This was our first time using Auntie M's. We went there based on a referral of our friends, Lovey, the white Bichon Frishe'. Our dog Coco is a mixed breed. When they were done with him he looked like pure bred.

I have a Bichon poodle mix who's a senior and is blind so I was very nervous about trying a new place out. After lots of research, Aunty M's had the best reviews so I had to try at least once. I'm so glad I came here and ended up getting their maintenance package for Rocky! They are the expert groomers especially with high maintenance dogs. They also understand that older dogs need time and breaks so they let Rocky hang out in a bed by the front desk in between. I live 30 mins away but this is worth it!Their maintenance package includes two groomings and two "fluff and puffs" which are all spread out by 3 weeks so your pup is always in good shape. Highly recommend!

This place is the best! My dog has been going there for years. When the location moved to Alamo, I accidentally made an appointment at another Alamo groomer without realizing it, but dropped my dog off at Auntie M's! She took her, without question, even though I didn't have an appointment. When I called to apologize for my mistake, Auntie M only kept saying not to worry about it and how happy she was to be able to take care of my dog. Plus, my dog always comes out happy and adorable. Thank you, team Paw Spa!

I had taken my two cockapoos to other groomers in the area. They were fine, but I had heard very positive reviews from friends about DPS. I thought I would give them a try and am I glad I did. The employees are so friendly and caring. The environment for the dogs is better and they loved playing with their friends. Lastly, they simply did a better job. The best extra $5-$10 ever!!!

Once upon a time I came here almost weekly with my ex employers dogs. The staff was always beyond accommodating and always found a way to squeeze us in even if they were booked solid. The dogs always came out well groomed with cute little bows. They even really loved being there. They'd get all excited walking in. It was like a little play date for them.

We love Auntie M’s ! She is the only groomer our Shihpoo actually gets happy and excited to go to!Before coming here, he was scared from bad Petco experiences where nail trims were entirely too stressful. Auntie M’s takes their time with the pups. They get to relax and play in between grooming sessions which makes a huge difference. They actually succeed in trimming most of his nails in a visit! And trust me, that is a difficult task now based on his previous trauma.Our pup loves Auntie M’s and so do we!

NOT TAKING NEW CLIENTSI popped in yesterday on my way to the dentist hoping to arrange an appointment for my cocker spaniel. There was a groomer working on a dog at the counter when I walked in. I asked her if they were accepting new appointments and she said, "No, not really. We are really booked out..."I thought it was a strange statement given that she didn't ask when I was looking for an appointment or what type of service I was looking for. She just shut me down with a "No, not really. We are really booked out."After visiting the website, I discovered that the groomer who shut me down is actually the business owner, Michiele.I can't speak to the quality of work, but I think my experience does speak to the level of customer service you can expect if and when they decide to start taking new clients.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my dog's hair cut came out noticeably uneven. In fairness to this place, I came here because of reviews saying that their dog is at least not stressed out after their service and that it has a play area for dogs. Both are correct. Place only takes cash.

My Roo can't be put through extra stess with his adrenal gland disorder. It can kill him. This is the only place I trust, especially after previously working in dog grooming. Tender, loving staff that do an excellent job with my anxious pup.
