made me feel very welcome.

Turned up for a scheduled grooming, rang the unmarked metal doorbell. There was nobody there. Waited for 15 minutes and called the store twice. Last time the groomer was 30 minutes late so I figured this was normal. Lady comes out 20 minutes late saying my appointment was cancelled, takes in another customer. When I ask why, she tells me I am late, acts rude and tells me to go away. Worst service ever!

I make trips here about once every other week. About 1/2 of the time there is one cashier working the registers and long wait lines for checkout. Staff are kind but this recurring issue should be fixed

Love love love the staff at this PetSmart! Everyone is so nice and has been helpful in so many ways. My daughter and I come here all the time for our pets and supplies.The store is always well kept, clean and never short on pet supplies.My dog loves coming with me to see the birds and hamsters. The only thing I'd change is the water bowl for dogs is no longer out. I'm assuming due to COVID and them trying to keep our dogs healthy.

Really cool that you can bring pets into this PetSmart!! Haven't been to a pet smart in a while, but I remember the staff! Awesome staff, especially the girl with the long black hair! The dogs bark a lot though, that why it's 4 stars, sorry. PetSmart's owner, hop you see this. Thank you for making this store because I came here as a kid :)

PetSmart is my neighbor go to for bettas and aquatic plants. However a week ago, I took our pet SharPei Guri Akira Muhammad for grooming. We were very pleased with the results. We will be back.

We use them for grooming for our dog! Shay is an amazing groomer. She always does such an amazing job on our dog Kobe! It's also fun to walk around to see the cute animals especially the kittens and cats. For some reason you can't play with them.. the door is locked.. I guess if I got my courage up I could ask someone to open the door so I could pet one of the kittens.. but I can't get a kitten bc of my dog who doesn't like kittens! So sad.

The female employee was so helpful, she listened to my short story of how I have my little lizard, I purchased the critter tote and some tropical soil and of course crickets for his meal, hes happy now.

We had an appointment for a dog bath at 4:30 and at just under 4:00 they called me to say the appointment was at 4:00 and asked me to come over immediately, I managed to get there before 4:30. None of the staff would greet me, always claiming my appointment was over, (even though I kept showing my appointment voucher),and the they locked my account and I can not make any reservation online.the worst PetSmart ever.

I've been coming to this local PetSmart for years. I've never had any issues until the other day. I went in to purchase my cats food my cats are very picky so if I don't get them the certain food they like they wont eat anything else. So I did some research and saw they had 2 in stock of the meaty Friskies 16lbs bag I couldn't find anywhere else close by besides Alhambra. I went in and saw they had pallets of cat food out and also in the back where they receive shipment. Neither pallet that I saw that they had out had the Friskies I was looking for. I know sometimes the inventory is off online for instore so I went to ask staff since it said 2 in stock. staff responded to me in a rude response, "IF IT'S NOT OUT WE DONT HAVE IT" I was like ok?? but it shows you have 2 in stock i asked if they can double check and again she told me the same response and walked away.Then i decided to search more and i see the 2 bags of cat food way up high in a pallet. I went to ask a different staff member if someone can get it down since they did have it and she told me," we can't get it down since we don't have a guy on shift at the moment." so then I told them I needed the food since my cats ran out and she started to recommend a different brand similar to that one instead of just getting it down.So I was already annoyed and asked what else can be done since I needed them that day. Staff tells me to order online for pick up for tomorrow they'll be ready when the food is literally right there.staff is lazy, immature, terrible customer service and need to be all equally retrained.

Always friendly folks working there who are excited to see my Malinois when I bring him in. Sadly they did not have the Kong Frisbees he loves, but we did find some other goodies, food, and dental toys.

Update to below: I just took my pup to his normal groomer where we never had issue before and they fixed Petsmarts mistake. The sad part is they brought up that when they were ready to groom the muzzle, before they even touched him, he yelped. His groomer said as long as he has groomed him which has been over a year, he has never done that. I know they harmed and tried to instill fear in my pup. My dog is friendly and loving, he isn’t a monster. Ohh and on top of that to fix what PetSmart messed up took 2 hours, and that included the bath. Priscilla shouldn’t be in leadership nor run this place. Customer service skills are terrible. Beware. Save your money and go to a small business groomer.We went for a grooming on Thursday left our dog for 3 hours. With only a shave and a destroyed face. He was a little hyper. He is still a puppy. We have never had issues with other groomers. We decided to bring him back on Sunday to only be met with a difficult dog charge, which he is still a puppy and we have never had any issues. The manager Priscilla us the worst and didn’t care. She tried to reference that my dog was difficult at other PetSmarts when this is the first time we took him to one. They referenced my older dog in a different city. She was so condescending and rude to my husband from the beginning.Quoted us 5 hours!!! Clearly no one there is experienced when we are quoted that time and they were backed up. They messed up in the first place. I can’t even believe we wasted our time on this.

Drove 1hr from Fontana to East Los Angeles to take my momma to Petsmart in Alhambra. We walked around and spent good quality time. Even got a little fish for her to take home.

Very unprofessional... I called at 1pm asking if I could bring my dog for a flea bath n I was informed that as long as i arrived before 7pm they would take him as a walk-in because they close at 8pm. I left work early to get here at 6:35pm n I was told they could not take him because they were closing.I told the manager that is not what I was told over the phone.... he said that was the phone center n they don't have control over that.

This store is my go to fish store but only because it's close. I take my kids here because they like to look at the fish swimming in their tanks.They often ask me, "Daddy, why is the fishy dead?" So, yeah, expect to see that....more often than you'd think. The people working the fish dept are generally pretty knowledgeable and very friendly. Not sure why they have so many fish that don't make it. Maybe it's the breeders.The wait for assistance can be kind of long sometimes since you can't scoop your own aquatic creatures (it would be nice though, wouldn't it?), probably due to understaffing. They get their fresh shipment of fish on Friday afternoons so, that's when I'd go if I was looking to purchase, also because they're usually out of ghost shrimp.The lines to check out are often very long too. But the cashiers are usually friendly and try to be helpful. So, you can't hate them for having bad management.
