They are top notch! Dr. Wallace and the techs have all been great. Also, the pricing is fair, in my opinion -and not jacked up like East Bay Vet Clinic (the techs there were great -not the vets, though).Baxter had a bathroom issue where he'd be in pain when going number 2. Dr. Wallace came up with a treatment plan the first time I visited -unlike East Bay Vet Clinic's vet who literally just shrugged her shoulders and said the next step would be to get an expensive $2-3K procedure to look at Baxter's colon. It was time for a second opinion and Dr. Wallace came through for my baby!

Our puppy Blu had his first visit at Park Centre last week. We had a great experience, no long wait time, the staff and veterinarian were all amazing. We will be booking appointments for our other two adult dogs soon.

I really can't say enough good things about this practice. I made the decision to switch my anxious reactive pup over to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend. (I could sense my dog was not getting optimal care at our previous clinic). At Park Centre, my dog was treated extremely well, with great attention, concern, and thoroughness for all the various questions I had (this was her annual exam). When the time came for the actual handling and physical exam of her, my dog lunged, growled and barked at the doctor. The doctor, stayed SO calm, kept control of the situation and had me leave. She and her technicians were able to do everything they had to while giving my dog the time/space she needed to allow them to. Afterwards, I was worried about it all (when you have a reactive dog you worry you'll be told "this is not the place for your dog"). But soon, the doctor was back with me and the pup recapping everything, still so calm and caring towards my dog; and the technician raved about how good my dog did!They made me feel like they were able to see all her good qualities too. I didn't feel judged at all (like we were at the last clinic), and felt like we got top notch care. I have finally found our clinic (I switched our cats too, and have taken them already). The front office staff is amazing, so professional, patient, and kind. You can feel people here really like what they do, its a very positive, upbeat, and professional environment. I have received f/u calls and emails w/the results to the various tests done on the animals; and must say that has also been very positive- they tie up every loose end and answer every question thoroughly.CANNOT recommend this practice enough!!!

Park Centre Animal Hospital is the best place to take your pet. If you want a great care for you pet this is the place. From the Veterinarian's to the front staff every one is attentive to my pet care. Great customer service. I highly recommend Park Centre Animal Hospital. :)

The staff is friendly and flexible with our dog who’s fearful of the vet. They listen carefully and follow our lead about how to approach her care without too much stress on her including giving her shots in our car or examine her in the parking lot. Recently our dog discovered they have treats at the front desk and now makes a stop here on our daily walks for a “happy visit”. Couldn’t be more happy with this vet and feel lucky we found them.

I have used Park Centre for all my cats over the past 25 years and have always found them very good and very reliable as well as caring. They kept my gang of 4 (cats) when I worked for over 17 years and now are taking care of my new young cat that will be my retirement buddy. Dr. Applegate is absolutely the best and such fun. BB loves to visit with the vet and 'her' buddies (with a few exceptions I am sure).

I appreciated that the staff at Park Centre Animal Hospital could schedule an urgent care appointment with the injured community cat on the same day! I enjoyed the consult with Dr. Wallace who gave me options for the treatment and its charges. The surgery happened right away. I was notified to pick up the cat promptly. Last but not least, I am happy that I can pay with Care Credit so that I can fit the costs into my budget. Thank you!

Frieda loves Park Centre ! just taking a walk by she wants to go in. We have taken Frieda there since she was 12 weeks old, now 4 years. I have had help from Park Centre with a couple of minor problems and been very happy with the care she has received. She is a Pet's for Vets Mascot and I need to keep her healthy to share the love !

Can't say enough great things about Park Centre. They always try to get my pets in if there is a more urgent matter and they are very proactive when it comes to sending pet history to my insurance company or other vets. I have an anxious dog and Park Centre always tries to make my dog comfortable while providing thorough exams.

Expensive! Park Central has raised their examination fee by 35% in the past 1&1/2 year. From $65 to $95!In addition, their medication surcharge is extremely high. $80 for amoxicillin vs $25 at the pharmacy. $50 for a ear cleaning solution vs $10 at pharmacy.Vet seems to be knowledgeable and friendly, but the pricing is out of hand.

I was very happy with my last vet but we moved and really needed to be on file with a vet that was closer. I’ve been so impressed with Park Centre Animal Hospital that I’m now only using them.From the front desk staff to the vet my dog sees, the crew here are excellent. The are efficient, friendly and communicative. The one quote I received for a significant amount of work my dog recently needed was not just comprehensive it actually proved to be accurate once the work was done.We couldn’t be happier!

The vet took her time, I felt listened to, and she gave very good advice. I was so happy I could be in the exam room with them. My cats were calm and handled gently, such a big difference compared to our experiences at other vets. Usually they are very upset, try to escape, hiss and bite. After concerns about side effects from the vaccinations I received excellent follow up care and felt like we were in good hands. We could be seen the same day if things didnt improve. Luckily my cat started doing better and I received a call a couple hours later from the vet to make sure everything was ok. I really appreciated that. Also thought their prices were very reasonable, 76 usd for a first time visit, 31 usd per vaccine. I love the app that they use to schedule appointments and it gives reminders on when to get vaccines.

I received a recommendation for Park Centre from my pups rescuer. I feel like they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary treatments and medications, like my previous vet did (to be fair, my pups first visit in the states was at my pervious vet).I love how the staff was professional, yet very kind. The parking lot was a plus. I was comfortable, and felt safe waiting in the lot while my pup was getting examined. I didn’t have to wait very long, either. They also gave me a folder filled with new puppy info: insurance, training, day care, etc... useful stuff to get us started.Edit: it is very expensive here, and they normally will not give you estimates for tests/treatments. You will have to ask.
