My dog is now a senior, so I’ve had a really hard time finding a grooming location where I felt comfortable leaving her for a long period of time. My dog ( 11 y/o Husky) came back looking beautiful! She was happy to see me but not anxious. I am so happy I tried Paw Paw! We will be back!

I went to bathe my cat, they cut her nails, cut the hair on her paws, cleaned her ears and brushed her. The girl was very kind, and my baby was calm and happy. Thank you for taking care of her.

Great place! We wanted to find a different place than Petco and we are glad we did!Customer service was on point, easy reservation, parking was quick and free!The time was great. Solid three hours so we were able to knock out our errands and grab lunch.We're coming back ✅✅✅

I wasn’t expecting much of a change since my Shih Tzu is 16 years old now (her hair and skin was not in the best condition), however paw paw turned it around! She looks 10 years younger and a lot cuter (not sure how it’s possible, but they were able to achieve it)! I would highly recommend this puppy groomer!

It was my first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well they did for my little dog! They did great, and they made my little toy poodle so pretty and cute! I couldn’t have been happier with the results and the value. I already scheduled my next visit and will be a long-term customer I’m sure.

Time for our cat’s annual summer ‘do so he can stay nice and cool. Our usual place was closed so I gave Petfav a try and well - we found a new usual place! The easygoing counter guy made us feel very reassured about leaving our furbaby with them for a couple hours. Some nearby food and shopping in walking distance and then back to pick up our happy handsome little guy! Thanks, Petfav!

I hardly, if ever write or post a review, but they did an excellent and great job with our 7-8 month old puppy. My mom is someone who is very hard to please, and she’s even taking pictures and bragging about our puppy…, shoot she never even did that with me or my sister! They did a wonderful job and can’t be more please with the job they did with him, who I was told tried escaping and was difficult to catch, since ‘he’s soo fast.’ Everyone who experience him knows. Unless you’re female, that’s when he’ll let you catch him. Only people I’ve seen he let’s catch him is my mom, my dad, and a couple other females, if you’re male, forget it, don’t even try, you’ll just tire yourself out, he won’t even let me. Only thing I wish they had was some way or following along and watching my dog having so much fun. My dad thought he was shaking from being scared or nervous, but it turned out he was just breathing heavily and enjoying all the extra attention he had over there. Even before we walked out there were people outside looking at our dog saying how cute he was, all the way to the car, and even as we were driving off. So yea, I though they deserved a good review for the excellent service and great and wonderful job they did.

I have tried many other grooming salons and I cannot compare the treatment. My dogs come back home happy after going to Paw Paw. I love the patience the groomers have for them and how sweet they are with my dogs. Thank you!!!!

10/10 recommend this place! I have gone to other groomers and the haircut is here is so much better! My dog is super soft, clean, cute, and ready for summer. The front desk person was super friendly and let me take pics of Dexter in their picture corner. They also offered him a treat. Love love love and will not go anywhere else again

My dog gets a full grooming when he comes and he loves this place. He comes home with a new do and smells lovely. Also the owner is attentive and handles my dog with care. Highly recommend this place for your pet's spa day

Petfav is the first place I’ve taken my dog, where she’s happy to going in and coming out. Cherri used to shake and be afraid but here she’s so happy. They also do such an amazing job, from the designer cut, to making sure she’s shiny and fluffy to filing her nails and making her teeth sparkle. Nothing is more important than my dogs happiness and health (psychically and mentally) so Petfav is now our permanent grooming place. I came in to try and get my new puppy groomed, the lady came out to the front and was so rude gave me a nasty look becus I said I didn’t have an appointment, I’ve never had a dog before so I wasn’t sure how this worked so I decided to come in and ask all the questions I had instead she was nasty and rude, then I asked ok can I make an appointment she said I don’t have anything until next Friday which wasn’t true cus I called later just to see if it was me or the lady was actually rude but nope the person said I could go in tomorrow smh horrible service glad I didn’t give them a chance after all.

100/10 We needed our large dog Cooper to be groomed as soon as possible for a funeral the next day (we were focused on other things and forgot until last minute) and they took us in even though it was almost closing. They did a great job and helped him stay more comfortable than other groomers. Will absolutely be coming back!

I was waiting for my turn to check in. A lady came in with her dog and proceeded to cut in line. She just walked to the back, gave her dog to the groomers and came to the counter asking to be checked-in when it was my turn. I called her out for cutting the line, she ignored me, so I asked the check-in attendant why they were allowing this. The attendant was very sheepish and looked like they didn't want to be involved, just apologizing yet continuing with her check-on. So I canceled my appointment and walked out. I'll never go back.Edit: the owner replied, you can read their response. The lady waited 3 minutes for her turn, then decided her time was more precious that the rest of us, so she cut in line. It was not a misunderstanding. The fact that the owner still tries to justify her actions as a misunderstanding is exactly the sheepishness I was talking about.
