I agree! The manager girl at the store was so fake and rude to me when I asked simple gardening questions. When I asked if someone else could answer my question she said she is the manager that handles everything and actually hung up on me. I do not recommend this shop. There are way better shops in the same area. Check them out. Your customer service experience will be better anywhere else.Tomlocal grower

I have worked at the Alderpoint Store 22 yrs, and i have never heard the manager say anything like that to anyone except solisators who just don't take no for andanswer. and the guy who says he is a local grower sounds just like that solisitor.;I would like to say our store is full of wonderful people with great personalities if you have a question as to weather these 2 comments are true. Which they are not , but if your courious please come to out and check out our services. And while your here take advantage and go swimming in the eel river . Hope to see you soon.

Decent selection of necessities in the middle of the woods and they have to go lunch available. It's expensive - but are you gonna drive an hour to save couple bucks?
