Love Moochi! I used to bring my previous fur baby Gunny (maltipoo) and now my cutie Rocco (Yorkie mix) and they always welcome the pets happily and warmly. They do all you ask and oftentimes remember what they did before 😍 upon pickup they smell delightful and are groomed expertly. They always get lots of compliments after they been groomed. I love that they put them in ample-sized cubbies on display for all to see, and in turn, your dog sees you and gets all excited 😍 Thank you!! I used to pay fifty bucks but the price is higher YET well-worth it because our pets deserve it. 🐶🙏🏻🕊️ THANK YOU!!!

This was our first visit to Moochi. They were able to squeeze me in last minute as a walk-in. I was really happy with the process from beginning to end. The lady who checked us in went through a consultation with me to discuss what look I was going for. When I showed her a picture from a Yelp review, she pulled out a diagram that was sketched from that dog's visit. Apparently they do this for every dog and keep them as a part of the dog's records. I've been to a few groomers now and none of them did this. She was also very straightforward with the pricing. It was $60 for my mini Schnauzer who weighs about 8 lbs. She informed me that it may be an additional $5-$10 if my dog had a difficult temperament and if they found any mats/knots. Since Nora gets brushed every night and gets groomed regularly, it was just an even $60 for the works (ears, nails, anal glands, bath, cut). From my experience, this pricing is pretty reasonable and this is the most satisfied that I've been with my dog's cut.

As a kid, my family used to have family dogs that would come to this grooming place and were left very well groomed (7/6 years ago), therefore I was confident in this grooming place. Fast forward (2021) I recently got a puppy and took him here for his first professional grooming it was around the end of the day when I had the appointment. When I walked in I noticed a spray bottle was kept right by the cages and the lady who attended to me wasn’t the nicest, she kept giving me snide remarks, on things I did not ask, as well as yell at the dogs for small barks.I had to go back and fourth on things I wanted for ex. getting his nails trimmed ( I understand if it were to hurt him then I would not do it) but she kept giving me the run around until I asked what the issue was and she said he just doesn’t need it eventually she said yes. Once I picked him up she kept commenting on how he needed to be trained and he was too hyper and repeatedly saying he was too much to groom. I understand he is a puppy but I do not want anyone mistreating my puppy either especially his first professional groom. After the grooming appointment I noticed for 3/4 days after my puppy has been very timid and odd when me and my husband go to pet or cuddle him. This makes me believe the bad reviews left about treatment towards the dogs. Yes the bath & groom are decent but it’s not worth the treatment towards dogs. Please beware before leaving your furbaby here.

I’ve been to 2-3 different grooming shops and Moochi is the best place to go. When I request for certain cuts, the owner knows exactly what I’m talking about. At first, I was hesitant to go because of the price, but it definitely is worth the price! No one is perfect and I don’t expect a perfect results, but so far they’re absolutely great! Thank you Moochi!!!P.S.: I miscalculated my gratitudes so far. I’ll make it up on my next visit :)

We just went in today to drop of our 2 babies, and due to the great reviews I saw I was happy to take them in since the one we usually take them to gets booked for up to 2 months. When we got there though I was pretty disappointed with what I saw. Obviously dogs don't like the groomers, but the lady tried dragging them in by the leash on the floor, and the dog at the table being groomed, probably a Shiva or pomeranian mix had a red tie wrapped around its mouth and a cone on and was scared. It jumped up and the cone fell off and the groomer slammed the dog against the table because it got out the cone. Once we saw that we dipped cause there is no way I'm leaving my babies there, I'd rather learn how to do it on my own and wait the 2 months. Bad experience and I hope others can be aware of this. I know everyone's experience is different, but I'm just sayig keep an eye out because our pets are family.

Great prices and a family owned local store-- can't beat that. However, we're not so sure of the quality of work they do. I'm sure they are thorough but sometimes when he comes out from petsmart he's a little cleaner and a little happier. We're going to be trying some of the places that cost a little more but may end up coming back to moochi's. Hopefully I'll update it then. But for now, it's a convenient, inexpensive place to take your pet with great customer service.

What's really telling about a good groomer is how clean the place is. The crates were clean and the owner was sweet and friendly when I first brought my pup in. The whole shebang with bath and grooming was only $45 and they were able to take me in without an appointment!

Awesome customer service. My dog Lola Bear doesn't like anyone to pick her up, but they able to pick her and she doesn't growl at them. They always do a really good job cutting her fur 😃

It's our go-to dog salon. It's not difficult to make an appointment, fairly priced, and it's refreshing to give business to a mom and pop rather than a huge corporation with rigid rules.

I have been going to Moochi for about 8 years....the only groomer who has ever done my dog exactly as I asked, every time. Very competitive pricing and a clean shop. I drive in from West L.A. because no one else is as good.

This shop has a shop assistant named Cici,come from China about 30 years old, bought a phone card from me, I sent the phone card to their store, when I asked her to wipe the dog hair on the phone, I can When she was installed with her sim card, she was as crazy as she was, insulting me and continuing for a long time. She smacked a lot of swear words and was uncomfortable, and from time to time she also insulted. And loudly let me roll, and then threatened to smash my mobile phone shop. She did not pay $80, and kept insulting. During the period, she came and went several customers. She was still abusive, and her boss did not care, let her be abusive. When she threatened to smash my mobile phone store, I said that I would call the police, and then her store owner took me out. All of the above is true, this happened at about 12:00 noon 7/05/2019

Has this store not been renovated in 20 years? Dirty, old, cluttered and very depressing environment! It's hard for me to imagine how good the pet groomers who work here can produce. Scary place

went to moochi's twice. first time alex did the cut and it was cute. second time he assured me he'd do the cute, but when I picked up my poodle mix he said he didn't have time so someone else did the cut.WAS A DISASTER. MY POOR DOG'S EAR WAS BLEEDING, HALF OF A NIPPLE WAS CUT OFF AND THEY CUT OFF HER EYELASHES WHICH IS SPECIFICALLY TOLD ALEX NOT TO.I HAD TO TAKE MY DOG TO THE VET AND IT WAS $300.00. I CONTACTED MOOCHI'S SEVERAL TIMES FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF THE COST OF THE CUT WHICH WAS A TOTAL OF $65.00. THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MY CALLS SO I AM NOW FORCED TO SUE THEM FOR THE CUT, VET BILLS AND COURT COSTS.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER. THEY WILL HURT OR MAME YOUR DOG.DEE ADLER
